Works well, although some things are not available in the app that are available on the web login. Also, you can edit a bill payment payee, but not the payee name or bank account number, so this means you have to delete the payee and start again. This is not useful. Something I discovered recently is the overdrawn alert does not work for me which is pretty useless.

i agree with most one star feedbacks that were left after the visual update. The visual design of the app is not awful, hard to read and makes your eyes hurt.. eapecially on a big screen phone where you are able to see only three accounts instead of all of them like you did in the old app... please return the app to the way it was and never fix what was never broken, as you broke it by trying to do something new... at least give us an option to choose the intefrace we like (old or new)

New app means every page has to be manually enlarged as the print is far too small to read.

The last couple of days it only logs in when it wants to. When it won't log in it just keeps saying logging in and the little thing keeps spinning around. I have read the answer you guys have been sending to everyone regarding updating those 2 apps but I have checked and all my apps are up to date. So that advise hasn't worked for me. Hopefully this is fixed asap as very annoying. Use to be such a great app.

Quick, easy, reliable, clear and I don't know how the world existed before its invention. Thank you so much. However, today after uninstalling and reinstalling twice I'm concerned as to its reliability. It has failed to open twice. I'm not at all happy. Don't know if my device is at fault or, is the app vulnerable to outside interference. ? 24 hours later: It now appears a Google update overnight was at fault and was corrected 12 hours later. All's well that ends well 🤗

loved the old version of the app, the new version has made it so that I can no longer see all accounts on the screen at once as they are all massive and spaced out, it seems far more clunky, the previous version of the app appeared and functioned more neatly. Possibly allow for customization of the user interface to change font size and spacing?

Great app but I have two problems with it. #1, You can't delete accounts that you don't need anymore. You can only hide them using the web version,. they will then disappear from the main page of the mobile app but are still listed in the transfer drop down, where you select source and destination. #2 On Android 13, when an app tries to access fingerprint data, Android shows its own fingerprint modal. The app also displays its own version, so you end up with 2 modals on top of each other.

It's annoying that you can't transfer from the "Accounts" section of the app; you have to go out and select "Transfer". The Commbank app has a transfer button on the account transaction list page - much better. If I want to transfer from account A to account B, it's much more natural for me to go into account A, then select "transfer" rather than the other way around. Edit: They added this feature! Now I need to find something else to moan about.

Removing the option to decrease Credit Card Limit via the app wasn't a smart idea. This is how I managed to reduce my limit, while paying my card off. I live overseas, adjusting down the limit was so easy in the app. I know, I can call or message someone to do it for me but taking that option away from the user, was a step backward.

love the app and everything about it. however we are currently overseas and they have currently blocked all of our cards leaving us with not enough money on our international card. and because of time differences we cannot fix this ASAP

functionally does it's job for the most part. however the recent update has broken the app for me, when I tap on something that then takes me to a new page to view whatever it is I've tapped on it just doesn't load anything, made it impossible to check my kiwsaver or adjust any settings

Works.great, however, I feel the requirements for the login PIN are not strong enough ( not enough digits ). surely 6 minimum would be moving towards Best Practice.

The app is decent, however, when I am trying to add a new payee, I enter all the details it doesn't do anything after I click check the payee details and then it just freezes and won't let me go back

The app has been inaccessible alot during the night, which worrys me. Strange, I worry about technology lately and non approved outsiders accessing my private information with ASB. I'll change the review to 5 stars when my privacy concerns are met. Order is restored.

I'm glad to say that most of the issues from my previous review have been fixed and the user experience is much better. I would like the app to have the same amount of functionality as the desktop version but for the most part the app does what I need it to.
