I played exactly 3 matches against bots for tutorial which I won't easily obviously without any sweat. After that it started to get me matched with real players with around 1 minute of wait time. And the matchmaking sucks. Getting destroyed in mere seconds. Getting pitted against very powerful players without any aspect of balanced matchmaking. Another p2w trash game like warrobots in the making.

The game is fine, but it needs a lot of overhauling. First, you need to add control customization, so we can customized our on-screen control or add a second fire button to the left of the screen. Second, it's hard to earn silver, so you need to increase the silver rewards or atleast give the losing team minimal consulation reward. And third, you need to add casual battles in the multiplayer and not just rank game only.

Quickly get this out of the way. If you're looking for a fun quick game to pick up this is not the one.... Unless you like spending money Gameplay is actually sorta fun, especially with the different types of mechs and their special abilities. The combat is alright. I have two big gripes with the gameplay however. The loot crate system HAS TO GO. It's not 2017 anymore guys, simply make the quests reward more to keep us playing. GET MORE PLAYERS. Going against bots is not fun, and they are dumb.

I just am tired of the gaming industry. Free to play are all the same. Greedy. The subscription thing drives me nuts. If you want advance, you can pay to do it faster. Don't worry you can watch a million ads and still have to grind for years before you actually make any real progress. It makes me sick that potential is wasted. Sell the game and forget the subscriptions and micro transactions. It's ruined gaming, the greedy that goes with it

There are better options. The game is relatively simplistic, each bot has a predetermined availability of weapons and 1 activated ability. All characters and weapons are locked behind account progression, in-game currency, and upgrade "parts" which only drop in loot boxes. The monetization is 100% pay-to-win as there are no cosmetics and the "premium" subscription fast-tracks every aspect of the game. Don't waste your time. Go play War Robots or something

The gameplay is fun. The major draw back is that there are no rewards for fighting. The only way you get any rewards is through hitting daily or weekly milestones. If your weapons aren't as good as your opponents, you can come in first in your team but no rewards. Everything needs silver. Weapons, mechs, supply crates but the game doesn't give any rewards unless you hit milestones. I'm not interested in playing a game for 30 minutes, winning every match and not getting the first reward. Done

Gameplay, game feel and visuals are top notch. Game is well balanced: not p2w. However, it gets pretty stale after a while. I get that it is a new game, but it gets boring to play against bots. The only way to earn silver is to grind hard, which is needed to get new stuff and upgrades, which are prolly the only progressive element of the game. We should get more silver in more ways and weapon costs should be halved. New stuff should be more accessible. Joystick movement is wonky.

This is a fantastic take on Mech combat! The game plays well, with no bugs or glitches to report so far. 3 classes to choose from with classic military, beast wars, and futuristic combat bot factions. The maps are large and offer originality as well as ample cover. It offers weapons and bot upgrades. Overall It's a great game to support and help grow.

great game but way too many bots(I'm in plat and last I played gold was the max) lots of improvements have been made but no pinging system. great job on recent players and the add friend system. there isn't enough silver made in matches for me to want to play. you can get silver from missions but I feel like you should get silver every match based on your rank so I can actually get on and have something to play for like upgrades or a new robots and maybe even work on other factions.

Good game, but the reasons why it isn't a 5 star is because of the pay to win feature (the subscription) because essentially, it allows you to buy weapons for free. Now, if there were a faster way to get gold besides leveling up or getting the subscription, then I would play more often other than that 7/10 game would recommend but is really repetitive.

I love but...my babies are weak against some players, I haven't paid for upgrades yet, but it seems I need to in order to be stronger. In the beginning was great, I gained coins and great upgrades, and now it is slow to gain coins and other cards to upgrade. So I guess I keep on losing til I gain enough. In the future, I will pay for the subscription. I give it an A+

So far it's a 5 star game. I really haven't had to spend money yet. The game gives plenty of silver for cases to upgrade things and the graphics and gameplay are spot on. My only complaint is that I wish they'd relocate the reload button out of the way. I've got big hands and it's annoying when you're firing on someone and hit the reload button unintentionally. All in all it's a great game and it makes me want to spend money on it to help support it.

Initially good but loses appeal quickly. The matchmaking is ridiculously lousy. I played 10 games straight and couldn't even win one. You are matched against opponents that has a one shot one kill ability where there's just no contest at all. It's just like shooting ducks in a barrel except you're the duck. Coupled with them almost being invincible, in one game, 3 of my teammates were shooting simultaneously at ONE opponent for a good long while while he took out 2 of us. Ridiculous!

it's a really good game. competition is fierce and the gameplay and graphics are great. Afterthought last update the game keeps having network problems. At anytime during game play the game looses connection and you are stuck on screen unable to do anything but watch your bot get destroyed by the opposition. it is bad enough that I'm done playing until the problem is resolved.

Overall, I like this game, and am having a lot of fun with it so far. The different factions feel distinct from each other, with different weapons and playstyles. I am concerned it will get grindy, but so far so good. My biggest complaint is that there is no control customization, and the reload button is in a place where I (and I suspect many others) can hit it accidentally while maneuvering, which brings weapons offline in many key moments. Please let us move that button to avoid misclicks.

No ads, but the gameplay is seriously stale if you're f2p. You unlock a handful of mechs that are slightly different in how they function, and you do the same thing every game. That is, take turns with the enemy being a bullet sponge. Until you find someone who paid out of pocket for increased damage and you get melted in a second or two.

in my 2nd month of play now. Has its ups and has its downs. Even qorh the new update. seems to be riddled with bots. external controller will connect but not without limited control. Salvation sucks to high hell because you cant get people to actually help you while helping them. few small bugs here and there but nothing game breaking...yet! Also had 3 more days of the pass and the update made me buy it again! NOT cool. Revised review after month 2.

my first match against actual players was abysmal to say the least. they had highly upgraded suits because you can simply pay for upgrade parts by purchasing the currency needed to get them. very pay to win game with mode vs ai. the gameplay itself is ok but with the pay to win aspect, it makes the game pretty bad. wouldn't recommend this game.

Armor Attack is a later version of Mechwarrior! That was, the first generation of robotic combat, in the early Nineties! The only complaint that I have, is the throttle, in on the left side of the screen, and, not the right! There should be a settings configuration, perhaps three settings, and a customary alignment, which better suits the user's style of gameplay! Otherwise, it is quite entertaining!

Positives: Gameplay mechanics are good. good graphics Negatives: pay to win (Needs to be thrown out) ranked matches should be online play only. No AI bots to play with. there's no story or campaign. Hoplite is hard to steer. Armor Attack should have never been a phone app game in the first place. No difficulty option. No choice of maps or gameplay selections. still expensive when buying characters or equipment from the armory. upgrading characters and equipment is way too expensive.
