More About Armchair Commander
From the Battle of Stalingrad to the Normandy landings, it’s got the vast majority of WW2 covered. Play as the Soviet Union, Republic of China, United States, Great Britain, or any of the near 100 countries with more to come! Attack enemy strongholds and defend your cities with 20+ land, naval, and air units. Even same units have special functionalities depending on the country's faction!
Campaigns & Conquests
There are currently about 30 or so missions and conquest maps. The missions can be played through the story line, and the conquests (you get to choose your country) feature 1939-1943 Europe and 1937-1941 Asia. All the campaign maps can be downloaded and modified at your own will, as seen in the following section...
Sandbox & Custom Maps
Like I said, you can create your own maps... you can even upload them for the world to see! The map editor is readily available for use inside the base game. Every aspect of a mission is customizable: a country’s alliance, resources, cities, airports, troops, veterency, troop attack distance, winning conditions, and even which troops have generals can be customized.
Simulated Politics
From custom events to war declarations, this recent addition allows dynamic games of multiple alliances and betrayals; custom events can also be made to reflect historical events with different types of consequences (changes to resources, alliances, unit experience). Aid can also be given to allies like Lend Lease in the real WW2.
Historical Generals
Hundreds of generals - with more coming by each update - from various countries around the world. Generals are not tied to specific units; they can be sacked from a unit on the spot and be replaced at any time. A general can also command multiple units based on their command size.

Best strategy game I've ever played, well I just hope in the next update on conquest mode, I hope when you capture all the key cities/the cities with a flag on the top, I hope that country capitulates and please fix a bug where I defeated ROC and can't see any units and cities that belongs to ROC, but the game is still continuing, why?

I was bored so I reset. Then I found new missions cool BUT lost my general okay but you took away the community highlights and upped the price by double for Generals. And made the ai harder. Its litterly not possible to win conquests or finish the story modes or purchase more than 2 generals with no upgrades even while watching ads. Why ruin the game?

This GAME IS WÜNDERBAR! I like the selection of songs on the background, especially for Germany. I get to Blitzkrieg over Europe in the conquest with the Erika and the Preußens Gloria playing. Kudos to the Developers of this game. Bravo. Looking forward for new games. May we also have a Napoleonic Wars for the next game? Dance Schön and Auf wiedersehen. Martin

This game is really good and similar to hoi4, but can you make it even more cool, by adding a custom hoi4 focus maker for each countries, and you can edit them, (hoi4 focuses are basically paths to diffrent ideologies) this will make the game even more fun and creative, add stuff like requirements and more, Can you also add a pass and play feature on custom maps that i play, i have a friend with no phone, and he really wants to play multiplayer on my phone

It is a wonderful game! I've always been entertained by it. But, I got bored after a while and stopped playing it, and when I came back after the 2024 new year, I found an update. The update allows us to make custom Generals and Flags now, but, I'm disappointed that Armchair Commander has removed Generals like Manstein, Rommel and Patton! It kinda angers me a little. It's a great game, but please bring back those Generals!

This game is incredibly fun can't stop playing it.I do have one complaint can you guys like please add a disband unit button cause I've put myself in some incredibly precarious positions because of my units not being capable of moving themselves from city tiles idk if this would make it less realistic but if you guys would pleeeaaaase add it

Excellent game! It has lots of customization for both mapmaking and gameplay! Yet, there's one problem. The new version's ad reward is busted.

Pretty good game overall this is the only world War game I genuinely like but I have a few suggestions make the modern tanks look more modern example is the axis modern tank it's just the maus witch isn't modern, and you could make it to where we could build factorys, oil rigs, and farms so you dont have to relly on what you get from the start, one last thing make tutorial for the more advanced parts of the game like nukes and planes thats all I got really good game keep up the good work👍👍

Ok, so this game has a lot of similarities with World Conquerors game. One thing that make this game different and it's only advantage was map editor, World Conquerors doesn't have map editor. I suggest that developer should add more campaigns rather than just German and Soviet. Also the Conquest mode is a bit laggy in my phone (maybe it's because my potato handphone).

Very good and interesting game. It is completely free to play. The ad timings are reasonable and you can get rid kf them without spending money but it would be much better if we can access all the scenarios without having to play previous levels.

It's one of the best games on the store and the campaigns are great, but what really makes this game good is the map editor that I make maps all the time on the map editor. The multi-player is also good. If I would add anything I would add more campaigns and the featured maps back on the community tab. Great game better than world conqueror 3 dare I say.

This game is very good, but I have some suggestions. If possible, I suggest adding different textures for the tech tree, as in heavy tanks in 1936 - 1939 would be interwar heavies, light tanks from 1939 - 1942 would be their own decal, and so on. This would be heavy on the game, but would make it a lot more enjoyable.

Amazing game! Might be one of the best strategy war game todate! Very simple, very addicting, and very fun. Has a great future ahead of it. Maybe some improvements like an easier way to place down units and easier way to place down other stuff, and maybe a modern game mode of the game set in this year 2021 with all the modern tanks, technology, etc. Overall great game! 👍Please keep updating the game and keep up the good work

There's only two complaints that i have, 1, add more unique models to the game, not only just the ground units but naval and Aerial units too, and also maybe add a feature to the map creator to switch different models between each country. 2, add more countries to the game, i know there's already a lot, but if you couldn't add more countries to the game, then maybe expand the custom flags list

this game is amazing, almost to perfect. I like how simple and realistic are, the conquest and campaign modes are really good, however some of the campaign levels are a little to hard or it could just be me. Otherwise this is a really good game I highly recommend playing it!

It's definitely a fun game with a big challenge. I have played a lot of TB strategies on mobile and this is up there with some of the best, despite some of the more simplistic approaches to things. Also, the dev is extremely responsive with feedback, which is much appreciated and not common in the gaming landscape today, let alone a mobile game.

This isna great game and there is only a few things i would like to add. The first being a capital city option whereif you take it the country either surremders or you take it and all its resources as well i think a country should be able to surrender when all its cities are taken. Also i would like more diplomacy options like seperate wars, annexing and non agression pacts. It would also be good to see downloadable map templates for europe world asia etc. Other than that this game is great.

A good game overall, I like how you make your own map. But when you first use it, it is confusing. And another thing if you want coins to buy generals or the new feature tech tree you minus well buy the coins because the campaign starts easy but slowly get harder and harder until it is impossible for you. And I really hate this thing about the campaign, but other than that the only way you can play maps like the campaign is the is community maps. But it's still a great game.

Great game overall. You can create your own battles to your liking with tons of features, and the game overall is a great balance of hard and easy. Just downloaded it again (not even sure why I uninstalled to begin with) and am still never disappointed. Personally I don't really have any complaints or suggestions. Devs, keep up the good work. Definitely reccomend this game.

It is a great game and all, but the problem I have is, the reward ad doesn't work anymore. And generals/upgrades are really expensive. Zack, I want you to fix the reward ad and make it so I can get coins (I purchased no ads, but I was still able to watch reward ads, but I can't get to watch ads anymore.).
