It is constantly detecting I'm driving, even when my phone is sitting still on a desk. Could this be an issue with my phone or is it a known issue?

Be nice to have since I already have a subscription for the cameras but you want me to upgrade my plan to just have an app that's just like life 360 and it's free. I'll stick with what I have.

I was really enjoying this until I recently purchased a new phone and now I am unable to log in or see cameras. With the new phone the app states it does not recognized device. Help!! Plz

Why not include something from this since I have an active subscription? It's an entirely separate plan. You're trying to compete with Life360, but you offer basically zero compared. Disappointing.

App is trash. Can't get family set up in app, so it is essentially useless. Continue buttons often do nothing. At first login, the app window just disappeared. I had to open 3 times before I actually got into the app.

Needs bugs fixed and features added, the ability for other family members to be notified when I leave or arrive at a place, I think this may have a bug. I'm not talking about cameras either, I'm referring to the live tracking feature

The app still has a lot of bugs half of the time it thinks I'm out of the US. it shows the other family member as offline even though the family member is very much online and their phone shows live tracking. the main reason I got Arlo Safe is so me and my wife can locate each other with ease. but it doesn't work 80% of the time . trial is almost done and I don't think I'll be subscribing at this time.

So disappointed in this product; especially since we have about 15 arlo cameras. Buttons continued to fail (unable to onboard BLE device) to register with the phone plus couldn't add any family members; after 2+ weeks of going back and forth with support I returned it. They kept asking to provide the same info multiple times. Not once did anyone say let's get you a replacement to try or address the family member issue.

I don't like these cameras , there has been a problem with the night vision...you can't really see anything without add'l. lighting in place. The cameras keep having battery issues, the life of the battery is not good. I'd like to return them I'm having an issue getting in touch with someone to return them. please have someone call or email me.

NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FROM DAY "1". I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN! Arlo support tech was very nice and tried to help. However, I gave up. I just upgraded phones and tried this again ..STILL SAME PROBLEM. While typing on keyboard, the "crash detection" senses that you crashed (physically). It hasn't worked on at least 5 different phones in my family. Very disappointed in Arlo quality. Arlo cams have been pretty good, I guess they should stay with that product line.

Why I can't get the email to verify my account? I try many times and check that my email is correct and it is correct,can't start the set up if I can't verify

Just another rip off from Arlo. I've had Arlo for a few years and they have now changed so the 900.00 worth of symptom I have is almost useless.
