Pretty decent RPG. Not always easy to see what can be opened or searched. But overall game play is exactly what you would expect from playing an RPG. My big beef is the multi-player missions. If there is no one there to play, you can't complete them. Very detrimental to new players. Would have been better to make multi-player optional with better resources for those who don't want to /can't play.

I'm really enjoying this game. It's a great casual game with the benefit of saving progress along the way. Levelling is not too quick, so I am expecting to have many happy hours grinding, levelling all the characters. Random maps would be an improvement though.

Great game! Amazing game play. Lives up to the sweet table top game it resembles! Ultra affordable unlocks. I managed to unlock everything forever with a miniscule amount of play points. The graphics are superb for a mobile RPG. Nice character variety. Gear system is very nice and easy to understand. Highly recommended. Very addictive.

Please please please allow us to do multiplayer quests without second player with just two characters. Its nigh impossible to find someone online. Apart from that the game is great. If you are looking for a nice squad-based RPG experience - this one is your top choice by far. Its is reasonably priced (you can buy all aditional characters with one IAP which costs less than ONE hero in WQ) and the game does not milk you for money after that. Heroes are different from each other and provede you with a chance to actually use tactics. AI is goo enough to prioritise low hp and low defense targets. There is even some plot there and decent writing. Enemies dont differ much apart from casters. Dice mechanics takes 5 minutes to figure out, but it is much more entertaining than regular "hit" or "miss" in other games. You can actually calculate the probabilities of rolling average or top numbers, which is pretty cool. Mechanics are easily visible. Overall i believe it is best priced tactical RPG i've seen so far and has more heroes, content and fun than many others.

I am thoroughly enjoying Arcane Quest 3. I love the calm and calculated pace of the game. It's challenging but not ridiculously difficult. The game system is easy to understand and makes sense. And best of all it's free to play and offline! If you're looking for a good turn-based dungeon crawler I highly recommend giving Arcane Quest 3 a try!

The first Arcane Quest was a solid Heroquest clone. The second enhanced it, but this is where I feel Arcane Quest has gained it's own identity as fully fledged turn-based RPG. The dungeons are just the right size for portable play but the game's ability to draw you in could keep you questing for hours at a time. It's not overly difficult, but it's also not so easy you can go in all guns blazing. Strategy is required. Awesome game.

It is a good game. The story and characters are interesting. There are some improvements that the dev team could implement. Rolling a dice to determine movement distance is annoying when no enemy are present. Finding a rare key to open a locked chest just to find a tiny potion. Chests should have proper rewards. When zoomed out it is difficult to ascertain who is who. When passing potions, you have to remember who is standing where. Why not allow clicking on the portrait picture. I could go on.

One of the few games I've chosen to support the developer on, keep up the stellar work!

I've rather enjoyed all the games in this series, this is probably best because it has the most content. I don't feel it's a RPG. The story's nice with some nice dialogue and descriptions and you take on the part of the characters, but you don't get to make actual choices in that style as far as i know. It's all just strategic combat, and rather repetitive. The equipment system is improved from previous games. It's a pity all but your 4 starting heroes are behind a paywall

This entire series of games are made by those with a clear nostalgic love for the genre. This installment is no exception; and expands on the equipment customization even further. Worth supporting the devs, worth playing to kill time. The only rub, as some say, is the almost nonexistent ability to earn arcane stones outside of the limited main quests or $ to the dev. I'll buy "Acts", I'll sometimes buy IGC, but i most often I refuse to buy both, P2P & P2W !? That's getting slightly...Murrica!

The best turn based dungeon crawler on playstore is even better in this iteration of the series! It's improved in every way. Graphics are especially better than AQ1 or 2. Love that dice rolling mech for combat is still here. Only bone I have to pick with it is how little the gold you find buys in the guild. Update: I bought the upgrade pack and am really liking the Paladin who came in it! Put her in the party in place of the dwarf and her healing ability is sure handy. This game's worth $3!

I've played all of the arcane quest games and this one is by far my favorite. Even has an interesting storyline. I legit recommend it to anyone that likes the turn based playtime of games. This is actually one of a total of 2 games I've ever spent money on...2 bu KS and I got the full version. Can't argue with that price yo lol. Especially for a game that is just as fun when you replay it with new heros as the first time over. Thanx developers ;-).

Excellent and well thought out game. Holds your attention and no pay wall. Any purchases are optional, while they can make it easier to equip characters with better equipment you can grind to earn the gold needed as well. I would recommend purchasing the Paladin and Shaman characters as they can be very valuable. Storyline flows very smoothly and the difficulty is just right. Overall very well done game.

Awesome Game... But as someone who switches devices throughout the day, being forced to purchase the ultimate 3 dollar marketplace addon on multiple devices is stupid. Yea sure whats 3 dollars on 1 device, then 2, then 3? so essentially 9 dollars to play the game? UPDATE!: For anyone else experiencing this. It seems as though the other device needed to wait a while to get updated to reflect that I purchased the ultimate 3 dollar pack.

Great adventure game, for the first few dungeons. Having a PVP option is good. However, to progress past a certain point, your ONLY OPTION is to PVP! I HATE PVP. This game NEEDS an option to SKIP PVP ALTOGETHER! PVE part is EXCELLENT! Also, if there were an option to move the camera ONLY with the buttons, that would rock and eliminate accidental zooms & camera rotations. Clarification: ROTATE AND ZOOM ONLY WITH BUTTONS. Moving the LOCATION of the camera by current methods is AWESOME!

The game is enjoyable, however, I do have two issues. First one deals with combat. So far any special skill is autocast, but reg skills you have to double tap after you select. This is a nuisance. Why not have norm attacks trigger after you've already tapped enemies? Number two is similar to the first, but deals with traps and loot. Instead of having to double tap after having already tapped once to select said trap or loot, why not have it activate after you've selected the trap or loot?

I have put around 7 hours in so far, and have enjoyed the game very much! I was searching for a " heroquest" type of game and was pleasantly surprised how much it feels like playing the original board game ( unfortunately I never got to play the old vidya game). Another great thing is ads only play between dungeons, give this game a shot. The only thing keeping it from a perfect score is I would have liked to create my own character even if only it was cosmetic.

I appreciate the game's detailed yet streamlined mechanics. The different enemies, tons of loot and equipment, various dungeons, skills and abilities keep this from getting stale. The tuning of options allows this to run like water on my Sony ultra. Definitely well thought out and made by those who love the rpg/board game genre. Also, great design and art work. Couldnt help but purchase the bundle for 2 dollars or so.

I like the game 👍 it's cool. Only adds after you finish a dungeon. I generally don't play turn based RPGs but this one has me hooked. A few things though, like you have to buy the other characters they should be unlockable. And at higher levels the drop rate sucks making needed resources hard to get. There are upgrades available but you have to choose between that or gearing up you're guys which leads to grinding. Anyway runs smoothly for the most part. I would definitely give it a try.

Very fun! Love good single player turn-based rpg's when I just want to immerse myself in a world without a lot of chitchat! There isa new multiplayer section if you want that. Some characters seem a bit weak and vulnerable at first, and I do wish there were some more instructions on how to get started, but overall the game is fun, absorbing, and a good time-waster! Oh, yeah, one more thing, is it possible to set up a quick "save game" button without having to "leave it and save"? True, it doesn't mean a ton of extra steps, but I save frequently, so if a favorite character dies, I can go back a save point to resurrect it! Otherwise, I've been enjoying it a lot!
