This is a really good example of the retro shooter genre. Imagine Galaga meets Space Invaders meets a fairly hardcore bullet hell shmup. There are several different enemy types and attack patterns, and I like the variety (and frequency) of power-up drops. Some additional game modes would be nice but otherwise it's a great game, and kudos to the developer for doing it without ads. I strongly encourage people to spend a few dollars to show their support.

I like it. Nice time killer. Graphics are smooth for my phone that has a Qualcomm SnapDragon 450 processor. It's the nice, simple and retro style game that I love. The vibration for when I get hit is great. It may be a bit difficult, but I like that challenge. Problem though, for some reason the "aliens" who are heart shaped, who are supposed to drop hearts for lives, are not always doing so. Otherwise, it's enjoyable.

its a classic shoot-em up game but better. there are a wide variety of ships you can use, so it wont feel awkward having to try another play style. There are in game purchaces. However not only are they super cheap, but you can also access everything they give you without spending a cent by watching ads. speaking of ads there are none unless you choose to watch them. overall, its a fun game with a lot of variety in enemies, bosses, and ships 10/10

Very good game. Hard for me to play with finger though. I recommend using a stylus pen for maximum control. Starts out easy with increasing difficulty. Classic space shooter. EDIT: Don't worry about the people complaining about having to buy upgrades. I am already in top 2% high score and haven't spent a dime. Every upgrade is achievable through the natural course of play (with a few exceptions) Using a stylus helps with control ALOT! I can't stress this enough.

Awesome, I've been craving a game like this. The other ones are way too easy and fast, this game is challenging and it motivates you to try and beat your high score. The sounds are satisfying, and the controls are smooth and precise. I wish it would play more of a sound when you take damage though, sometimes I'd take damage and not even notice, and suddenly I'd have a surprise game over.

Simple and fun! Everything you could want from this style of game without turning into an insane bullet hell. The bosses are unique and fun too with multiple phases and unique debuffs. I am also very happy with the controls and the sensitivity options available. The music is good, and the little aliens are all very different and distinguishable. My one minor complaint is the inability to save and quit.

This game is perfect for me. Levels and mastery, but easily mindless and fun. Low key and not too involved for easy mobile game... But can be intense if you want. Has a solid design, great clean graphics, a great progression system and seems like a genuine, well made product stemming from passion. I'll be contributing to the developer when I have the money to, without a doubt.

Only a few minutes in and I'm stunned on how good the game is! It has no ads, which is completely unheard of for ftp games, it has a lot of interesting abilities that you can unlock and stats that you can increase buy just playing the game and much more! My only complains at the moment is that I wish there was some sound effects when you kill bosses and when you get hit, I have fond that I'm getting Hit sometimes without even realizing it. Regardless though this is one gem of a game!

Really cool old school game. I had to edit my review game after playing for a little bit. This is my favorite mobile game of all time. The devs are awesome, the game is awesome, other devs should take notes on how a mobile game should be made. You don't have to spend any money to progress, unless you want to. The levels get challenging yet satisfying. For everyone complaining about the price of ships and upgrades if it was all handed to you it would be no fun. Great job devs.

What is there to hate about the game? Nothing at all from my point of view. Simple graphics, notable music and sounds. Take me back to some good old fashioned gaming when it was based a lot on skill and not how good it looked. Love this game, my skills are low haha but I pick it up and play a few minuets each day. Thank you, well done dev. Look forward to more by you.

Best space shooter in the Play Store right now, by far. It's fun and not a complete nightmare like some of the other games. Plus there are no money grab tactics or unnecessary time gates and ads. The only suggestion I would make is maybe adding a toggle option to double tap to pause, or move the pause button down to the bottom by the missiles. Or both.

At first glance, this game may seem dumb or a waste of time. In all honesty, its genius and still is a time waster (in a good way), it can be easily addicting and the game mechanics are simple and easy so people of any age can play. This game brings a space invader theme and put it to a whole new level, which made it even more fun. So I would recommend this game to people who want to take time off the clock, feel nastalgia, or for fun.

This game is rated five stars from me because it has different waves, bosses, and difficulties. Two things I would like in this game are more bosses and maybe an extra game mode. I play this a lot because Arcadium does not even have ads. Every other space shooter I have played had ads in them and they were so annoying. Thank you for not putting any ads inside the game! :)

Now here's a game made with love by the developer. It might be a simple game from the outside, but once you start playing, it's got that scratch for the retro like the 80s. Beautiful game, great music, and it feels perfect with no ads too! If I could watch optional ads for boosts or gems, to support the dev, I would!

This game has scratched an itch I have had for a very long time. There are ZERO ads, it is a mashup of my two favorite retro games ever. There seems to be a lot of content to earn and upgrade over time, and it is endless as well as progressively difficult as you defeat enemies. Letting you play more casually instead of being rushed to survive immediately. Still challenging of course. But, in the earlier stages you earn a fair amount of currency and can still play very casually.

Extremely Polished, clearly made with a passion for the genre. It's fun, upgrades and power-ups feel impactful, and it's genuinely difficult, which helps keep me engaged. I have a few recommendations that could improve the game: First, upgrades. Increased drop rate? How much? what is the default? how much does the next upgrade give me? The upgrade menu needs better descriptions. Second, pacing. It doesn't feel like difficulty scales with your score, there are random difficulty spikes.

This game is a simple game that's done right. I've been playing it for a few years now, off and on and I still discover something new periodically. Lots of replay value. The randomization keeps things fresh, and the clean style of the game keeps things fluid and smooth. There are no intrusive ads or pay to play. Not even notifications or permission. It's just a solid game. Support this Developer!
