Another review about sign in problems. I first tried using this app December of last year. It's been over 3 months and the app has exactly the same sign in problem. It goes to open a separate browser window when you click sign in, but then immediately redirects back. No indication that a sign in happened. I even reinstalled to make sure. Maybe if they get enough of these reviews they will hire someone who knows how to do this.

Can't login as hard or as often as I try! There are free sandwich deals I can't access. When I try to login, there is a quick "An error has occurred" message and I'm sent back to the home screen and it's still not logged in! I deleted and redownload the app and it wasn't fixed. I called and they told me that tech support would reach out to me to help me resolve it, but they never did! The app is complete worthless if I can't sign in to use the deals and order ahead.

The app will not allow me to sign in. It is a Neverending loop of clicking on Login or Sign Up. Both options take you right back to the same page every time. The website is the same. You login and it says 'Error, please login again.' I've tried contacting the developer but my email comes back as undeliverable. I tried using the app to get help and after multiple attempts I get a phone call from the area manager of Arby's saying to uninstall and reinstall the app and it should work. It does not.

On Pixel 6 Pro, every time I try to click "sign in" or "sign up" for the rewards, it opens a webpage for about half a second and then closes it back out immediately with no change. Just flat out won't let me sign in, which kind of defeats the purpose of using the app since you need to be signed in for deals. Also, there's nowhere in the app to report a bug so here we are.

Lots of slow moving parts. Doesn't have the option to save payment method (like most apps do) and it is just not an option AT ALL to use gift cards, rendering them less value since all the deals are "online only". Ultimately, the app functions well enough most of the time to get and order off, and has deals on it. But it is one of the slowest/more inconvenient fast food apps out there

Went into the restaurant on my birthday to purchase a burger using an offer code. Was told by the cashier that I had to redeem it through the app only. Made several attempts, app would not allow me to select the item. I left. Tried to contact customer service through online website. Website had issues, was unable to resolve the problem. I will go to the other place that was very helpful and made my day. Arby's can keep the attitude, the problems and their business because they won't be getting

Needed space on phone and almost wanted to delete this app because I couldn't sign in for TWO MONTHS. But all of a sudden it started working. But of course the app is never perfect. I still CANNOT add my credit card information for checkout. It seems they cant even get the basics done. It's almost as if they dont want my money!!!

The app simply doesn't work. I can't do any of the online only deals because of all the bugs. For example every time I click on my cart so I can check out the app crashes and I've tried closing the app for stopping it and everything and it simply does not work. And now I have to miss out on national hamburger day because your app doesn't work once again

Like others, I am unable to sign into the app. Get the loop when I click sign in where it looks like it is going to open a browser window, but immediately returns to the app without signing me in. I once was able to use the app a year ago, but not recently. I had to go to their website to ace orders for the free sandwiches in April. The app is useless but at least I can order and get deals through their website.

Login doesn't work like many, many others have stated. After being redirected to login to the website, logging in successfully there, it kicks back to the app and nothing happens. Subsequent attempts just quickly flash the redirected login website on the screen and it closes immediately without anything happening on the app. Looks like a great app but has a blaring issue that will prevent me from ordering and eating at Arby's because of the lost convenience and inaccessible rewards 😢

The app works fairly well most of the time but it's a real pain to have some deals only available with online orders when I can't use my Arby's giftcard to pay for it. It's forcing me to choose to either a deal or giftcard. The App really needs to be updated to allow paying with a giftcard. It would also be nice if clicking a notification would take me directly to the deal or item in the app it is advertising, instead of just opening the app.

The app doesn't work and it feels intentional. They will give you several reasons to download the app and sign up for an account but when you try to login the app fails. They sent me an email around my birthday saying that I had a reward on there and I wasn't able to see it to claim it. Update 5/24: was only able to log in using Facebook. I chose an offer, selected the sandwich, went to check out and the app crashes. Worthless.

Wasted so much time trying to set up orders on the app the past 2 weeks. It let's me create orders and when I go the the basket the app closes. Ended up not ordering anything - won't be making any orders until it's fixed - sounds like everyone is having the same problem. I might just delete the app and save space - app is useless. This plus without the app, the food is ridiculously priced & the restaurants are always empty. How do they even stay in business??

App is 100% worthless. Not 80. Not 90. 100%. Deleted app. Reinstalled. Nothing. I login, it goes right back to opening screen. Tap login. Goes right back to opening screen. Tap sign up. Goes right back to opening screen. Click on a link from an Arby's email. Goes right back to opening screen. Luckily Arby's sends coupons in the mail as backup. App is 🗑️. Google Pixel8

Better Step it Up Arbys! Your app is inferior compared to your competitors. 1. You do not allow ordering on the app within 1 hour of closing. Not cool! #2 There's no drive-thru pickup option. #3 There is no check-in option. So as soon as the order is submitted, the employees begin making the order. Then by the time you reach your order it's cold. Overall just a huge hassle. Do better.

Issues with ap not working. Giving error messages at checkout. Unable to complete my orders. Wasted lots of my time trying to get a meal on several occasions. It's not just when getting specials either. I tried to make the same purchase without the online coupon and it still wouldn't work. Arby's you need to get your house in order. Someone should be on the receiving end of a termination here. They are costing you some serious money.

For the month of April, a free sandwich each was offered, but only through the app. Cool. Except I couldn't log in to redeem the deal. At all. For the entire month. I see there's an update available so I updated it today. STILL having the SAME problem. I click sign in, it flashes like it's going to the sign in page, and immediately goes back to the app. No sign in so no deals. 👎 ETA: It's now June & there is still no update to this app. It's basically useless if you can't log in - 3 months now

So I had 2 bad experiences and the one just kept getting worse. Ordered in app and it told me it was unable to process my order and rejected it. I was billed and the order actually went thru. 2nd time, it rejected the online coupon, overcharged me $20, overdraft my account, still messed up the order, and then Arby's wouldn't fix. They acknowledged the error and said they were unable to refund due to app. Told us to contact app people. Tried but email is blocked, try for yourself. UNINSTALLED

App does NOT work. Can not get past opening screen. You can tap Sign-in till you're blue in the face and it will only blink then come right back to the opening screen asking you to Join or Sign-in. BTW, tapping Join does the same thing. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled / reinstalled the app, still can not get past the opening screen to place an order.

The app used to be great. But if you're unfortunate enough to have to log back into the app, you get stuck in a forever cycle of trying to click "log in", it trying to open in your default browser, then going back to the app with no change from the page you were on. No actual logging in. I've been trying to log back in and order food and it simply won't let me! Even tried logging in on my browser directly to get the app to recognize it. Nope. Changed default browser too and no fix. I'm stuck.
