Family fun for everyone! Great water park! Could use some more adult type rides although most families come here for the safe atmosphere, not the rides. I can always go to Six Flags for the rides!

The mobile ordering would be nice if the employees knew how to handle mobile orders. Every time I ordered they were confused.

You should be able to order food and scan your all day pass on the app. You spend money for the convenience oven All Day meal plan only to spend 45 minutes waiting in line so that you can get food

I can't see how long the wait times are for each ride but when I first opened the app after downloading it, it said that the app was modified so that we could see the wait times of each ride😐

App is useless. What's purpose of an app that shows a barcode for tickets but can't be scanned for entry. Absolute waste of time. 0 stars

Does not provide correct estimates of slide times. For instance, some mid-week rides report a few minutes' wait, while the time in a very, very long line is approximately an hour. Unfortunately, this is the same issue as the Busch Garden's app for weekday rides times on some rides. Don't go into a five minute wait line expecting five or ten minutes unless you use general common sense for the time of day and activity level. Super unreliable.

Does not sync ticket with email. Let's me log into the app with the email it sent my tickets to but the app shows no ticket.

The consumer needs to be able to either delete old passes or when the passes are out of date or expired, the said passes should be automatically deleted, so there is no, zero confusion when entering the park on which pass needs to be used.

RETRY sums it up. App Never "found" valid cell data or Park Wi-Fi despite rebooting Samsung s24 ultra and rebooting children's pixel phones. So the map was worthless because it could not find internet which gps doesnt require anyway. Doesn't tell you that park charges $35 for smallest storage locker for example. Prepaying for parking gets you nothing except maybe addt'l 'convenience fee. ' Click on a restaurant and nothing loads. Doesn't tell you major eateries closed before you walk.

It doesn't apply discount for quick queue when logged in with platinium annual pass for Orlando park. It says it does in plain text above, but price is 100%, instead of 50%. People who don't do due diligence get ripped off without even knowing. Unacceptable. Edit. If you navigate to upgrade via main screen, through "Upgrade your day" link... it actually says 20% off, instead of 50% (platinium pass) but even then price is still 100%. Quite a mess.
