Worked perfectly until the update, now whenever I try to sign in appsheet crashes. Can't do anything in any of the apps I've created. This is causing huge issues for me as I use my apps almost daily. I wish I hadn't updated but my phone forced me to. Please fix these bugs asap.

With basics of spreadsheets and little knowledge in programming, we can do complete CRM, custom follow ups, maps, pictures, notifications, etc. Brillant. It's mostly for work though, not entertainment. The UI is not fun enough but functions are here.

Appsheet has a steep learning curve, started making simple apps to start with then took on making a complex app, now have 6 apps that are used daily. Only criticism is the limited formatting of how a page will look, no control over excessive padding taking up screen space. Still worthy of 5 stars.

I have to use this app for work. It's worked ok in the past, but the recent update has made it so that the program barely runs. I literally get about one minute of sketchy use each time before it crashes. This is on a galaxy s10+ so there should be no issues running it.

Same as others. I can't log in with Google account. Will rate better when issue is fixed. Edit: Tried again in 2022. Blank error messages, little to no guidance on UI. Cool concept, but I guess I'll just have to do it by hand for now.

Unreliable. Regardless of device/internet speed, sometimes none of the services (web editor, app, saving your work) are available, instead you get endless loading bars and timeouts. One would think that Google of all companies would be better than this. Disappointing.

The sign in issue was fixed, and pretty quickly. However it's still not usable for the one thing I installed it for, making an app from a Google Sheet. Now when I try, despite being logged in to both Sheets and this on the same Google account, I'm told I don't have a valid Google account.

Interesting with lots of potential. I quickly prototyped several apps from simple spreadsheets but also managed to create multiple accounts for myself which results in issues logging into my own apps on my phone. I have access to different sets of apps on my phone than I do in my browser. When using the same login credentials I get a different account IDs.

A little creepy when a webpage(appsheet) decides to take a picture of you without your permission. I have an oppo with a popup self facing camera so i know when an app or webpage uses my camera. Also, when you install the app you are tricked into thinking its totally free because there aren't any ads or in-app-purchases. But the website isn't totally free and it is required to customize anything. The app should say requires monthly fee per app. Free for personal use.

The best way to get rid of the paper work and having to deal with looking out of place because you have no clue if anything has to be done or worked on because this app allows me to see what management needs me to do with just a click of a button. Option to leave any notes even a option for a photo to show progress of your work and allowing other employees the chance to express any concerns or maintenance issues . After compleating task and saving it will e mail work completed to them

Takes an extremely long time to sync and sometime doesn't save changes at all. I've used this app on two devices at once while recording the screen with both devices showing different information. Makes my job a lot harder than it has to be and consums way more time then expected for suck an important software.

There seems to be a major issue with thus app. It appears to be installed but when you start it, it requests you to sign into Google. Once you do this it prompts you to install Chrome (which is already installed!). It then goes back to requesting signing to Google and round the loop again asking you to install Chrome again!!! So at the end of the day it just does not work.

The app is pretty good. Support is terrible. When I tried to change credit cards it errored out. I could not put a new card in. My users were left hanging unable to access their data. I submitted a help request and never heard back. Horrible situation for a developer. It only gets worse. We fired an employee who used an appsheet app only to find we can no longer log in as an administrator to turn off her access because Google sign on is disabled. Appsheet is dangerous.

Would be 5 stars if it weren't for an annoying bug on "recent" Pixel phones. Some Pixel users are experiencing a "Refresh" everytime the app rotates. This does not happen on other phones or older Pixels. Workaround: Go to Settings, Display size and text, and change the Display Size setting. For me, the app no longer refreshes.

Really impressed. I'm an electrician and for a long time I've been looking for a free app to create my own electrical installation forms that are mobile friendly and can be used on site without internet connection. I almost gave up, then I discovered appsheet! Being a little non technical when it comes to software, it's taken a bit of time & effort to learn how to use it properly but it's been worth it, for a free app it's got some amazing content.

Site changes not showing up in phone app. There is a temporary solution, if i clear all the app data, then it shows latest changes. But there is a problem, if i clear app-data, then all my appsheet app's shorcuts are gone, from the homescreen.

Google AppSheet is hands down the easiest no-code tool for building apps. So yeah, I work security, and the company I work for uses AppSheet for managing our reports. And now I'm completely locked out because it won't recognize that I have Chrome on my phone, which came with it as the default browser, and it's considered a system app, so I couldn't remove it if I wanted to without rooting. Everything is up to date, and there were no updates between when I last used the app and when I got locked out.

The idea of the app is great. It definitely wasn't designed to be intuitive though, so plan on spending time endlessly searching out the answer for "how do I do something" In the end, why not just learn a coding language that will be useful for more things, if you have to manage this steep learning curve anyway, right? I suppose if you have a very specific use case this app solves, and you for sure never want to code beyond the scope of this app, then it's a good choice.
