Login is slow and the fingerprint recognition doesn't work anymore but overall the app is better than the website. Does what it does.

I'm elated they finally added the mobile deposit feature but it's an incredibly buggy and painful experience. It can definitely use some polish.

Great experience so far ,i especially like no fees on my accounts and hi yeild addition is working, its about time that customers get a fair shake.

Buggy peice of garbage. Check image capture does not work properly. App keeps on locking you out and you gave to uninstall and reinstall just to get updates. Apple Bank left note here that I should call them. I did and all I got was an irate uninformed customer service rep who was clueless. They were not able to solve a single of the issues I noted. Update Nov 2021 The app was updated and works much better

nothing new, same features as online banking. and now it doesn't even work -- "slow connection" and it times out. I'm in 4G, all my other apps like Outlook work just fine.

App not working. I had no previous problems until recently. I cannot get into my account. It just says "loading connecting to online banking please wait." Nothing happens. I uninstalled the app then installed it again. I am still having the same issue. Update 1/1/23 The app is still not working despite me unistalling and reinstalling a number of times.

Normally I do my mobile deposits with my other bank, I tried to make one deposits the end of last week, the picture I took was clear, yet it produced an unclear image for the bank and my deposit was declined. I just tried again, called the bank right after I tried, and they said again the image was not clear. This is very frustrating, as it is it take awhile till your check clears.

The mobile deposit is absolute trash, I can never deposit a check successfully, and it takes a day or two toinformed me the deposit was not accepted with no specific reason. It is as if the developer never compared their product with other banks'. It needs a lot of improvement, but I am more inclined to chamge this bank to a better one.

Hate this app Update... I was having a sign in/log in issue which got fixed a call with customer service. I've come to a realization apple bank is very tight on security which is why I had that trouble. Their security protection is no joke. However I respect that and I'm making sure I don't forget or make a mistake logging into my account. Thanks anyways.

I am unable to make a mobile deposit because when I try to enroll the screen doesn't allow me to to read the policy. screen is stuck and can't continue. I've tried several times. Very disappointed. I can only use the app to look up info on accounts but I wanted the app so that I wouldn't have to go to the bank to make a deposit.

App itself is good.. however not being to fully use it to its max is frustrating 😒😤.. Not being able to use it to deposit checks, without having to physically go to the bank, is truly a hassle and an inconvenience. I was assured that this would happen by mid 2020... We started 2021 and still can not make deposits using my cellphone. Please make the change asap. All business accounts would greatly appreciate

This app is okay but there are some issues regarding its modernity and features that are not up to day. The layout of the app looks like its meant to be used back in 2010, were apps where develop to fit older phones. There is no integrated way for you to easely send money to your friends and family (like zelle), depositing a check is a pain, connecting other accounts is a nightmare, among othet things. Besides these issues I think the app thoses its job just fine and I have liked it enough.

Been good so far. One suggestion though: can you design the transaction feature to: 1. List pending payments as a transaction with the amount and vendor 2. Do not let the pending payment disappear until it is complete? Right the amount is deducted on the checking total but the actual transaction is not listed until it completes and if it remains pending more than 2 or 3 days it drops off altogether, even from the checking balance. Then when it clears, wallah, it just reappears again.

Apple Bank mobile application features basic financial tools for account holders. Same mobile application, actually, links to Apple Bank's online site. Beneficial suggestion to the attention of Apple Bank's Corporate Offices and application's tech developers ... enhance processing speed on all transactions. My family and our friends have been quite loyal Apple Bank customers, in excess of three decades, but do not intend to begin banking at a snail's pace. Thank you for prompt consideration.

Took nearly 40 minutes just to deposit a check. The "back photo" would not take, when it finally did I got a "cannot process because your session timed out". I had to keep logging in and out (sometimes the back photo took, sometimes not)THEN after finally getting it to 'submit' without a timed-out msg (finally!) it said the deposit was invalid! This was immediately followed by an email from the bank saying they had received it. Seriously the Most frustrating app experience I have ever had.
