Apollo has made timely and user friendly app updates. So many relevant functional changes that help me program my Pro setting options. Best part is they listen to the user community in developing updates... I promise you, they're listening. Hope all is well Eloi & Chris!? Sam

It's really nice to have an app to be able to make adjustments to the speed of different modes. My previous scooter had no adjustment capabilities.

The apollo app is unreliable even after the update. You would better off to get a bike computer to log rides. Updated to 3.7 version. Even though I have autoride and auto connect chosen, I have to manually sync both. Recorded only half my ride, reviewed ride stats and now it's gone. No record of ride at all, though I just reviewed them before answering a call on phone. I ride with phone in pocket, maybe it has to be mounted on scooter near display?

How hard is it to make an app that works consistently? Maybe it's a hardware problem? The app doesn't stay connected to the scooter and won't track rides. Also would love to have more metrics that actually work. The efficiency of the ride doesn't work, always sits at specific numbers. Should also show current power use in watts with a half second update frequency. So much potential but it seems Apollo has given up on the app.

This is for app V3.7. I was excited and expecting this update. I couldn't wait to change the setting of turning signal to manual mode. But now I am just disappointed. Both the email and YouTube video says I can change the turn signal setting if I am an Android user, I use S22 ultra, and I have checked many times, making sure app is the updated version, and still can't find signal settings anywhere. Apollo please check that.

app worked great as it was intended however it would not let me run it without GPS permission and it will run GPS non stop killing your phone quickly. I believe it should be optional to run GPS as I only care for the display screen of power/charge, speedometer and P parking feature.

I have tried a dozen times to sign up over the past 3 weeks and it keeps telling me the service is not available. So far, my experience with this company is pretty rough. I signed up for a payment plan but got charged the whole amount for my scooter and no one has responded to my email about it. My rear brake cable came loose on my second ride and ended locking up my back wheel as well chafing against the rear shock and wore through the cable sheath. Not great.

I thought my phone was dying with how short it's battery life has become. But it's just this app. My Samsung can say how much power is drained from certain apps and about 40% of my daily battery drain has been from this thing. I do use it everyday for my ~15min ride to/from work or whatever but I need to find a way to force shutdown the app or something so I'm not constantly losing almost half my battery just having this thing installed and running whatever it is doing in the background.

The odometer function on the app doesn't display the correct value. The intensity of Regen brakes and acceleration is not controlled by the app... Apollo is not making any updates to the app. Not sure what are they waiting for. The App rating is already a disappointing 1* Edit... After the update to 3.2, the app is even worse. I am not sure if Apollo app developers even did basic testing. After establishing the connection, the app kind of freezes. The 3 dots, the lock icon... is all frozen.

Use the app once, then never touch it again. The recent update fixed some issues, but it's really not enough. Just don't turn on auto-ride mode at least, that will drain your phone battery incredibly. Also the elock through the app turns off with the escooter, so not very secure. If they can fix those issues, I'd be way more happy to stay connected more often, use the elock, and track my rides. Tracking my rides with gps would be amazing, but not at this lack of optimization.

Terrible app, always have to connect multiple times just to have all of the settings in the app reset (max speed, km to mph) its absolutely terrible when you're in a rush and you realize you didn't change the settings back to a speed greater than 9mph which it defaults to. Honestly, if I could return the V3 upgrade for the phantom, I would, since the Bluetooth connectivity is the only reason I bought it.

A few things .. Most of the time when I connect to my scooter, it resets the settings, which slows the scooter until I have to re adjust. Sometimes it starts me all over, which means that I have watch the two minutes instructional video before I ride again. The management for acceleration and braking is poor, it does not seem to actually adjust the experience of acceleration or braking. I cannot lock the scooter from the app, which it claims to do. With the new update, the setting still reset.

This used to be a pretty decent app but after the rewrite, it is really bad. It doesn't always connect via Bluetooth and when I do connect it doesn't remember my setting so I have to reset them. It's coming to the point where I'm just going to stop using the app and how my 2022 city pro remembers the setting. I'm using a Pixel 7 so this isn't some off-brand phone, you can't get any more android compatible than this.

Can finally use this while riding my Phantom. It was pretty buggy in its 1st iteration, especially having issues saving my settings. So I couldn't turn it on while riding lest it resets my scooter's settings. The recent update this May has resolved this, as now my max speed, along with regen braking settings stay the same each time I use the app. The battery health feature is also a welcomed addition. Keep it up Apollo team!

This app is a joke. Settings never stick. The "speed" adjustment just reduces power completely which makes trying to move at let's say 10mph damn near impossible. Are Firmware updates ever gonna be available? Or is it one and done with the controller. If so, that is SUPER shady. I want to sell my Phantom V3. It's just not fun anymore.

I am using a Samsung s21 ultra. The app requires a login to get past the first screen. I have an Apollo account already, and the app fails to log in with my credentials. I get a http 500 and "attempt to invoke" error every time. I just installed the Ghost upgrade kit and was looking forward to testing out the connectivity features it provides. Edit: upped to 2 stars. I can now log in. However, I had to make a new account. Will update again when I can test the scooter.

I have a Samsung s22 ultra, and I'm running the 3.3.29 version. The app continues to experience all the issues mentioned by other reviews, which supposedly got fixed in the 3.3.17 version. App DOES NOT CONSISTENTLY SAVE SETTINGS! Sometimes it does, and sometimes it does not. Please fix this very basic requirement or do not release the app until you've done internal testing. Note, this was a clean install, not an upgrade. Also, app always shows battery at 86% when it is charged to 100%.

App is written by interns or something. Multiple problems with connectivity, randomly disconnects. Settings do not save. They shipped their test/demo mode in the production app. I was presented with the test screens that the engineers used with placeholder lorem Ipsum text. But most frustrating of all, the stupid app has the max speed setting completely disabled and there's no way to change it. My scooter is stuck. Horrible company, even worse app.

Great app. I love the peace of mind I get from being able to track my scooter physically from anywhere. Would like to see a bit more accuracy with the custom LED light selection, and perhaps a slight reduction in the drops with the bluetooth connection to the scooter via the app. Other than these changes, I really like the app and I think Apollo is going in the right direction. - P.S Ludo mode is great 👍

App keeps crashing and does not save my settings. Unfortunately, you can only change the speed mode of your scooter via the app so I'm currently stuck going 10mph which is absolutely useless. Before the crashing, the app would consistently default back to the lowest setting despite stating that my changes were saved. This really makes me regret getting this scooter if I can't even use it properly. Why do I need an app to change the speed mode?!
