I am a very space oriented person, so its hard for me to figure out the layout with just pictures. I LOVE that this app tries to provide a floor plan in as much detail as possible so you can really get a 3D feel for the space.

So far, the superior app compared to Zillow. It shows ALL of the apartments in my area and allows me to select them for viewing. I'm meticulous about details and the fact that this app shows all of my options, is nice. The tour checklist is a nice feature, as well

I tried another app which worked okay as I began my apartment search but I clicked on an ad for a community that led me to apartment guide and after doing a search on apartment guide, I found that it listed several communities/ apartments that were not listed on the other app. After a few days of comparison, I can say that this app is far better and more thorough than any other.

Doesn't have a map view. Would be nice to search with a map rather than showing just a couple of listings in a city that you select. Also if you hit the back key to look at other options it takes you all the way back to square one! Very frustrating to navigate.

It does have different complexes that are not on other apps but like other apps it'd not very helpful. It will email me properties but if I click on them it takes me to the sign in page, not to the property that I wanted to see, so it's useless. I'm better off using Google

I don't know who is getting a four- and five-star experience with this app. Set up my account with all my parameters, and each time I open it, it wants the same information again. When I get an email from the app and click through, it wants me to put in all my parameters again AND it sends notification to the apartment I clicked on that I am interested. How can I know if I am truly interested if I am not even seeing the complex in the app.

Exact same as Rent. Only difference is color. Both have same exact setup, choices, questions, everything. Options are limited. Very unsatisfied.

It used to be really good but why do I need to give my current location and turn on my location settings on my phone when I'm trying to live privately , to find something halfway across the country, otherwise it just keeps rejecting, the entered address and taking me back in a circuitous manner that I'm uninstalling. I can no longer give this anything more than one star

The only improvement I could suggest is the price range and other filters could match better. In other words I am looking for a 2 bedroom in the $1400 range. But it lists apartment complexes that have 1 bedrooms or studios in that range but the 2 bedrooms are not in that range. I hope that makes sense

It's a pretty nice kitchen from what I see in the pictures. I'm not in love with the color scheme but the size looks good.

The information in all the ads i called was very old and all the prices where the property gave me the new rates and over 89% of each properties saided that those ads are so old and when the ads say we checked information 4 hours ago and even the ones that say a week ago are also older then saided!! So remove old ads so when we look we dont have to waste our time just to find a place to move!!!! I find the same thing in most of the aps that show apartment and home rentals.

This app is just okay there's a couple things I don't like about it for starters when you using the filtering tool your able to select specific eniemities but then it still shows you listing that don't have what your looking for and if you zoom out on the map to see what might be in other neighborhoods nothing seems to show up even after refreshing..

I live in The Retreat @Spring Creek Apartments Cleveland Tn. I have lived here for a number of years. I have nothing to say but good things about the environment and living conditions. The present staff is the best we have ever had. The maintenance staff is thin right now but the service has not suffered to my knowledge. The office staff are like a second family. They react quickly to any situation. I have only one issue and that is being addressed now which is the sprinkler system

The filters are worthless. If i search a 2BD within a price range, it shows me buildings where the only thing in the price range is the Studio. The only useful thing about it is reading reviews of buildings and management companies.

I found two beds that, in reality, was one bed, but transformed in 2 flex! honestly, that is not good! .The searching does not seem to be effective either! ii limited the search in 4k it keep showing 6k and studios. in the beginning I thought I had the nicest app!

I've used this app since 2013. Shows a lot of great info in a collected and easy way with extremely limited ads, which is nice. *UPDATE* I used to really love this app, but now with the new update, almost all my favorites ( <3 ) have been deleted! Now when I click the heart on new ones, it saves but everytime I change the area of the city or if I reopen the app, it is gone. How is this helpful?? Please fix this pesky bug! Changed from 5 to 3 stars for now because this bug is so aggravating.

First of all, no sign up required. You can skip that step and the app still works as advertised. No sharing of personal data with 3rd parties and no collection of personal data for advertising purposes. I do wonder how they make money, maybe by charging apartment complexes to be included in their listings. I don't know. But regardless there are still affordable apartments kisted here on apartment guide in a wide assortment of cities. And actually, the selection is great, better than Zillow.
