Could not find my property after I registered as a resident, so there was no way to pay my rent through the portal.

This app and Aspen Falls apartments took my money. The Chris the manager of the apartments told me he would refund if he didn't have the apartment in time. I have the email. He never refunded and there is no one to reach at rent cafe. Thanks for robbing a person disabled and bed bound who barely gets by as it is. Shame on you. You shouldn't even get one star or be allowed to be a merchant.

its a good app but you need to put the price of the bedrooms. right now it just says "starting from" and stating that they offer up 4 bedrooms

The apartments that I saw were very expensive but very nice too. If you have a food income it's a good app to search for your new place.

The application should not be used until Computer Programmer checks out hacked or virus possibility. A "relook" at this by one step at a time accessment from the Programmer security. Why else would the industry use this program? It has to be good, but with advanced breaking in all security from hotel rooms, government files to misjudgedudgment of bank quota numbers by customer serv reps, most break-ins are visible, & the invisible break-ins are worse than the visible & invisible together.

I applied for 2 apartments each 450. Paid fees. They raised the price twice ove 300 after I signed an application. Kept both fees and are still advertising it as available at original price.. I filed complaints with every agency, BBB, attorney general, housing authority.. and I'm not done! I'm a veteran on SSDI. I qualified for 3 times the original price so they raised 300 the price to keep $90. Their only intentions is to keep your application fees..

Aspen falls apts had me use this app to put an application fee down. The manager didn't have the apt in time, and told me he would refund and never did. There is no way to contact the apps merchant services, DO NOT TRUST THEM! I'm sick with MS and now bedbound and they stole money I couldn't afford to lose. From what I've read they are taking advantage of the weak and elderly. Stay away.

Awful they don't mind showing available rentals when there's no availability. I even took the time to contact them and sent different screen shots at different dates to show they are constantly posting that units are available and to apply yet no there are no openings and most say the waiting list is full. So while your hunting daily for a decent place to live you see these bunk ads and your hopes go up. But anywho no response ever from rent Cafe so I cannot think of any positives.

It is extremely limited and user unfriendly. The search gets automatically erased because the app refreshes the page while using it. A suggestion is for the "engineers" to spend some time from the perspective of an app user.

After installing it I added some filters. Then I started to search and the wheel just spins and Spins and Spins and Spins for at least seven or eight minutes and I just stopped it. Then I removed the filters and I had no results just spinning and spinning the app just doesn't work. If I go to the internet to their site and works fine but the app sucks not worth your time

I have been using the app as a renter for years since COVID. But, all of a sudden it stopped allowing me to login with my phone #. My apartment said to call RentCafe because they had no idea of what to do. But, RentCafe does not allow renters to contact them. I've tried calling and going through their website. #Frustrated

Terrible. It doesn't even allow you to pick more than one type of Rental, you have to pick Apartment, Home, Condo...but you can't view all 3 if you're interested in it. Also when it pulls up every Available rental the area you're interested in, it doesn't LIST them. You literally have to click each listing on a map to view it. Terrible App!
