App doesn't work, "VIP" only works in the app. They claim it is noted in VIP when signing up but I didn't see it. Customer service was not helpful. Overall not a good experience to start with a new customer... 👎👎

Aosom app is great. Overall the company itself is great with a very reasonable prices. I always compare Aosom price to others and Aosom always offers the best price and most importantly great quality product.

I am old. Poor memory and no computer skills and only a cellphone. I had a password that I wrote down and lost It. It was something like Awesomeaosom!1 I also received an email saying if I subscribe i would get a 10% discount. Arguing back and forth over 4 random numbers you keep emailing me is useless. They DON'T WORK.

Be cautious before buying. I found a product on this app that I wanted but the price was $309. So I decided to shop around. I'm glad I did, too. I found the EXACT SAME ITEM on Walmart and Amazon for much cheaper. Here's the kicker... the seller that is listed on both Amazon and Walmart for the product I want is this company - Aosom!! What a bunch of dirty, scheming, price gouging crooks. I almost joined their VIP club but I'm very glad I hesitated. They can't be trusted without shopping around.

Customer service is useless, delivery dates are advertised wrong and change after bought the items and discount codes wouldn't work. So overall experience is terrible and would advise everyone to avoid and go through amazon or something anywhere will be better then these

We have ordered twice recently, and the service has been excellent. We had a slight problem with the first item we bought but their customer service were very good and sorted it quickly and that's why I ordered again. The delivery was quick and the quality of the item I ordered was very good, and good value for money. We looked everywhere and couldn't find it cheaper.

EDIT: I have since reached out to customer service and they sorted everything out, including quickly sending out a replacement part for a piece that was damaged during shipping. They were prompt and very nice, so I would now happily recommend Aosom. Input a coupon code for 10% off, the price reflected the discount. Made the purchase, and I was charged the price without the 10% coupon code. Very scammy and insincere practice, working on getting my order refunded.
