*if you uninstall this search again for their plug in because it will leave it in your phone!!*My landlord was scammed by a fake cash app service number and she thought she had the real ones on the phone. They used this app to look at my bank info so they can try to steal from me too. And since then my biometrics has been off and not working. I even uninstalled this and it still is in my permissions in the security and I can't find what's in my phone to make it show up so I can remove it too

If my elderly mother has trouble with her computer, with AnyDesk I can obtain remote access to her desktop, like I used to use TeamViewer (before they insisted I was running a business 🤨). However, I tend to use the PC or Mac version of the app to help her, as trying to do this from a cell phone is awkward. I have NOT had success trying to access her Android phone, however, since there are many permissions that must be granted each time the app is used on the remote device.

Using this app for remote access both on desktop as well as mobile. My experience of using this app is pretty good but only a few suggestions that the interface could be better than this( for mobile access) like selection of data on pc using mobile its a bit hectic scrolling through options. And also the only thing I hate is if somehow your data switches from one network to another even instantly than remote access will be withdrawn and you have give permission again for accessing other device.

OK if you are going to use the free version, but beware if you are thinking of buying a licence for a full version. They invoiced me for one year for a professional licence (which I paid), but the subscription on the portal was only for 3 months. Have been trying regularly for months now to get them to sort it out. Now it has expired. Have given them 48 hours to resolve this before I ask my bank to recall the transaction.

Do not install this app, I got scammed out of $9000 And I'd like to sue the developer!! Scammer got a hold of my bank account and transferred money Off of a credit card into a savings account And then into a checking account. I didn't have $9000 ever in my checking so I thought it was a mistake And I gave that much money to a complete stranger! So up yours!

Much better than expected. I was using TeamViewer for many years until someday I found that it kept very high CPU usage for no reason! And I found this alternative, which turned out to be satisfying. It has tons of configurations, especially security-wise. I tested it on Windows 8.1, Windows 10 as well as Android. So far no problem. I really like the Direct Connection feature which enables 2 parties to establish direct connections if on the same LAN.

I'll tell you one thing, just because its free, doesn't mean it has to be a pain in the god damn bullocks... it is easier on a computer, but on mobile, the experience is abysmal. Let me get this straight, it can't replace TeamViewer since its multi-touch gesture is appaling, I have to go through a different input setting... like, come on, mate! And also, the performance is mind-boggling, in a bad way that is, it can't handle the genie effect in macOS... please fix this!

3rd class app not satisfied first when internet slow they dont working properly like ultraviewer is best and second thing i we connected to another pc they said 100 second wait 1 pc and 100 second another pc tooo bad not satisfied

It's an excellent app. But I have been having trouble in receiving files from the device that I am remotely operating since last 10-15 days. The status bar shows that the download completed, but the file does not appear anywhere in my device. I am using One Plus 6T mobile to remotely access the other device. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible.

"Please close active session first" and active session is stuck, screen is frozen and nothing works, close button is ignored. Only way to solve this is to clear all application data

This app was great until the last update. Now it longer works on a Pixel 7a. It just freezes a few seconds after loading.

As others have said, it's good when it works (however the mouse gestures still leave a lot to be desired). Getting connected is the frustrating part. After using it for a while it starts to take longer and longer for the app to connect to the other client, sometimes taking several minutes of black screen until it connects. Other times it won't even connect to the AnyDesk network and I have to close and reopen it a couple times until it works. Seems like the app's getting worse with each update.

3.5, great alternative to TV. just needs some quality of life adjustments. when needing to get the mouse pointer in a very accurate spot, I'm constantly triggering the 'right click' action. perhaps and option for a two finger tap or something instead? or a better algorithm for detecting minute movement vs being in place for a right click. the sound driver causes an echo as it also pics up the mic. stop zooming out when I bring up the kboard, I've zoomed for a reason. 2 finger scroll instead of 3

This app is deceiving! It makes you feel like you are in control by looking at the screen what the other connected person is doing but actually connected person can get your files or infect your device without you knowing what is going on behind the scene. That's why is so popular among the scammers. Features like hearing you, transferring files behind the scene shouldn't be active by default!

I am not sure why this app has a low rating. It's fast and secure. Default settings are "scam suspected" which means that the other person can only look at your screen and nothing else. You, concisely have to change it to "full control" before someone can control your device. It's also much easier to use and it's faster than TeamViewer.
