I gave control of my phone and laptop through this app and believe (not confirmed)that I may have been scammed of $15,000, not my money, I borrowed it. I am not one to write negative reviews unless i feel very strongly about the issues resulting in using and trusting an app. I will not use this app again until I am either convinced I have not lost my money, or receive my money back, along with all of my possible profit. It honestly almost ruined me. That is a huge amount of $$$ to me.

I was instructed to download this app and it was a scam. I was able to figure out by the amount of repeat information they asked for. They disguised who they were representing. Was supposed to be PayPal, it was NOT! Be aware of emails stating problem with your account and as you want to resolve any issues you follow their instructions. That led me to give info but, I got this sick feeling something was not right. changed password to my bank, credit card Paypal too. Be safe with your info.

This app allows anybody to download it to your phone is on as they have your information and they are able to control your whole phone, I've learned this because cashapp needed to verify to ahead to accounts they hadn't to verify so I had to install this one and through this one they installed another one and another one so I'm watching my whole phone being just taken over by the inside by someone else it was very weird very uncomfortable and I guess it happened again so be aware of this app

Not a real issue with the app itself but there are scammers out there that try to get you to install the app to give you sensitive information like bank accounts or passwords. The scam they tried unsuccessfully on me said they were from AMAZON wanting to credit $99.00 to remove a hold on my bank account and wanted me to use this app while going through my bank account. Good thing I do not do banking on my phone.

Got a call from someone saying there Amazon and a fraud charge of $799.00 was charged to my account. They wanted me to install app then give them full control of my devise so they can cancel the order. This seemed fishy since it should be able to be canceled on phone call. Or with my Amazon app. Be careful before you give anyone full control of your device.

Very slow. Takes several seconds for any response from the other side. By the time I get a response from the other side, the device on the other side is locked, can't figure out how to unlock remote from the host side. Should be faster, more well explained, easier to use.

I've used this plugin with no problems on various devices. On a Huawei tablet however, it's unreliable. Remote control works for some time and then just stops. It seems the accessibility service is malfunctioning. Battery optimisations (for the 2 Anydesk apps) are disabled. (A restart resolves the problem temporarily.)

The UI is so bad, it makes little to no sense whatsoever. Instead of labled options, it has a bunch of icons that the developers expect you to know/learn. Also the options wheel is really hard to navigate and makes no sense. Probably the worst app I have ever used... period!

Works well but requires a reboot. Remote control is working perfectly for me on my Android 9 phone after enabling the plugin's control in accessibility settings. In fact I am typing this review remotely from a Windows machine. I did, however, need to reboot my Android device before remote control would start working.

CSR trying to connect me to McAfee server to cancel a subscription for $467 and hung up when I asked for their name and location and why I needed this app for a cancelation form. My fear is the app works and I just got suckered and gave someone access to my phone. They were actually trying to get into my computer. I hope I didn't by not allowing permissions to do so.

I use this on my android tv (nvidia shield tv) but I have the old android tv user interface where the app icons are to the left of each row on the home screen. When I install this ad1 plugin and give it accessibilty permission, I'm no longer able to select the round app icon on the home screen. When I navigate to that icon, the selection does not go further than the first icon in that row, no matter how many times I press left button on remote. Also, every OK press is detected as a long press.

Used by scammers, got a call from a Dutch number to say my subscription was due to end with amazon and would be charged the annual price, all seemed accurate, they even fooled me into thinking my account was being accessed elsewhere so when I recieved Amazon Email texts I thought it was legit. They must have been trying to access my account at the same time to make it realistic. But then they asked me to download this and set a password, I've just been scammed. Do not download this App.

Don't install this app...even after uninstalling it runs in the back. Plus it have been widely used by frauders to empty your bank balance ...BE AWARE OF SUCH NEW COMING BUGS and don't install it ..if installed then uninstall it and also off accessibility button for the any desk control plugin from your mobile settings where it would be running on the back..hope this would be helpful to most of the people's.

Does not work properly, like first time after installing this plugin it will work (I can control my phone with my PC) but like after shut downing the system when I open the same thing next day again, this control phone from PC does not work. I have unchecked battery optimization also, still does not work. Using the latest version for both plugin and app.

Beware of scammers . If you receive an email that prompts you to call about billing or service interruptions and they tell you to download this app , make absolutely sure you trust the source before using this app . It will give them complete access to everything EVERYTHING on your phone from private files to your bank accounts and they will not hesitate to clean you out while you sit there and watch them rip you off. It happened to me , I just wanted to warn others of potential predators

I love Anydesk and recommend it to a lot of people. However this control plugin AD1 causes problems with being able to connect a PS4 controller to play games on Android 11. Once I disable this plugin in the accessibility settings, the PS4 controller works like it should. Perhaps the developers could adjust it to not cause conflicts with controller inputs on Android 11.

Latest updated has ruined it for me. Was amazing previously. Now I can do nothing. The app freezes on start up. Does not allow any input at all. Sometimes it causes my device to freeze up as well requiring a hard reboot. So sad as this was truly awesome until this update took effect. If anyone at Anydes could assist, would be great.

I uninstalled the main app and it left this plug in my phone and it was in my security permissions. My biometrics hasn't worked since the main app was on my phone so I don't know if my bank info was compromised or not. I know the person on the other end somewhere was looking at it cause I could see that. Hopefully they didn't get a peek at important info. I'm replacing my bank cards now

On Xiaomi (POCO X3 Pro), after a few hours of working this plugin always crashes or something: "Additional settings" -> "Accessibility" -> "Downloaded apps" always starts saying "This service is not working properly" and you loose the ability to control remotely the device on which it has happened. You can see everything, but your touches have no effect whatsoever. Of course, there's an easy workaround of restarting the affected device, but doing it again and again gets mildly annoying 😊

I have been using this app for three years now. I'm controlling 8 remote PCs with it from my cell phones, which have been a few Samsung's, Motorola, and now a Nokia. Had always worked very reasonably well. Have always had full and smooth control of the remote station. One problem has been that I have not been able to control a Samsung tablet. Emailed their support. Never received a response back. But for the price compared to what I'm able to do numerous times a day, I'm very happy with it.
