I wanted to use the free trial for 5 days and it made me pay for a recurring monthly subscription. The app is terrible at reading images and does not serve my purpose at all. I want to cancel the subscription and get my refund. I bought it about an hour ago and I do not want to keep it, not even for the trial period. Please let me know how I can go about this?

it's okay, the answers ate usually right but you have to be very specific. and you only get to ask so many questions per day, usually three. but there's an option to check in every day that gives you more questions to ask and you can let them build up.

Listen..when I tell you this app told me everything I needed to know...whew ...guys if your struggling in math, social studies, or any subject really, please use this app because it not only tells you the answer, but breaks it down of why that answer is valid. Oh also, you do have to pay after using it 10 times I think, but you can watch ads or rate it to give you more points, but it's probably best to buy so you can use everyday daily without having to watch ads to use it, it's so worth it.

Pretty good, love the features but just saying hi to the ai takes up energy. Edit: I made the first one before when that journal like feature was still there. Anyway, it's pretty good, however, wrong answers appears here and there, not all the time though

Gives you the right answers. The only thing is you have a limited amount of problems you can scan, but they give you some options to get more scans, and it's very reliable. Highly recommend

It explains the work every well and gives you all the details you need in order to solve your answer. The only thing I don't like is that you have to get energy to ask for help. Overall this app is every helpful, it's just the energy thing that throws me off.

This app is super useful for my math class when I look at someone and straight up don't even know where to start. All I have to do is take a picture of the problem I'm doing and it'll give me a full written out "how to work this problem" with the solution at the end. I recommend this to anyone! There are no real flaws besides having to spend limited uses. But I don't see that as a flaw, it makes you have to work for some of it and that's good!

I contacted support several times to cancel my subscription. They responded once & told me they couldn't locate my account yet I was charged on 1/15/24. I contacted them again 4x. No response back. I was just charged again today on 2/15/24. This app has bad customer service. I signed up for the one month trial and now I can't cancel because they won't respond. I'm going to have to contact my bank. This is ridiculous. Most answers from the app are wrong too.

The app is not good at giving correct answers. Most are wrong answers, well I'm taking a calculus 3 course so most of the problems are extremely difficult to solve to begin with; but it helps in setting up the problems and understanding some of the concepts. Maybe they need to program the app to solve more complex math problems.

It seemed like a good app at first because the solution was quick and gave steps, although the steps didn't really elaborate as much as I would have liked. But I took the answer they gave me, but when I input into my learning platform it said it was incorrect! They gave me the wrong answer to the first and last question I asked them. Overall good concept, but poor execution.

It's ight. I like it 👌. Just ten uses a day unless you want to upgrade which only costs money. Apart from that it remains free so as far as I know. The 10 limit really helps you to not fully rely on AI all the time, and not only does it help you recreate specific goodbyes, but also helps "filters" if that makes sense. Meaning that it'll tell you if what you want to write is morally questionable or not.

Everytime it failed to properly scan the image it always still counts it as an answer. Which is very annoying especially if it worked perfectly the first time but you accidentally existed the app, especially since you can't revisit the previous times that it answered things before exiting which is annoyingly stupid. I want to like it but if it's going to pull these kind of stunts then I don't want to use it.

I have been using this app for about a year now. It is very helpful. However, it is good to know you can only ask (I think it was) 10 questions every 24 hours. I paid for unlimited questions and it was 100% worth it. I havent got a single ad (yet) while having the app. It gives you the answers in both simplified and modifed versions. It also explains the answer. Perfect for hard or last minute school work.

Worked well, but I kept getting an error message. So, I performed an update. Still getting same error asking that itry again and now it's saying that it can not install the app. Uninstalled and re installed. Hopefully, I will still have my points. Still have points. Still getting error to try again🤦🏽♀️UPDATE: FINALLY FIXED BUT I CAN'T GET ALL OF THE POINTS I WAS DENIED DUE TO WHATEVER ERROR THERE WAS
