Paid for premium but the app had a bug that made it think I'm still on trial (took the money though), making the app useless. I wrote to customer service, but they weren't responsive and didn't seem to care enough. Bottom line - paid for premium, didn't get it (but lost the money), and they don't care. Keep away.

I've tried many types of other monitors, but Annie Monitor has to be the one of the best out there. After a long search for over a year of make do monitors, this has been the most reliable one for me.

Pairing is horrible a complete waste of money, I accidentally paid for the Anual subscription and said ok whatever let me try it since it was working fine during the free trial ever since I paid it's difficult almost impossible to get the devices to pair to see the baby all you get is notifications that the baby is awake which happens with any movement or any sound with no image at all it stays conecting at 99% forever and you wont be able to see the baby at all.

Very disappointed in this app! The first day I was really impressed it has some great features of being able to see the screen and use other apps, night light, not having to pay for each device BUT for two days it's hasn't worked I've contacted them several times and no response. I really wanted this app to work ðŸ˜

The application has bugs like unexpected crashes when you try to change settings, enable flashlight, etc. However it really helped us.

Did not work as indicated. And the service response was not helpful. I paid for the subscription because I needed the app while traveling and everything I tried it did not work. I had to find a different app. Then I tried to contact about a refund but keep getting sent the runaround. Horrible app and horrible customer service.

What a catastophe of an app and experience. App is offering "liftime premium" license (one-time payment), but it doesn't recognize paid license nor it works as intended (no HD video, crashing, restarting etc.). Not to mention that iphone that was added to paid account has even more problems and is not even able to use the monitor option. Cancelation of payment possible via Play Store, but well hidden, so you need to find where you are able to ask for refund.

It would be nice if your company could state VERY OBVIOUSLY that your app is NOT compatible between Android and IPhone. I wasted a lot of time with other apps first, then I came across yours and seemed seemed like the perfect fit. Both apps downloaded fine and seem to work just not with each other. That's fine, no problem by itself except my time was wasted just like every other app developer I tried. My goal of going outside tonight worry free seems like a bust.

ALL STARS. I have had this app for over two years and I can only recommend it! The app has developed a lot in two years and we plan to continue using it even though our child is almost 3 years old. Thanks to this app I have constant supervision over my baby girl and I don't have to worry about her. I love this baby monitor!

Love the functionality of the app and it's easy to manage. I would love an ad free version however that doesn't diminish anything from the app.

Absolutely awful. I have never given a bad review for an app ever, however this app never worked!! I was using it to keep watch over an injured horse in our barn overnight, and we could never get it to work. It would connect, but after a minute or so we would get an alert that "the baby had stopped monitoring". What? We even bought the subscription for it to see if it would improve and it never did. Save your money and use something else.

App is absolute garbage. Worked for two weeks and now the damn volume doesn't work. The app is super laggy, its slow and a patch has not been issued for android. I have a 2022 model Galaxy. Get a REAL BABY MONITOR. Will NEVER recommend this trash to anyone again! Had me early i thought it was phenomenal, but I was wrong. No update with all of these issues is disgusting.

We have been using this ANNIE BABY MONITOR app for a year now, and it has never failed us! For me, it is an absolute sleep saver. I can set this up and have my own free time for myself, I can read, cook, have a long bath, watch my favorite movie, and fall asleep with the TV on - I love that and I really missed that lately. Now I can do it all with no shame and no worries, because annie baby monitor is watching my kids for me. It will let me know when my free time is over, when that awful crying

Interface did not work properly - I couldn't close the controls which obscured the view. Not a big deal but annoying. The biggest issue for me was the fact that it messed my volume controls. Normally I could control media volume with my volume keys but when this app is installed they control in-call volume. I couldn't play a movie from my gallery as it was telling me I am during a call. Why does it need permission for calls anyway?! Once the sound was even played through the regular call speaker

This app is flaky. Sometimes logs in, sometimes claims you aren't connected to the Internet when you obviously are. Randomly drops connection overnight. When it works it's fine. But more often than not it is far too unstable to be useful. When you have an unsettled baby you want something that is easy and just works. Unfortunately this is an effort and is unreliable. NOT CHANGING MY REVIEW! STILL FLAKY. NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW!

I started using this app a week ago. Picture when there is light is good. Does not work in the dark as far as the video aspect goes. Sound works well, or it did until now. I paid for a year subscription but tonight the timer on the trial period started ticking down. Once time ran out, app stopped working and cant get it running. Keeps crashing after telling me the trial period has expired. I wasted $2. now cant hear my child. Just needed it long enough for new monitor to arrive but no such luck.

Just set it up and tried it out. Oh. My. God. This is the most annoying app. Took a while to get everything connected, it kept disconnecting the two devices but once I got them going that wasn't an issue. The real issue is the notifications. It tells you when your baby is awake. Handy right? Nope. Because it notifies you approximately 100 times in a row with non stop ringing and buzzing! And she wasn't awake! Couldn't make this stop.

Had it 2 days. Paid the $5 after using it for 20 mins. It doesn't work. Constantly disconnects and reconnects. No audio at all regardless of settings. This app doesn't help at all and in Ontario I can't buy a new monitor as quickly as needed cause of lockdown so I'm stuck using apps until my order with my new baby monitor is ready. Waste of $5, and effort honestly. Only good thing is when it does work it's HD.

This app brings extra stress and frustration to the delicate baby bedtime. I've been using this app around 1.5 years. I must say it's really poor. The technical objective - recording sounds, triggering an alarm if its above a set threshold - is quite trivial and yet they have made it remarkably complex. We have loads of issues pairing and my support Qs for help on that are ignored. It seems to force an update every two weeks, which rarely is smooth. Latest keeps turning on the camera. Why???
