It was fine yesterday but now suddenly it won't let me play! It lets me x out of the ridiculous amount of ads that pop up when opening it but after I x out of the last one, nothing on the screen is clickable! I have restarted my phone, restarted the app (several times!) and it's still the same!!

Needs work on refresh and amount of refreshes. Kills the game. Started getting refresh wheel almost every 5-10 spins in the last 2 days. Game will stop and then you have to restart the app. Sometimes it will take back off after 30-60 secs. It has started again. I changed rating to 3, because it's a fun game when it's working correctly. You lose points, spins, and time off the timers. Timers continue to run even with the refresh wheel.

I normally love this game, it has a lot of fun contests/tournaments, building islands and attacking other players islands or stealing coins from them. I've been playing this since it was still called Animal Kingdom. I thought since they did an update, everything would work better but there's still so many issues with this game. It freezes up a LOT, you have to always pay for more energy or special events, the Messenger link for gifts doesn't work and you cant play without Wifi! Very disappointed

Fun and addicting. I really did enjoy this game. Some things to consider: 1. The amount of pop-ups before you can play they game is ridiculous. I get you want to make money but I shouldn't have to close 15 pop-ups before playing. 2. Stop forcing us to collect items that we can't use. Like cake, fans, etc. Sure you can use what you collect for around 5 items but then you have to pay for the next item before using the rest of what you collected. 3. Make getting shields easier.

I'll give a star number later. Hopefully, my issue can be resolved. This game is REALLY fun and addictive. It's so easy to play. BUT you can easily spend money trying to play the challenges, etc. It freezes way too much and after purchases. I am currently waiting for a review after I spent $10.99 for a 3 bundle prize bundle and only received one prize before it froze.😤 It's currently STILL frozen with a screen that won't move and a green check.

Game freezes and now it appears permanently frozen. I have tried exiting app and restarting my device. No good. If I uninstall and reinstall I will lose rewards earned toward a different game. There is no way to contact Support as game is frozen. Pop-ups are alive and kicking though! Update: Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still frozen and no options to fix the situation.

Not worth your time if you're trying to get Swagbucks through this game. Game play is simple and repetitive. You'll breeze through the first 10 levels, then it's a slow crawl to get any further. The game freezes up frequently, and everytime you open the game you have to X out of no less than 7+ ads trying to get you to spend real money on the game. In addition, you need energy to progress and they do not give you enough to make it thru what's required for Swagbucks. It's a lost cause.

Game freezes in the beginning everyday after it loads. I miss out on the watch adds. Today so far I've had to close it and open the game 3 times and it still freezes. Trying one more time right now. If it freezes again, I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling. If it still does it, I'm just gonna uninstall it permanently. It was fun until the freezing started. Hopefully u guys can fix that issue.

I really really have a lot of fun playing this game. Lately though like the past month when I start the game it takes about 1-2 minutes trying to load if it even loads completely sometimes it freezes my phone which leaves me having to completely reboot my phone. I did an update on the game an my phone an still the problem is there. I hope that whatever the problem is it can be fixed.

Only wants your money. The few boosters that exist usually only go 5 min, and with all the ads and time waiting for items to transfer into the ever changing events that usually lead to a pay wall, there is no time for the booster. Its gambling whether you spend money or not. The game dangles carrots in front of you for everything. The whole game is a disappointment, its not a game, there is no challenge to it, its just a fancy slot machine. I only played it to get paid by a 3rd party app.

Terrible, if you make it to the higher levels, you will NOT get paid.. They have these games designed so you can continue to purchase coins, if you are lucky enough like myself to get further without have to spend a lot of your money, they will disable the status bar, and you won't get paid. UPDATE: The developer still has not fixed the issues with this game , I am now on level 165, and still have NOT gotten the $20 reward.. the status bar is still at level 120... I should have $57.50 in credit

This apps is ridiculous. Each time you make a purchase, the game will crashed and you will not able to use what you purchased. Reaching out to the support team and they only giving 1k energy. Afterwards, I have issue with their Amazing Trail game, I completed level 11 and working on the last level. Half way there, I noticed that the meter not going up. So, I go back to the main page and when I go back to the Amazing Trail page, it restart me again at level 10. RIDICULOUS!

Decent game for the first few days but now suddenly crashes at random. In general every "event" has become a complete gamble since half the time it will crash and you won't get the rewards. It doesn't even boot half of the time. If that gets resolved I'll amend my review, but as things sit it's the most crash prone mobile game I've ever played.

I'm not sure how this game has been rated 4.8 stars. Just to open the game, you have to exit out of 6-9 different prompts trying to get you to purchase things, then the ads to get free stuff are a minute + each, and your "energy" takes 10 hours to fully restock. By the time I get through the prompts and to the actual game, I don't have time to play. Lastly, even when you change the settings, the sounds don't completely turn off, so you can't listen to music or podcasts without hearing the game.

I was able to make it all the way to island 132 without too many issues. Unfortunately, now every time I try and login, the game will crash resulting in having to restart the app. I've cleared the cache, I've even un-installed the app and reinstalled the app thinking that would correct the issue, now I'm not even able to get past the loading screen without a sudden close of the app and returning me to my phones main screen. Has this happened to anyone else? Plz help!!!!!!!!!

Lots of opps to collect extra energy and earn hours of playtime. I like the auto roll feature too. Good graphics, barely ever lags (usually lagging happens with ads), option to watch ads to earn extras. The best part is that it offers a variety of different types of gameplay to keep it interesting. All-in-all this is an enjoyable game without a need for much gaming skills...

This game is having so many glitches when I played a year ago it was this bad but it definitely crashed allot this time it's loading for a long time after you get pass the pop-ups and never get the chance to play. Came back in to give a review and it says update so I update and went back in and it's going that same thing. It was likable now not so much so I'm going to uninstall before it messes up my new phone smh

I downloaded the game based on reviews. This is a fun game with great graphics, but it has issues. For the last four nights trying to get on and play, the game freezes up and shuts down. Contacted support and sent screenshot for four nights absolutely no help. This was a fun game when I started it, but all the clitches and freezes ain't worth the headache.

Nauseatingly repetitious. Maybe not so bad if are playing with friends. The only reason I stuck it out as long as I did was for the points on mypoints. The game tends to favor events that you have to pay to get past certain points. That wasted hundreds of "turns" of play. One of the few brighter spots was some of the character animations were comical

Ever since the latest update on 5/17/24, the game keeps freezing. It is great to be able to partner up with others for higher rewards and trade cards but despite having a reliable internet connection (my other apps& Smart TV all work), the constant freezing is a major problem. I am losing out on winnings; constantly having to restart the app. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
