Worst service Tried to contact the Web chat to complain about the network, because of course calling the company is chargeable, and the app is not designed to help, it gives me some choices to choose, however what I am seeking is not there, therefore my issue is still, and can't resolve it, and now after this bad experience the app is asking me to rate, what a silly app. The coverage is worst in the area can't make calls or even use data, and if I send sms, it takes ages to be sent.

Last transaction process doesn't appear in the application and that caused me a problem because the money I've transferred was sent but it's not shown in the transaction history on your application..even your call centre can't solve the problem after benig on a call for about 15 Mins...you caused me a problem

There is a very weird glitch when I try to redistribute flexs between family members. It shows -352,000 and wouldn't let me change any flexes as all the options are greyed out. Please fix this weird bug.

The app stops instantly if it was opened ( A23 Samsung) it was working fine before backup and format but after I formatted my phone, it does not work Yes, the app was backed up Also, yes, I reinstalled again, still the same PLEASE FIX I HAVE MONEY IN MY VODAFONE CASH ACCOUNT THAT I CAN'T ACCESS IT ANY MORE

Not being able to use the application with a different SIM card creates a lot of difficulties.. A lot of people have more than one phone and it's not practical to keep changing the SIM card to access the Application!

Not as expected. Lately, there are many accounting mistakes and lake of persistence. Services disappear suddenly and reappear. Reliability is surely and sorroly missing. Need improvement.

Very bad application, sometimes it works well and sometimes it doesn’t. You need a strong network, and the Vodafone network has become very bad.

Worst app ever..i've been trying to recharge so many times all day long but in vain! It gives the same message every single time " error! Something wrong happened please try again"!!!

Bad service. Bad customer service. Bad service abroad, activating data roaming unless you stop it yourself. Whenever I have a credit in my balance,they take it by different means through messages and activating services that I don't ask for them. Shame on you.

I got my number at a vodafone office and subscribed to an okay plan. I was told that to renew it, I need to download this app. By the time I needed to renew my plan, it subscribed me to a random plan. I renewed again, and was informed that it would nullify the plan that it randomly subscribed me to. When renewed my balance, I looked carefully to ensure it would subscribe me to the correct plan, but it was nowehre to be found in the Manage Bundle page. And now, my internet doesn't work at all.

Completely unreliable. Keep getting 365 offers & whenever I click on them it sends a message that it was applied only to renew immediately without the said "offer" & it is not even the renewal day! Also the offer don't fully show in the screen! Clicking on "برنامج شكرا للمكافآت" doesn't work too!

This app has a lot of problems and bugs since the last update, when I downloaded this update for the first time, it didn't work for a couple of days, and then it worked well, but there are some frequent bugs especially in summer promo and management of internet, I hope this will be solved in the next update.

I had a small amount of money in my balance and then sometimes it just suddenly and randomly renewes a bundle that I DONT WANT TO USE i tried to solve this went to settings called em nothing works , the app works properly but this is a big issue they need to fix so until they do dont use this app

The most wonderful benefit of Ana Vodafone app which was differential from all other telecom apps is that it wasn't required to have data on your SIM to open the app, but this feature is gone now after the last few updates. Please fix this and return it back, I'm a heavy user of Vodafone cash and always using it for recharging and plan renewal, but now when my plan drain i have to use codes which I'm not used to at all.

Why you're making it harder and harder for people who uses custom OS to use the app ? I have a Redmi Note 10 pro with Google Pixel OS and I had no problem using the app as I added it to the deny list until I made the biggest mistake of updating it and now it does not open. I use Vodafone Cash all the time and now I can't use the app. AT ALL !

Bad UX & UI. Too cluttered, so many deals, promotions, discouts and offers. Difficult to find what youre looking for. Freezes or slow when it works. Confusing menus and buttons layout. Most offers are out of stock or not available. Takes too long to get to what you need, if at all. Its a waste of time to use the app on the reuglar.

Internet and cell phone service in Egypt are one of the worse in the world. My experience with Voda so far has been horrible. The service is always unreliable. The internet connection consistently droops for now reason, even though I live next to a Vodafone tower and have full bars. It's always on and off with the internet, to the point that makes the service so unreliable to be used for work or anything important.

Most of the time when I try to log in i am told i have incorrect loging credentials. I have tried to reset the password but even after going through with that process I am told the new password is incorrect. I have only managed to log in two or three times in the past month. Would give the app less than one star if that was possible.

I would have given it 5 *s but my family members still can't use it to renew on their phones (theirs doesn't work like mine). It used to not work like that for me as well, and It is somewhat inconsistent, but it has worked so well for me now. I can do add ons, keep track of my usage and renew without having to go to Vodafone store. Very nice!
