This app was come and go from the start but was needed for moviehd which is a great app, but now AM player not compatible with new android tv so now I cannot watch moviehd on it....still works on my phone though. Did try to sideload the AMplayer apk file ,but keeps asking me to update when opening moviehd. This is so dissapointing, please moviehd use another movie player that is compatible with newer devices.

I could've given half one star because it needs alot of improvements such as volume increase decrease option, brightness and most importantly you guys didn't added full screen option to watch movies in a wide angle, forgot to include its own subtitles interface so you don't have to find by yourself Just fix the goddamn player!

I can't rate the app as it is not working at all. I've been trying to update. I've installed, uninstalled with no luck. I haven't used in a few months but when I used it worked well. Now it's worthless! Haven't had a chance to see adds either! This sucks!!

this app is F***ing S**t. i used Movie HD to watch my favorite shows and movies. It made me install AMPlayer, now more than 50℅ of streams just load forever but never play. The ones that do load, spontaniously freeze and start from the beginning, when i try to move skip back forward, it wont let me.

The app is great sometimes it has a leak on security but otherwise that might be false it's my opinion that app is great the thing is it's too many advertisements ads that's the one thing I hate the most is ads in front of the screen that I'm trying to look at see what's behind it but know that as well and keep up coming up coming up that's a bad thing to do I love this app just get rid of the ads please thank you

REALLY ANGRY WITH THIS APP RIGHT NOW !!!; First of all it's the ONLY Media Player that will open any movie or show on my Movie HD App. So I HAVE to use this player no matter what ... But like randomly all of a sudden in the past 3 - 4 days it will not let me Download any of the Movie or Show Files Anymore !!! I can open the Video, it plays fine , then I click the download button ( LIKE I HAVE 23,987 TIMES )& It starts to download then In about 5 seconds it tells me "Download Unsuccessful" FIX IT!

I'm giving this app one star. Not because it doesn't work properly. But because I can't install it AT ALL! I added the Movie HD app to my Amazon Fire TV Cube. This app requires AM Player to operate. You get a popup when you load a movie to install the AM Player. Even a link to it at the Play Store. But when you click the link, it says it's unavailable. Even trying to install this through the Downloader app doesn't work. If Movie HD requires this to work, it should be part of the APK package. Poor Dev work guys.

Have to use this app with MovieHD. Luckily I found a way to bypass the POS that is this app. I use Web Video Cast, and as soon as my movie starts, I immediately cast it to my Roku. Then when I'm done, I just force close this POS, to avoid the bs ad you're forced to watch. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Total bs the way they try to force you to use a POS app like this. But, there's always a way around their bs.

There was a time when this was a great app, and I was able to use it to watch movies though MOVIEHD on my SMART TV. I don't know why but one day the player just stopped working. I couldn't download it on my android tv, so I decided to install it as a apk file. So now every time when I play the MOVIEHD it is requesting to install the AMPlayer which I already have installed. So practically MOVIEHD is using the only player that is no longer working on a smart TVs where people are usually watching movies!

It's just the worst video player i have ever used. No subtitle options, No settings, No equalizer, Can't even rename a video Can't adjust the brightness or volume in the screen ! It is just a video player which can only play a video and skip it. If you can update this videoplayer and insert these features into it, it would be very helpful to me and the other 500K+ users.

Works fine on my phone. Use it to stream movies from MoviesHD. The problem started when i want to use it to my android smart tv. First, it says AMPlayer not compatible with my tv. So can't download it here. I download the apk manually and installed it. Player works fine. Can use it to watch videos from local gallery. However, when i want to watch movies from MoviesHD, it will show Can't play this video. Everytime i try it will show this problem. Why? Works fine on my phone. Please help.

Since installing the app, my phone has been overheating and draining battery very fast. Even though I close it, it's still running in the background. Dunno what it's doing. Uninstalled and my phone is fine now. I downloaded because I needed it for movie hd. Can't use that app now without a player so I will be uninstalling movie hd as well. Too bad, I liked movie hd.

Developer has a lot of work to do with the app. Issues : Option of adding subtitle is missing. Online search and download of subtitle is missing. Option of controlling volume is missing. Video doesn't rotate automatically like they do on mx player or vlc. Brightness control missing. Slow startup. Hope that we will get this features in upcoming updates.

It has a Simple UI hence easy to use. Watch offline videos or stream online. Been using it for years now,in all my devices

This video player isn't the best. But to be able to watch movies and tv shows from movieHD is the only thing that is good. Yea it has a 5sec ad. but is everyone really going to complain about that? It's free deal with it. The loading is slow a lot of times. But I can look passed that. It runs so I'm happy.

Meh... the player is beyond plain. Lack of subtitle support, ability to adjust brightness, volume or time. The one thing that this player had going for it was the ability to open files through another app. I had no problem starting a movie in am player and then switching to my preferred player (mx player) but since the update the option is gone. Looks like I'll have to search for an older version and never update the app lol
