It is like half a year that this app works or any mobile banking service of dashin bank. And half the year is for maintenance.

I gave 4 stars because I am unable to purchase air time. When I select "from account" it is idle and nothing comes to select. Please fix it

When will this app work as expected, the transfer feature is clunky and there is no customer support email.

Totally incompatible.can't be comparable to other banks working system . poor graphics,slow and useless .can't even effect payment to bills.

Before it was working fine, but now on start screen it says check your security in your server and I can't login

It is good but it requires frequently to change password and sometimes it say "your account is locked pls contact the adminstration". So it needs some improvement

Easy and intuitive. The fact that one can use dashin via laptop/pc is a big bonus. Keep it up.

You should change you're GUI this one is really terrible and slow and also confusing I might add . So please change the GUI to a more simpler one that's doesn't have a lot of lag and is user friendly

Everything about this app is ugly , very slow and complex to use ,not user friendly i hate dashen for making such an app like this, update it change the ui or something make it easy to use it doesnt even have the option to transfer to telebirr! Useless app

I like dashine bank and the service but this has to be the worst fintech app on the market. Slow and sluggish!! I almost lost money due to airtime connection problem which hasn't been returned until now. You guys can do better!

Dears, It is preferable to display an update notification while running the program rather than a security alert because most customers do not utilize auto update on their mobile devices and hence abandon it without visiting the app store.

Very annoying slow animations and tenasitions. Not the most intuitive design, horrible locations of buttons, needs a UI overhaul very very poor design and confusing for most people.

Totally it's a useless app. The only thing you can do with this app is you can see your balance. Poor graphics, it's not user-friendly, you can't even pay your telecom bills, etc.... The only thing I can say good about this app is it notifies you immediately when you logged in.
