The apps and website always have a smooth design and flow. My mother did have an issue with a delivery driver tossing her package at the door, but thankfully the amazon ring doorbell caught it all.

Updating review: Locked my account, then sent an email that says sign in and follow instructions. Can't sign in account is locked, another email that says sign in and follow instructions. Called five times. Five times same results. I've begged to speak with a manager or someone who can help. Meanwhile they are charging my bank card over $2700.00 every day. Begged them to close the account or stop the payment. They said they can't until my account is unlocked. I'm lost at this point.

Mediocre deals with worse functionality than the regular app. Was sent a 25% off promo that i cant use on what i wanted because i clipped a 8$ coupon and i cant remove it. Now i ither hafto not use the coupon and pay more or order another brand and not touch the coupon button. Thanks for screwing me out of like 68$. How about this now im just gona not buy any of it here and get it on temu.

I thought it would be smart to start this for my business. First lesson was that they ship however they want. Next is the delivery can be wherever they want too. And even when delivered to the wrong address, there is no way to report a problem. They block all ways of shipping and delivery problem reporting. Not with the hassle! I'll be going back to my old way of ordering!!!

Having difficult time due to delays in shipment. Items ordered a month ago hasn't arrived and arrival dates continues to change on the expected arrival day.

Why bother with this app? It's no different than the basic app. You may save a little money, but the shipping is not good. One package today said that they delivered it and that I signed for it. Funny, it was not me, and I never saw anyone here with an Amazon vest. Second pkg I am still waiting for it, along with the others. I can't believe the business subscribers aren't any better,

Add to cart button doesn't work about 2/3 the time now. If I can't buy product what's the point of the app. It's been this way for weeks now and Amazon apparently doesn't care.

I like the business app. It is handy being on my phone. If I think of something that I need, I can add it to a list and come back to it later when I'm on the computer. The phone is too small to be shopping on, but I use the app to add ideas or things we need, and I can come back later to check on.

Amazon accidentally has my personal property and claimed they may destroy or donate it, the day it was handed to them. The company is great but the way they handled this, including the customer service representative who misinformed me and wouldn't process a ticket for me is absolutely wrong. Check the first call I made on 4/24 and the customer service complaint against the first agent I spoke with on the phone. Our business spends $1100/mo on Amazon. They can't be employing people like that

Menu doesn't have enough space to say the entire word it should say on the right side of the screen. For instance "your orders" just says "your". This occurs for every menu option and I will change my rating when it's fixed. Honestly just seems like a CSS issue.

After a recent update, pages, images, and so on stutter while loading causing outages to freeze and become unstable. The initial item pages are typically alright however swiping to the next item is consistent.

If you pay for prime and have specific 830am - 4pm business hours the delivery team should be able to deliver in that time. What's the point if they do what they want. You try and get a human on the phone after searching the app for help to notify/remind the delivery guys of the time but it's almost like Amazon doesn't want to talk. Finally after googling I find a number, of course it is a robot then 30 min hold. Cancelling the subscription and going to shopping local. Amazon =To big to care.

Please change the Orders section back to its previous format. It no longer shows the current status of the order, if it was delivered/enroute, and doesn't show invoice details with amounts paid, including shipping and tax. It also doesn't have the option to start a refund/exchange from the order unless you connect to customer service via a bot, to a rep, to the seller to get it replaced. Hopefully this will be fixed soon in the next update.

Very hard to use. The scroll and touch functions constantly freeze. I mostly use the Amazon app to browse, then search for items in the business app. So like, why not just have separate carts like with Fresh? Wayfair has no problem applying pro pricing to regular items and having a single cart/checkout. I honestly cannot see a single benefit to having a separate app.

Great app for Amazon Business accounts. Would be 5 starts except that, by default, "on" is the setting for the app to not only give you great notifications for orders and shipping and very useful stuff, but also *advertisements* for sales or products. THAT got turned off real quick, and it's buried in the apps settings making it more difficult to get to than if you could manage it as "notification types" within android...

Impossible to find anything you want. BIG issues: 1. Search results consistently list unrelated items, with no way to use "AND OR NOT" to refine results. 2. Adding price filter auto-selects a category (usually wrong one) and can't be used otherwise. 3. Using "Sort by" anything but "Featured" elimates up to 90% of results. 4. Price range filters locked at "under $25", "$25-50", "$50-100" etc. 5. Multiple, mandatory video ads load on every page, slowing down app significantly. I'm even Prime!

The majority of items aren't really discounted at all from regular Prime, but they list a "higher" price and show a "discount" that is normally the same price as regular Prime. I have encountered a few instances where Business is cheaper, anywhere from a penny to a few bucks, BUT I've also encountered many items that are MORE expensive on Business than regular. Always check BOTH accounts to get the best price. I kinda feel like this is a bit of a scam making us think we'll save money.

App works as intended. No issues there. Just have a simple suggestion. Please introduce dark mode in your app. My eyes are extremely sensitive to Blue light emission. Even with the blue light filtering glasses, everything turns into a snow haze. That obviously has made me not to use the app as frequent as I wanted to. I really appreciate your effort.
