Clock punch function has screwed me more than once. I've been early and at my station, forgot to clock in so I try on my phone and the app "can't confirm my location"... You'd think one of the leaders in software would be able to make this very simple feature correct. Especially when it messes with their employees. Waste of phone memory. If I didn't need it for VET, it would be gone already. Kinda livid 🤬

Clock punch doesn't work most of the time. I'm always in the building with location services on. I even used the buildings wifi???! I thought the location services would make it better but unfortunately, it just gave my manager more work to do. Don't bother going to your work station early without an actual punch clock nearby...very frustrating.

I'm basing my rating on having never experienced any other platform like this before. As my first experience with an app used for work and for shift pick ups (always been a salaried worker), this is amazing! It's user friendly, easy to maneuver with self explanatory navigation and doesn't lag. Chat with HR is a great feature even if the representative does not seem based in the U.S., they provide prompt, quick responses and resolution.

At one point I gave this app a 1-star review because it had tacky, unskipable pop-up videos that made it impossible to claim VTO. We've come a very long way from then. There are still pop-ups, but they're more rare, they're usually more relevant (not always just the usual corporate propaganda you see in the FC all the time), and they can actually be skipped. Thank you dev team for listening to feedback and actually making the UX better!

It is extremely SLOW. Have to verify device every time you log in. Otherwise very easy to use and very simple. Most options have to be done on a computer located at the work site, so very useless options to even have on the app, waste of space mostly. Again, the app takes almost a minute to load separated pages which is extremely frustrating since it is supposed to be convenient.

The latest version of this app is an absolute nightmare. It's complicated to navigate, there are important resource links (like PTO & Occurence information) now burried in other resource links (like Find Shifts), it's cluttered (News at the top is a HUGE waste of space, and the thick white menu at the top of "find shifts" makes it hard to see what shifts are available), why is everything white (It's harder to look at), and IT'S SO BUGGY!!! It crashes often. The PREVIOUS version was 5/5 perfect!

This app is ALWAYS slow. It takes forever to load, forever to do anything. If you click on a notification for VTO or VET good luck getting it to go through. The app is so slow I have missed out on many opportunities due to lag time. I have updated it, closed it out and restarted it and nothing works. No excuse for this, coming from a big corporation like Amazon. They need to fix it to where it's not so damn slow.

Since the update, any time I open the app and try to do literally ANYTHING, it immediately goes to the all blue screen that just says "a to z" and does absolutely nothing. No signs of loading going on, it just sits there on that screen. I have tested it and left it open on the screen and it does not change. It's not my connection, cause I've tried it with both working wifi AND unlimited 5g data and it does the same thing.

App is worse since the last update. At times when I try to get VET/VTO a video pops up you have to watch for about 20 seconds before you can skip and by then there is no VET/VTO available, or it will say not connected retry later. It's really really annoying. It has been a month since I posted these last comments and the App seems to be getting worse! So frustrated!! I didn't think this App could get worse but you all found a way. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The new version of the app has made getting shifts more difficult and the layout busier than before. When I attempt to tap the 'add shift' button, nothing happens; I have to scroll up and down before selecting the shift. The previous mobile layout was simple and effective. If it ain't broken, don't fix it!

The new update has made it almost impossible to get a shift. For what reason exactly did the "Find Shifts" page have to be redesigned?! The sudden change in format is incredibly stupid! Not only that, but the new format also reloads differently and poorly. And for some reason, it's actually more difficult to maneuver with the new format.

So many problems and instead of fixing those you decided to change how it looks once again, this newest update took the scroll feature away for finding shifts and is going to make it increasingly more difficult to pick up shifts between the weeks. Please give back the scroll feature and fix the real problems 🤦 a toggle for seeing shifts for instance would help so much more than typing a time frame. Also eliminating unnecessary alerts for shifts people already have or can't pick up would help

When I open the app, it takes about 10 seconds to reach the main screen. The tabs take time to load as well, but not as long as it takes to open the app. Often times I'll receive the "oops" page, which requires me to refresh the page to access the app. This is not a problem with my internet connection. This is frustrating when I'm picking up shifts as a flex associate. Lately, when I tap on the schedule tab, it will take me to a notification page instead. This app is overall frustrating to use.

I'm on an Android and it loads so much slower compared to iPhone. It makes it difficult to even get a chance to get a shift that's available. I could be on my phone and a message pops up saying there's a shift available then I go to the app and it won't even load and sometimes when I'm on already on the app and I receive a message about a shift available then I refresh right away and it doesn't even show up to get it. It's not Android friendly which is super disappointing.

The new update UI for the schedules is not flex employee friendly. The previous UI was easier to use this one makes you click more to get something done where the other one allowed you to do an action in one click. It was simpler. Edit: the UI keeps getting worse add an option where we can choose what version of the UI we use or something please

This app wasn't very user friendly for finding shifts before the new update. With having to refresh and the lag that sometimes came with that. Now it's almost unusable for finding flex shifts. Not being able to easily scroll through the weeks is awful, you have to wait much longer for refreshes, you have to hit action buttons sometimes as many as 3-4 times before they react. By the time it reacts to claiming a shift that shift is gone and so are all the others. Please undo update & try again👎

Constant UI changes are annoying to deal with and got very slow. Latest UI change is the worst I've seen in my 3 years at Amazon. If you only work 2 days a week the new timecard format is so overly bloated and with less information. Anything that used to be there to provide information at a glance is removed, gotta press the specific tab, wait a few seconds because of lag, and hopefully it won't bug out into an entirely different section.

The new UI is trash and slow to update the times on (3/27/24) There was no reason to change it. There seems to be a lag issue with shifts being dropped and the ability for picking up shifts. The lag acts as though there is a data "dump" in both directions. This change will MAJORLY effect people's ability to get shifts and not getting punished for missing work.

Super slow, super chaotic, inconsistent, not user friendly, takes forever to load so you put it down to wait for the page to load and then when you come back to pick up where you left off it's timed out and you have to start over. It literally feels like it's designed to discourage you from being able to get through the things you need to. To make it harder to take advantage of the so called features and benefits. Could be wrong but something definitely doesn't line up.

I think this app is pretty useful and offers a lot of different options for Amazon Associates. Sometimes takes a long time to load page or gets stuck loading and I have to close out the app and restart it. I would like to see all of my accumulated time off balances, including any sick time on a screen with my schedule/hours worked for the week. It's also not easy to navigate unless you know where to look for Amazon offered programs like Journey Builder.
