This app has allowed me to take a big leap into dealing with my depression. That is not all though it also offers help for many difficult emotions and even anxiety and as I said depression. It allows you to set goals and it allows you to choose what you need help with. It can help with so many things and almost all of this is completely free.

I like it. It gives me a sense of order in my life. I can easily follow it and make sure that i sont moss anything. Being able to connect this to another device would be helpful, though. We dont always have our phones on us and we tend to go to other devices as well. If i was able to connect it to.. my computer, for example, I won't forget what i need to do and at what times.

Like the update so far. Wish the volume wasn't so low in the audios compared to other apps. More audios would be great. More activities would also be great; some indoor ones perhaps. The app is helpful and everything except the therapist option is free. I also recommend the Smiling Mind app, which is also free (+ non profit) and has different programs too.

This is a very calming app. I do, however, wish it let you pick multiple courses at once. I ended up going with improving my sleep, but I would have also liked to have been able to do the one stress as well. Overall, it is helping with sleep. I recommend to anyone haveing any sort of stress, anxiety, depression, and sleeping problems. 👍

Thank you, to whom ever did what they could. After all that's that best any of us can right? So this app may actually be for teenagers, but the cutesy interface is a bit much in the face of such issues. This app is otherwise will designed and straightforward at that. Sadly in the face of all that's happened I need something more, but give the free trial a try.

I love this app so much its amazing! It really has helped me. I try to do the breathing exercises daily because it helps my day be stress-free :) but the only downside is that there is a lot of courses that you have to pay for. I feel like when it comes to Mental Health it shouldn't have you pay so much. But overall it's a really great app and I recommend it!! And I'm sure it's worth it to get the premium if you really struggle with mental health ❤

I wanted to write an updated review now that I've finished the 28 day mood program. I am very impressed and satisfied with this app overall. I was in a really bad place when I started and over the course of these 28 days, my mood and ability to cope has definitely improved. The step-by-step approach really helped me so I didn't feel overwhelmed, and the articles provided were really informative and easy to put into practice. I really enjoyed the meditative activities provided too. As someone who has never really been into the idea of meditation, I was really impressed by how much better I felt after every activity. It really helped me to relax and give myself time to just unwind and breath a little. tl;dr This app may have just saved my life. I highly recommend it.

If I'm being honest, I don't usually rate apps. However this app is INCREDIBLE! Unlike most other apps I've used, this one generally helps me, gives you lots of things/options which YOU get to choose based on your preferences and what you feel attention needs to be focused on. Not only that, but using the free version is absolutely incredible, I haven't experienced any adds (excluding an offer to upgrade to premium which only happened once) and the app itself really helps me.Definitely recommend

This app is great. I enjoy that there is something new for me to do each day. And it only takes a few minutes! I also like seeing the goals I've set for myself and can check them off when I complete them. It's another booster to complete things. The visual meditation is great too. I've told people about this app who also have anxiety and depression and I'm hoping they give it a try.

I think this app is wonderful! Well worth the one time, discounted price of $25 for a whole year for new subscribers. I love this app. I've been using it for about 3 days now and I'm really beginning to figure out how to get the most out of it. The daily goal reminders and tracking helps me stay on track and the new suggested activities daily really keeps things interesting. One can follow an entire stress reduction plan or any other wellness plan in just 30 minutes throughout the day.

I used this app for a few months and it had some tips and exercises that did help me a little. However, I felt that some of the exercises were very mediocre and text book, and weren't really helpful for more serious issues. I've done therapy for a while and was recommended some mental health apps, but this one doesn't give me as much support as I require. I think it would work well for some people, but for me its just not a right fit.

Very helpful app for daily mental well-being. I like that it introduces you to different techniques and gives you the option to incorporate it. It also modifies your plan recommendations based on your periodic assessments and whether or not you actually like a technique. The downside is some days take longer because of article length/technique or calls for a different setting. The day isn't 100% done until you've done it in it's entirety.

This is a great app to help with mental health. It is well put together and very useful. The downside is, the daily check-ins allow you to only choosing three emotions. This is very restrictive. Being able to choose as many emotions as you'd like would get this app a fifth star. Overall, I do recommend the app and I can't wait to see how it continues to grow!

I just completed one of the 28 day sessions, and I found a significant decrease in my stress level over the first two weeks, that then seemed to plateau and reverse somewhat over the final two weeks. At the same time, the last two weeks has been a time of heavy stress, so I can't necessarily fault the app, as the change around the midpoint may well have been caused by external circumstances. The exercises are short and, for the most part, easily doable. Well worth a try.

Wow!!! I suffer from manic depressive disorder, anxiety, and severe PTSD. Focusing, and getting my thoughts together is often so difficult. Their interactive AI messenger and guided breathing exercises have helped me so much! I've only been using this app for a few days, but I can already see a difference! HIGHLY recommend to anyone going through a hard time, or anyone with mental disabilities!

I love!! this app!! It's insane that an app like this is free and ad free (at least I think it is because I haven't seen a single ad I swear). The different exercises really help calm me during moments of extreme anxiety and sadness. I also love the daily plans and trackers which help remind and keep me from curling up in bed and ignoring the rest of the world. I also find the resources and information so useful! Today I learned about Facebook depression, which I've been feeling a lot lately!

I have already been through one plan on this app (stress reduction) and am currently working through a second one (mood enhancement). This is honestly one of the most useful apps I have ever downloaded and will probably have a permanent place on my phone. I love the AI helper, the scheduling option, and the number and kinds of helpful activities suggested.

I have not yet used it, and already it is increasing my stress. I had gotten this to try after completing a program on a similar (to the best of my knowledge) app, so as to compare and keep the one I preferred. Before even beginning with this one, though, I have discovered an incredibly obnoxious and problematic issue: it opens at random. I am playing a game, it opens; I am meditating, it opens; I am on the phone, it opens: and every time it does, it closes what I was doing at the time. The program itself may be wonderful, but it is not worth it to me to find out until this issue is resolved.

This app is so helpful! You can create multiple personalized plans for the issues you deal with; there are many articles, activities, goals you can track, tips, and "inspirations." You can even talk to a therapist (for a fee), but the rates are reasonable. You can, however, talk to Ally, the "relief bot" and she offers articles, tips, etc. The only problem is it sometimes crashes when you switch between courses and then you have to miss a day of you goals. This is frustrating.

I just love this app! It teaches you great coping skills and activities which are extremely helpful on many topics and emotions. I strongly encourage checking out this app if you're struggling emotionally. It also provides great insight with articles informing you more knowledge on why you can be feeling the way your feeling and how to cope with it. ❤️
