*HELP!!!* This app usually works great, but the last couple of days I haven't been able to view any of the videos even though it says I have several recorded. I've deleted and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

If I could give a Zero review right now I would I am so fed up with this new AI cameras. I had the older style camera for 11 years and never had a problem I've had these new cameras since February they either work good or they don't work worth a flip I can't see the clips they don't record me coming and going they don't record people coming in my yard I am so fed up with these cameras!!

Worst alarm app ever. No security when logging in on other devices. Just need to know the username and password, managing user codes between multiple systems and Doorlocks is a nightmare. Have to separately manage codes for every device. Can't just push codes to other devices on account. Doorbell can't go full screen and only shows a circle image on phone which is pretty small, can't control the locks while speaking on the doorbell, no partitions and doing nothing to fix any of these problems.

Full of bugs. Needs to be reinstalled weekly, when stops working. When I get home to disarm the system, the app craps out and stalls, so needs to be reinstalled. Get notifications for motions, go to see feed, app stalls; need to refresh to get into the camera to view. By the time I get to see what's in the feed, whatever set the motion off is gone. Takes days to be able to view events back, so if I wanted to check what set off the motion it could have already gone or gotten into the house.

Never connects to system. Have to log out and several times have had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to connect to the system. Doesn't show activity like when doors were opened and closed (ADT blue app does that). It feels like there are very straightforward features that just don't work on this app.

I may have to switch to a different company. my alarm technician communicated with the software people. They see no problems with their product. what planet are they on? it's a buggy program. im not sure i can have such a flawed software program protecting our home! Two years later 12/2021 this program is still unreliable. It's garbage disguised as software.

Worst home automation app on the market. It's slow, not intuitive, and every time there's an update, it breaks and I can't access all my features. For example, right now, I can only see my cameras, but I cannot do anything with the house alarm, the thermostat, or the locks. Do. Not. Get. It.

Works for basic alarm functions Doesn't display all options as on panel * No (z wave) light or socket control option on cell phone(device isn't displayed) * Cannot "bypass" an area once alarm is On/Active. * "Potential" for integration and control, but not quit there yet...Looks nice as it has a clean interface. I just switched from a competitor and had all options available that do not exist with this one.. mobile connection keeps disconnecting also..(scary)..

App no longer displays any sort of notifications, app is up to date. Worked fine for a year and no longer works. No notification of the alarm turning on or off, going off, smoke detectors going off. This is why we switched to this. Support is non existent. Several Emails have gone unanswered.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would! The app and the service is a joke. Our camera works when it wants to. I recently changed my wifi router and I'm suppose to reset the camera and touch the "+" sign in the upper right corner of the app to connect the camera to the new wifi. However, there is no "+"!! How can I use something that doesn't even exist? 🤦♀️

No major issues until the most recent update, can no longer control smart devices from the app. I now have to go to the panel to control thermostats and lights. The other security devices work, but the point of the app was to integrate my home and now I can't, very disappointing. Also, there was no communication about this, I'm dreading having to re-enroll security devices which happens somewhat frequently my doorbell.

installed this app and it worked fine for about 3 weeks. Then it froze up and refused to do anything. Was forced to uninstall and reinstall the app. Looking at other reviews this appears to be a common issue. Not good. UPDATE: With updated alarm communicator hardware installed, this app appears to be working fine with a minor but annoying exception. The zone descriptions and icons are incorrectly identifying some motion detection zones versus non-motion detection zones. Hope this will be fixed.

LAUGHABLE! It gets WORSE with every update. No ads, but the equipment offered is USELESS! 1/28/23, now we have no icons, and nowhere to add devices. We can no longer use it. Why? Updates. Doorbell camera records the 30 seconds AFTER the event has triggered. You'll see a clip-art of someone at your door, but when you watch the video, you only see the aftermath. No settings to change this. Alarm feature doesn't even trigger your app when triggered! Again...USELESS!

very basic compared to my old wireless App with another company. It started out working okay except the camera pushed notifications every 3 minutes, which drove me nuts! Now it doesn't give notifications at all, and the camera feature quit working altogether! What good is a security camera if it doesn't work?? In addition, everything under the Zones area is dimmed active and will not allow me to change it. App is also slow. I am not happy... Will more than likely change companies.

I don't seem to have all the trouble the others do with this app, but I only use it for my alarm system. My only complaint is that when I enable notifications for each zone, the notification just updates with the most recent value, so if 2 zones opened up, only the most recent would show. It would be nice if each event triggered a new notification. Also a history of zones would be good. Trying to narrow down bad sensors in my home.

Update: The app works intermittently. It can take way too long to load, requiring several restarts, and will even load showing your system disarmed when it's armed. How can you trust an app that can't give you your current system status correctly? Original: Works but it's slow to open and connect to my system. I also wish it had more functionality and allowed Google/Nest integration but alas...

The idea of this app is wonderful. The layout of the app is pretty user friendly for the most part. Getting the app to not log me out, to refresh, and to actually work when I click on the camera is the problem. Of this app consistently worked, it would be great. Also, not much customization options. But I do like that it's independent of a company so it's just us who are logged in seeing the info.

The arming feature has stopped working for both my husband and I this last week. We are having to manually arm. Without the ability to confidently arm or disarm the app is worthless. Update: my app problems continue - I am now experiencing where I pull up the app, it attempts to verify user data (I haven't used fingerprint or anything yet just tried to open) and the app then closes. I attempted to reach out to app support with the email address provided and it was returned as undeliverable...

At first I was having no issues with it, now it's not communicating with the security system. It keeps saying that I don't have authority/authorization to alarm or disarm my system. I called my security service and they had me do a test to see If they receive any signals and right before that the app starts acting right and then now I goes to set it for the night it back to doing what it was doing before. Stupid update messed up everything. Your IT department needs to fix this FAST!!!
