Unfortunately, I usually have to play with my sound off which detracts a lot from this game's spirit, but even without sound its a fun relaxing time wasting game. I love the art style and the controls are perfect for phone play. I highly recommend this to anyone on the fencd. FYI, I spent the $2 to remove the intrusive ads that pop up occasionally between rounds but that was well worth it with how often I bite the dirt.

This game is absolutely amazing. Beautiful scenery, fun but challenging gameplay, and incredible music. Unfortunately, the music glitches and stops playing a few seconds into a normal run, while on zen mode, there's about three minutes before the music disappears. I love the music, and it would be great if the developers could fix it :)

just the atmosphere of the game is so calm. i love the music and the graphics and the texture of everything in the game. it's genuinely one mobile game i actually keep going back to. and the only on I've ever left a written rating for lol. the only thing is that sometimes the game glitches out and i can't catch on a ledge or just clip through something, but that's very rare

Pretty mediocre, the one control design feels more limiting and clunky than the benefits it gets for being simple, maybe if you held it down to pick up some speeds before jumps or something or had to tap on either side to change which direction you flip would be better, also it can be hard to tell if an obstacle is in the foreground of background and at night you can hardly see rocks at all. Very cool game that could have been executed much better

Extremely relaxing and a great time killer. The addition of biomes, vines, balloons, etc. Make this game even better than Alto's Adventure, which was my favorite game for a long time. The objectives become progressively more challenging and are fun to do with friends. The graphics are beautiful, especially the background which is morning, noon, afternoon, evening, and night. I am delighted to say that this game is free and the only thing anyone needs to pay for is the game money which is easily obtained. There are adds when you want easy game money and adds do not disturb the gaming experience. The music is extremely relaxing and fits very well with the graphics. It's all together the best game I have seen in a very long time.

Phenomenal game. Minimal ads, beautiful aesthetic and amazing, innovative gameplay. It's nuts what Team Alto can do with just one input type. This is a perfect successor to Alto's Adventure (except for the lack of llamas :/) and is just a blast to play. I have, on multiple occasions, chosen this game over a console video game or movie. Seriously, it's that good. Check it out.

Good game overall. Challenging. But the ridiculous amount of pop up ads is unbearable. I would love to just play. But nope... I'm constantly backing out of the game when I crash just to avoid the ads. I understand having to watch an ad to revive the player if you're on a good run. But the relentless pop ups make just want to throw in the towel and uninstall......well after a couple weeks after I rated the game and no contact from developers..and still relentless ads... I'm uninstalling. Good job

Overall a great game but even after maxing out you're skills you don't get them very often. However, the minus 1 star is due to the game hanging up every now and then... usually after an awesome stunt or run :( this has happened a few times and I just started playing yesterday; once after a quadruple backflip and a couple more times mid-jump over chasms. Still, a fantastic game!

When I speed down the slope and do an amazing filp off the edge it feels so exhilarating . like I'm right there with Paz.It's simple, beautiful and the music is relaxing. I'd rank it up there with "flower" and "journey" from ps4. My only issue is that I wish it had a pay once and done option. The ads really defeat the purpose of a game that's designed to be relaxing.

A solid game that takes a tired core concept -- the one-button runner -- and breathes new life into it, thanks to stylish graphics and a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack. As a whole, there's an undercurrent of Journey to this game, with its saturated color palettes, faintly mournful acoustic tracks and protagonist with an ever-growing scarf -- thankfully, though, Journey is one of my favorite games, so this likely-intentional homage sat well with me. I have to knock points off for the intrusive video ads that jump in immediately after every run, but it's hardly a deal-breaker -- I still heartily recommend this game.

The game has beautiful artwork and the music is beautiful as well. The game play is ok. It seems that it's very hard to really plan ahead for a crevice that is ahead and sometimes certain mechanics like the wall grind doesn't actually clear yoy through a chasm like it should and some of the challenges are ridiculously hard and you'll spend all your money skipping them or watching ads to skip them. Infuriating as the core of the game can be. It's worth it to get the last character. Great art

It's a great game overall, much like the other one imo. However, it keeps crashing over & over non-stop and shutting off, and it doesn't save the last level so I have to start over again!!! Update: Still crashes, laggy x2, and turns off after playing. Nothing wrong with my phone, tried on 2 new phones, Galaxy and OnePlus! 2nd Update 10/22/18: Same thing, crashes and turns off when it opens! Fix it!

I have an idea for a new alto game. The idea is the next location will be based in a bustling city. My idea includes multiplayer and the game revolves around tag. Instead of a 2 platform game, the ground and tightropes, the game would have at least 3 floors: The roof of a building, skiing through the windows with tightropes, and lastly the ground to the streets of the city. The players get to play the cast of alto and friends, along with powerups and interactive map options. like shut a window.

When my internet and/or data don't work, this is my game, I mean it's like an endless platformer/runner game, but with the most beautiful and realistic audio and just astonishing gameplay graphics and content. Another thing I love is that this game has in-app purchases, but they're all so much cheaper than the other games and it doesn't force you to buy anything. At this point, for how amazing the "Alto" games are, I want to buy the ad remover JUST so I can give back to the team this Christmas.

Alto's Adventure is my favorite minimalistic styled game, it looks so beautiful and peaceful, with stunning music. Hearing about Alto's Odyssey was a dream come true, I couldn't wait for it to come out. When it was finally released and I tried it, it gave me chills. Both games have amazing sound design and music, with a simple yet beautiful viaual design, the gameplay physics feel realistic and satisfying. My favorit part by far is the music, it just feels so surreal!

Serene is the best way I cam describe this game. Ive played Alto's Adventure since I first got my iPhone 6 back in 2015, and got it again on my Note 8. I waited impatiently for it to come to Android and it exceeds my expectations in every way. Smooth gameplay with new, but simple features. The sounds are pleasant. The map is gorgeous. The music is calming. The controls are simple enough for anyone to pick up, but rewards people you for really learning the mechanics. Beautiful game. 10/10

Mostly good, but I just encountered a weird glitch. When I jumped, the screen suddenly switched to a solid blue (sky color) block above a solid dark gray (ground) block. The distance traveled said 0m (I had gone several thousand). When I tapped the screen, I quickly saw several game over messages in rapid succession, and the screen was very jittery as if the phone were lagging badly. Not sure how I caused it or how to reproduce it. Samsung Galaxy S6

I think this is arguably one of the best mobile games. Gameplay is simple and fun, the aesthetics are pretty, in app purchase are reasonable and fair, very few ads. That being said there are some things that are very frustrating. Such as the game not recognizing I want to do a wall ride and instead making me do a backflip and fall into a pit thus ending my run. Also at high speeds some rocks/obstacles seem to appear out of nowhere and the night theme makes seeing those obstacles a lot harder.

Fantastic sequel to a fantastic game. Lived up to almost all of my expectations but it's glitching out in a way that stops me from being able to pass a level. I'm stuck on "land 10 backflips within 1000m" no matter how many extra backflips I do past 10, it's just stuck at 80%. I'm not even being given the option to pay with coins to skip it. C'mon guys, this is the only game I play on my phone anymore, and it's kinda disappointing that there's no point in playing anymore and I'm like not even halfway through the levels.

Great game, well designed sequel to alto's adventure in my opinion. To put it simply, the game is fun, the game is pretty, the game runs smoothly, and the game provides enough challenge to entertain without being so challenging that people dowload it, play it a few times, and delete it. things to discover, keep things fresh, and seem to show up at the perfect time. I don't know what other people are saying about ads, but I dont have any ( i do have an adblocker installed, which must be why)
