Good servise only one problem When you add a beneficiary, the money does not go through the mobile app, so you have to go to the bank once and send it, then the money goes.

I can't open the application directly in the phone. It always goes to the web page... I can't dwnld pdf of my bills.. Only monthly statement can download as pdf.. Please fix the problem immediately.

Too much issues when going to open new account and we can't update id expiration after 5times excited it.. Easy to Fast local transaction, international transaction. Quick transfer,throw mobile number, qr. Thank you for your services

I can't add beneficiary, my Federal Bank NRE account (India). It shows account number is invalid. My account number has 14 digits, but the application accepts only 12 digits. Kindly update the app.

Before this app working good. now these days happening something different. This app not accepting banificerys. Everytime ask for deleting and adding banificery. If added banificery then during transferring money sending message delete banificery and add it again and it's happening continously. Now international transferring stop. Every time we need to go bank for transfer money Pakistan. India. Bangladesh. If we need to go bank for transfer money our family's then for what this app work?

Before, I couldn't add a beneficiary. Now, I can't even login. IVR says there is a technical difficulty and disconnects. I can't even access my own account. USELESS!!

Now this app too much headache. Every time this app log with browser.every time need to call verification and every time need to active online and mobile banking service with customer care. Previously it was not like that. Very bad experience

Very bad support. Tried to open an account via online. There are no options and auto switching to crome in adroid. called to customer care for report this issue, their reponse also not helpful. And even they cant open a complaint ticket without a account. Im facing issue with online account opening and alraji cant support to fix online issue or open a ticket.

After the last update, the app responses become very slow, and the splash screen takes up to 15 minutes to dissappear and navigate me to the login screen. This is unbelievable!! The app was great before this update. Please fix these issues. Imagine waiting 15 minutes before seeing the login screen and a minute or more to see the response after clicking a button!!!

Sadly, this is the best Saudi bank app from a usability perspective. SNB app a close second... I've tried 7 bank apps. However, stability is an infrequent issue with the Rajhi app (e.g. sometimes hangs for 5 minutes at login or mid-transaction). Also, some features are buggy like sending multiple OTPs for one operation. Also, missing features like no way to add a Rajhi beneficiary from an IBAN account number, also standing orders are difficult to create or modify, and no way to delete.

Application is not opening,it is referring to the browser and local bank transfer is showing an error. Previously is was highly recommended Application for international transmissions as well as for the local transactions but now it is the worst one. Need to fix all the issues! unless there is no option left other than the completely transfer to other banking system.

I have been using this app for a while, but the past few months have been terrible. The app is completely non-functional now. Instead of opening properly, it redirects to a webpage with very limited functions. This defeats the purpose of having an app in the first place. The user experience is frustrating and unacceptable. I expect a quick resolution to these issues,

The app does not function properly at all. I am unsure of its purpose as every time I open it, it automatically switches to the browser. This is quite inconvenient as it disrupts my workflow. Additionally, it consistently prompts me to authenticate my device, which is a time-consuming process. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to improve the overall usability of the app.

One of the best banking applications I've used. It has a great and clear interface, with loads of features. Only problem i have is the fact that for some reason, i get an error when adding an international beneficiary. And when the desired beneficiary is added through the branch, i would still receive an error when i try to transfer the money. Other than that, the application is amazing.
