My allen app is not working properly.The results of tests aren't shown and show dark screen for a long time but that section does not open. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

Please make the lectures section more organised as the videos are untitled and no thumbnail showing topics covered in the lecture. This makes the current lecture section totally useless. Yet great app...

Its just a wow Some improvements can be made 1. There should be download button on recorded vodeos so that we students can attend the missed classes even in the absence of network,wifi or in light related issues. 2. There should be zoom option on recorded videos,too.

AI facility need to be improved as no syllabus tracker or weak area analyser till now. Extra paid (minimal rates) Full syllabus test option will be a good option as it will give unlimited full syllabus test anytime. Ncert based one shot video for each chapters of all 3 subjects will be helpfull as well as advantageous ..Preface of custom practice is awkward and need to be improved for better simulation.

The ask doubt option is a waste it had bo answers to my question for social science and it said teacher not available to answer rn. Fix that and no equations to practice in topic refraction of physics in video as well as notes section. Other wise its ok for other subjects and video lectures

There should be a zoom in feature on recorded lectures, because sometimes white board is not clearly visible because of small font size. Overall a flawless app.

Really disappointed from this .Earlier I had access to all lectures but they are gone now!........They don't upload the lectures regularly.....I had two chapters in syllabus for upcoming test & they uploaded the lectures like 3-4 days before test 😂...........it's really frustrating!

The app is so good and fantastic for students There is one thing that I want to say that in custom practice please add the option to select more than one subject which will be a better option for students As you select only one subject at a time . And everything is fine.

The app is very good and teachers are also here very good ......it seems to be that the app is enought to crack neet and jee exams from home....but the only thing is that teachers here donot write the particular top which they are teaching in class like in offline classes.....they make ppt of all the topics and teach.....but if they start teaching by writing on the board we can learn in more effective way.....and we can write notes in class rather than wasting extra 3 hours in notes...

Overall a good app but the due to the recent update I am facing some issues with the doubt section. There is no option to select the subject with which the doubt is related. Some topics are common in two or more subjects as a result sometimes biology subject's doubts are sent to chemistry teacher. Please fix this issue ASAP.

Few teachers are good , but most of the faculty I have studied from wasn't up to the mark for me. They teach on a ppt , [have pre written things mostly ] and just move on slides by clicking a button of a device in their hand. They should teach all the things by writing and at the end give the pdf of handwritten notes . All of you know that handwritten things are easy to grasp and understand rather than moving on slides by button and then explaining the pre written lines on it .

The faculty is very interactive, every doubt is resolved, they provide both hard copy and soft copy of the modules and solutions, tests are regularly conducted and every individual is ranked accordingly, custom practise, quizzes, etc are there too. They conduct guidance sessions regularly and even classes from expert faculty. Mind relaxing sessions are there too. Mentorship is provided. Teachers provide their phone number and can be contacted. My experience with allen was fantastic 👍🏻

Result not being uploaded properly. Cant see rank. In previous year app we can able to see top 10 scorer with their respective marks but it's not visible now. It helps us to understand difficulty level. Not even percentile is shown. Need to improve

Great work!!! The only flaw which I think is that the app does't show toppers list please atleast show top 10 or top 20 list. It helps us a great in assesing our performance and also makes us familiar with the competition. Kindly see it. Otherwise the app is good

The app is awesome. It helps me a lot by improvement section but at the same time the question in the custom section contains many wrong answers and the teachers do not resolve the doubts ever timely If these two mistake are overcomed your app will be fat better. I will prefer everyone to never practise from custom practice section as it is worst containing wrong answers. Even Allen teachers speaks the same

So much with the app interface, from morning im trying to buy a course and im stuck in *basic details* page, no im not having network issue the app is just stuck. Same happened when i queued for a call back the app just stucked and i recieved a call after 2 weeks. And no its not my phones problem... Pls fix

The App is great, The video lectures are good but the videos need naming of section of topics,the videos are not arranged in proper order which waste time in finding.The title also is not shown when video is played. Also sometimes the answers are given wrong in the answerkey,there should be a report option so that it could come in view of setter and rectified.overall nice app
