Mostly every thing offered to consumers lately is a total disaster, complicated, stressful & time consuming. 90% of the instructions given does not work. Write in for info and the answer back is that you need more information, no matter how small or simple the question is, we out here get the same answer, "more info needed" and nothing corrected. Someone there need to realize every person does not have a brand new Mobil, but could follow your instructions, IF they worked. Get good workers !

Do not download. You will be scammed into a 29.99 per month bundled service. There is a checkbox at the bottom of the payment screen that you must uncheck in order to avoid the bundled service charge. Unfortunately I did not see the checkbox until after I gave my payment info. This should be illegal-- you should only be charged if you ask for the bundle, and not if you didn't uncheck a pre-checked box.

Don't use. Evertime you open it, it opens the previous document you opened instead and evertime you close a document you have to watch an add and there is always an add at the bottom of the screen causing you to press of it when trying to exit the doc. It takes up all the option slots for which app to use to open a document.

Literally just horrible. App is slow and glitchy and straight up locked me inside of the app trying to swipe out but the app page would pop back up instantaneously after trying to close the app. Had to turn off my phone and let it sit for a minute before I was finally able to delete the app. Let alone nothing loads in the app even with given file permission. This app is sketch even if it works well for others. Fix your problems.

Painful to use! Trying to look at some info & use a calculator but everything I go out I have to re open my file... Which conveniently enough means I have to watch another advert! It also places the "skip ad" options in awkward places so sometimes they don't work & you have to watch the entire advert... & It's all deliberately designed this way. I'll delete & find another App! I despise desperate business' that think this is an acceptable work practice!

the sheer thrill of opening downloads, files, documents & PDF's all in one place has truly changed my life, made it easier to deal with all the hassle of 'modern technology'... nobody gets 5🌟 from me because nothing is perfect & if we're all perfect... "what is there to strive 4..." 🅿️🅰️❎

I like the app but, ads are too much on it. Plssssss, u guys should try to minimize the ads involved if possible. Each time I click on the app, more than 6 different ads appears thereby causing delay in opening documents in which I don't like. pls and pls, u people should act on it quickly.

Quite a lot better than ANY other form of opening up the documents that you have on your phone I can thoroughly recommend that you download this free App that is actually as good as it can be I have been using it for quite some time now and I have Never had ANY PROBLEMS with it I can't emphasize the importance of having a good and simple way opening any document you have to be easy to use and the best way to find anything else about the performance of of it has to be be using it yourself .

It appears all over the phone and displays multiple icons when it asks how to open the document. Quite dicy and septical to use. Too much ads. Also not easy to exit while closing doc. Please make it useful rather than a botheration

It was good very clear and so helpful . Indeed cheep than a normal call. I will also remember to recommend others most my relatives and close friends . It's says PDF editing although it won't convert your document to allow editing. A doc that is save can only be viewed unless you spend wasteful amount of time saving it in other apps for editing. Text box editing doesn't line up and opens a canvas. It looks pretty but waste a lot of your time. The pen is not for signing because it doesn't show the writing.

WAY too many ads!!!! It's insane trying to open a simple PDF. It was no love loss for me to uninstall. It's this way with most free applications that have anything to do with an office type needs. I find this disheartening because it seems Microsoft has free reign, while smaller developers have no chance of finding their small space in the market of a giant conglomerate.

Whenever I try to open the app, I have to fight my way past a million ads and then can't click out of them as they seem stuck. I then have to close the app and reopen it and it is INCREDIBLY inconvenient when you are in a rush. When eventually you manage to get to the doc, it is great, but then afterwards it is again a struggle to close the doc.

This app closes out the file when you minimize it, doesn't remember your place, prevents you from using other functions simultaneously (like volume for some reason), has a finicky zoom feature that might jump you to a completely different scroll point in the document, harasses you with push notifications, and is really difficult to close thanks to one of the most insidious ad placement systems I've yet seen. I didn't even use it for editing—it was such a chore to read docs alone. Can't recommend

Slimy program. It installes itself as the first 8 options hoping you won't use anything else, then as soon as I opened it. POP, One Ad after another. I closed it, never to open again. Byebye. No thanks. I won't delete it bc I want my review to stick. I had to delete eventually as it continued to f with my phone. Good riddance. One of the few programs/Alps actually worse than Microsoft. Update, had to delete it, keeps inserting itself... A gd virus.

What a piece of junk. The extremely loud ad while I was in the library was just the beginning. Then I looked for all my files I had downloaded. This app apparently deleted, every. Single. One. Of course, when I did download another file, not only was this app listed in apps to open with, it was spammed at least a dozen times in the options. Deletion was the easiest and best part of using this junk.

The amount of ads that pop up in the middle of trying to accomplish one tiny task, as in simply opening an Excel doc for example, is just too intrusive and makes it impossible to use without being unbelievably frustrated. Plus it's unclear as to whether you have to download something different for each document type. Not user- friendly in my opinion. I just want a single app that can open all Doc types but this does not seem to be doing the trick
