Been using this app forever! Straightforward and easy to book. The only thing I can "criticise" is that there is an option to save your details but it doesn't seem actually do this (very minor thing). Apart from that, all good!! Wish Ibis Budget London Heathrow Central gets upgraded to an All Points hotel 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

Not sure why you need this app. Just used it to book the Sofitel at Heathrow T5 and found the app member prices are fractionally more expensive than the Accor website so the app is just taking up space for no benefit. Uninstalled and booked via the Accor website!

When I want to use my reward points while making a booking, it does not work. I have to go to the website (which is much slower) in order to redeem reward points.

This is a big scam.I booked ibis budget at grigny centre France through this website in March 2024 and paid at the hotel.They did not show me the rooms untill I pay.then When I saw thw room it was very moldy.I had kid who are asthmatic.there was big mold on cieling.the lifts was faulty I nearly injured in doors, I cancelled it starighr away but they did not refund me straight away they gave me a refund papers and told me i will get refund in 2 months.Its july now and I am waiting for the refund.

glitches in the app, not easy way to find contact details or send email with attachment to support team. booking over 3 rooms, will suddenly 'comes out' as an error when you try to proceed at the payment page.

This app is very unstable. During my first attempt of booking my stay, the app showed an error at the payment page. So I had to re enter my card credentials, and the payment went through. But the next day, I can see in my profile, the rooms got booked twice. And my card was charged twice. When I contacted Accor customer support, they are not willing to help, and they said even though it's the app's mistake, the amount will not be refunded because it's a non-cancellable booking. I'm clueless.

Great app, has been constantly improving, with all the info you need to compare and book, as well as manage your ALL account and serving as a digital membership card. I always book direct rather than through other online travel agents as the ALL points and benefits are great and mean you can easily save money on your stays. I would prefer it if they always showed the price inclusive of taxes and fees, it is misleading quoting a lower price - and potentially in breach of Australian consumer law.

Search feature very clunky and amending the booking basically not able to be completed, you must cancel and rebook to amend.

there is no option to book family stays when you have more than 1 child for many of the hotels yet they do allow. . it's a terrible user experience.

Easy to find accommodation and easy to use the app. Room rates are reasonable compared to other 5 star hotels.

The app tells me that I am offline, both in stable wifi or mobile connection. Unable to login, unable to book, useless app..

Excellent app! User-friendly, easy to navigate, and great selection of hotels. Booking process was smooth and payment options were secure. Appreciated the detailed hotel information and reviews from other travelers. Definitely recommend! 5/5 stars

Great for overall account management and to get the red hot deals, which can be terrific. Some great improvements recently for catching deals and best rates calendar, as well as digital drinks vouchers.

Awesome app. Makes booking so easy, can find motels close to where I'm going and with a couple of clicks I'm done and sorted. Takes away any pressure.

Very user friendly....provides full details.... Only one issue though>While booking Doesn't let me see the rates in my choice of currency..it shows US$ only.

Don't bother with membership if you're in Europe. It's almost pointless and room rates are often cheaper through 3rd party. 50% restaurant discount isn't valid and you're treated the same as any other person in the hotels.

Fast and easy to use. I like the option of splitting rooms that is selecting kids which some other hotel apps don't offer

Overall the app is great, but just experienced an annoying problem with them trying to digitise everything. The complimentary drinks are now in the app instead of on a card handed to you at check in. The problem is the complimentary drink disappeared from the app after I checked out, but I wanted to redeem the drink after checking out while relaxing at the hotel waiting for my transport to the airport. We never redeemed the drink, it simply disappeared. Quite disappointing.
