Isn't always easy to find what you're looking for. And doesn't always have a category for a maintenance request you have so you have to pick another one and explain the real issue in the details box

Y'all messed it up again. There's always something broken in this app and right now in account history you can't scroll up because it refreshes the page. I don't know why I would even want to refresh the page.

Overall, do not trust Irvine Company to rent with, they will not do you any kindness or favors throughout your stay. There is no accountability for stolen property or security. Decent app with bugs that don't get fixed for a long time.

I just installed the app. Initially after the install the app was just blank, useless. But after about 10 minutes the app choices started to populate. The delay in use isn't good, hope they fix it in an update.

I am extremely disappointed with the management of this apartment complex. I have been experiencing issues with my water heater, and despite repeated requests, they have refused to fix it. This lack of concern for their tenants' basic needs is unacceptable, and I would not recommend anyone to live in this building. It's frustrating to pay for a service and not receive it. I hope that the management team takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly to avoid further inconvenience

always freezes and I can't even log in even after Uninstaller and reinstalling cause an "error occurred while signing in still freezes all the time. can't even use the keyless entry feature.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app a number of times and it keeps booting me out. I'm a new tenant and would love to be able to utilise the app, especially as I get parcels delivered regularly. Please fix this

Bad. Haven't been able to pay rent the last 3 months on this app. It gets stuck after trying to get to the confirmation page. As someone else mentioned, you cannot scroll up without it refreshing the page.

I am unable to pay my rent. Every time I try to add a payment option, the app randomly closes. I have been trying to pay rent for the past 2 days now and app just closes every time. Very frustrating.

I was trying to log in into my account! Unfortunately things app sending the code to my previous email account which is long gone already This is a new phone and it's management by T mobile. I can't access my previous email account. If I need to go to the office, please let me know. That's much easier to be in touch with my isuse when I need to pay my rent and for there more.

It's all right. It used to be a lot worse, but it needs a much more polished user experience before it can truly be taken seriously. The rent and utility payment system is a prime example of this, as is the lease-viewing system. I'm also not a fan of abandoning passwords, but at least the transition works at the moment.

Can't pay my freaking rent because the app keeps crashing -- I figured out what the issue is. When enabling keyless functionality, it will enable it but the app will crash. Only way to fix the issue is to delete the app and reinstall it.

login is not working properly. the app launches and then closes on it's own without giving you options. the app forces you to scroll month by month all the way back to pick your Birthday. this is ridiculous! it takes too long.

Useless app. Unable to pay rent in the app. Always throw error saying unable to load patient payment form. Another issue is it never shows any classifieds in the app. However if you access the website it'll show all the classifieds. Old app was good and useful. Why did Irvine company moved to this useless app???

Absolutely unusable. - Text for login info is invisible. (White on white background) - When creating an account, the "Date of Birth" field opens a popup menu that requires you to scroll _month by month_ to your birthday... starting from the current day. (Just let me type a number! The day of the week doesn't matter!) - The email fields appear to be case sensitive. - The login did not work for me at all. It's very clear that there is little to no design oversight or QA on the team making this. I'm beginning to suspect that this app was only made to help sell apartments - making them seem "modern" or "high tech", when in reality, it's just a useless, "cardboard cutout" of an app.

It works well, when it works. It hasn't allowed me to use it for several months. Just shows a page for a second that asks if you want to retry or quit, but then kicks me out. I have to go to the resident portal on the internet and conduct business there. I have a Samsung galaxy s3. Please fix this. Update: I changed my rating to 2 stars and uninstalled it because the issues above hasn't been addressed. I don't recommend this app to anyone with a galaxy s3.

Just updated the app, it doesn't work as intended. The input field when logging in does not show what you type. The login information which works in the web does not work on device. The previous version (can't see what version) worked. When working it wasn't very user friendly and could really need a re-design.

The app had our has a major bug. For months (out what feels like a year now), the app did not work. Constantly showed an error and let you do nothing. Today something said uninstall and reinstall. I finally worked! I should not have to do that to get an app to work. When it works, it's great, but the fact I had to do this to get it to work is the reason for the ⭐⭐⭐ rating.

Every once in a while the connection is slow in loading. It could be the winds interfering with my internet connection. I have made a payment on the 3rd before or by 8pm and it shows that I have to set the date for the 4th as being paid. It hasn't caused me to be penalized though. Thankful! Overall it has been pretty good. With technology I don't expect perfect. I'm not complaining. I'm happy to have the app. available to use.
