The previous app had more options like historical data but it's removed in update!! Shouldn't the update provide more facilities not take away previous ones. Second everytime i have to enter meter number like developer forgot to declare some variables 🤔. No graphs at all in this update.

Bad update, untolerablly slow, multiple bugs, some services screens take forever to load, feels like heavy UI and a lot of loading. Previous version was easier to use, much faster, and better UI.

Previous version was so easy to use. I am not able to sign into my account and when I try changing password, it shows error. Please help asap. Update: Okay So I have updated the app and now I cant sign in as it wont send me the OTP that its requesting. Also, for some reason, i paid my recent bill and got the thank you message and just after an hour, i get a new message that I need to pay my past dues?Im trying to connect through live chat but again its asking for an OTP.

When I tried to pay the bill by Visa, the app went to an endless loop. It's extremely bad. Pervious App was OK. Fix the issue please, you are charging very high, and customers deserve good service and quality app. Other service providers like communication provide award points for those who pay bills, you are not?!!!

The last upgrade killed this app in terms of usability and functionality. If it works, why mess up with it? The previous version was great and easy to use. I don't know why do they keep doing this, over-complicating simple things. The major feature I miss is the ability to copy account number. Why would you remove that? Also statistics in the new version are almost invisible and hard to preview. Till they do something about these issues, it doesn't even deserve one star.

After the latest update, you can not make a payment using the application. The application is useless. You can't click on any selected touch button.

This app keeps crashing every time I want to use it. Why did you update it if you are not solving the crashing issue? By the way, the new version of the app is useless and very complicated to either pay or see your accounts. Your software team needs to get proper training at STC to learn how to build user friendly application. The sad thing is that we cannot change you with other providers because you are the only electricity company in Saudi Arabia. What a shame!!!

Useless app. It keeps asking to login over & over. In addition to that, there's no information to view. Update is useless as well. Only guest option can be used for few inquiries

This app is useless and embarrassing to our only electric power provider. Remove it and fix all bugs before releasing it to the public. It hangs a lot.. not responsive. I tried to pay my bill but couldn't.. used tge web site.

it works with cellular connection, but no hope to work with WiFi, I've tried with multiple providers (stc, zain, mobily) didn't work. I suspect you collect private data without consent by forcing only cellular connection without obvious reason.
