I place my order, the offers was wonderful.. Then its asked me to replace 1 item as it was not available at the nearby store with another Type or to remove it.. After I cancel it.. It take me back to my order without offer and duble price!!! All this was in 6 minuts!!!

It makes me follow all the steps but doesn't allow me to choose a payment method. The app no longer accepty my location while it saved and used to receive delivery on the same address. After all that, I gave up and choose to pick up from the store, even that didn't work. I live in the middle of the city and one of your store is less than 3 km away!!

Bad application with bad management. Not all the products appears in the search, you must go through the categories then choose. Bad management that if you need to return the item you should go far away to your home to return to the same store! And they send close expiration products. Very bad overall and not advised to be used.

It's very slow, and that's really frustrating! Especially when I want to check the cart, it doesn't go there as fast as it should be, and whwn I want to delet an item move to favorate/ wish list it also takes very long time to do that. Kindly fix the issues with this app

Many times I order and pay successfully but my order never reaches their system. So, I have to call customer service and cancel payment then wait for my money to come back after few days... I am using latest updated app from Google Play. This issue came to me so many times it is irritating. Ordering online with PC is better than the app is bad. However, I can order via app and pay in branch; this way it is always successful with no complications.

Not able to simply sign up. When i enter date of birth. App says invalid date. LOL. And then sends OTP which can't be entered anywhere.

1. Horrible customer care lazzy..unprofessional ...they never take calls they just increase phone bills... they have thousands of branches but have no money to keep more representatives.. 2. If a product is not available in any of the branches of a city..then y do u advertise the offer, why do accept the order n not process it? It so frustrating..

I DON'T GET IT WHY MADA MASTER DEBIT ARD PAYMENT NOT ACCEPTED ALWAYS 😕 EX RIYAD BANK....but the home delivery service is very quickly responded sometimes even before time very good 👍

I've ordered the same item twice and on the app it's available but everytime they cancel my order afterwards saying the item isn't available yet they put it on the app

-Bad delevery system, if you don't have driver at a time just update in the app system. I request order delevery between 4-6pm & the driver call me around 7.30pm asking about the location he even didn't reach my location, it was sooo frustrating 💔. I tried to reschedule the order I can't do it from the app I've to call costemer service. -Horrible costmer care, I tried all the number but it's not responding only repeat there massage.
