Says to update the app due to Android updates. Nothing to show it was updates. Someone in the IT dept needs to get on the ball. Sheesh

Newest update fixed issues that I was having with the app previously. Now it works flawlessly! Love being able to see my reward points in the app and paying with it. Makes getting gas on super cold mornings a breeze!

I don't know what you did to the app, but change it back. It takes forever to get the code and by the time you do, it has long expired. The text feature doesn't work at all. Sheesh, ever heard of beta testing?

More and more I have issues with this app. I just tried to use it and it crapped out. Every time it fails, I get a pending authorization applied to my credit card for $200. My vehicle doesn't even hold that much gas! I tried calling in to get that lifted because I didn't pump any gas. Albertsons said to call the cc company, my cc company said to call Albertsons. No one seems to know how this app works or why it works the way it does...

The farthest I've gotten in the app is enter in my payment information. The app always, each and every time, gets hung up when I try saving my payment information in it. All that happens is a wheel goes in circles. I get this response with any changes I make in it. I can't use the damn thing!!

Not one touch! It ask to many questions, it should automatically give best discount not make you stand there reading a scratched up, dark, tiny screen giving answers questions to get the best price. The bar code reader is hit or miss odds are it won't read key card. They need 21st Century display and control panels. When the attendant sees a old crippled person just standing there they could possibly offer to help?? Not.
