I like the fact that the deals are now by category. I don't like the fact that I've got to search high and low for the free item or added deals that I'll get periodically. By the time I find it it's no longer available in the store. At one point when you tapped into the settings everything was there. Now you have to search to just even sign out of the app if you want to. The app somehow just keeps getting worse.

I've had no problems with the app for the last couple of years. It was working fine yesterday and then today January 17th, 2024 it stopped working on my pixel 6 pro. It opens up normally then immediately crashes. I've tried clearing the cache and user data... still crashes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling still crashes. Left me stranded at the store unable to check out Because I was unable to add the coupons for this week.

Shoppers pick bad food app crashes. I'm not renewing because the shoppers pick the worst fruits and vegetables with no regard to expiration. I'm tired of getting items like mushrooms and bell peppers that are slimy and expired. Can't even use day of. Same with meats! It may be good for box or canned food, nothing more. The app always puts refunds back on wrong card too not to mention the crashes. Uninstall/reinstall bs.

The app used to be really good but this latest update did not improve anything and now there is a bug which prevents it from even opening or working! What's the point in having digital only coupons when you can't access them when needed or use them most of the time! The number of times I have coupons "clipped" that then don't ring up at the right price is frustrating. At least in store staff understand and are sympathetic if not equally frustrated!

Update Deserves NEGATIVE Star Rating. It's by far the absolute worst iteration of the Albertsons app yet, and one of the worst apps I've ever experienced. Very difficult to navigate, deals don't show up and apply at checkout, you can't type anything into the feedback screen because the text entry keyboard covers it up so you can't see what you're typing! Insane. You have to close the entry, and ors impossible to scroll. Overall, this deserves negative five stars. Don't use it. I HATE THIS APP.

The search parameters have to be entered for every individual item, especially if you don't want to see what's not in stock. I keep wasting "rewards" because it doesn't add your reward item to your cart when you choose to use the rewards points. I am disabled with memory impairments. Is there an easy way to add Reward items to the cart? It's actually a frustrating app to use on my phone anymore, especially with the recent addition of the marketplace thing being advertised in search results.

This app has changed in the last few days. It sucks. Used to be you could install it, it the icon, and start shopping deals. Now they want your cell# to get a 6 digit code, then you sign in with that code, and IF you can see their weekly add and you try to click deals, it sends you to a site that says they're having technical trouble, or to another site asking to sign in again. They say it makes shopping easier. They have totally screwed it up.

Update 12/2023. The more they change the app, the worse it seems to get. I'm forced to use to get my digital coupons, but that's always an experience to find and clip. The shelf price stickers showing the digital coupon has a QR code, but when you try to scan, you get an error msg that the stores don't use QR codes. It still tries to force items into the cart, too, and not my list. I wonder if the app developers ever watched the way shoppers shop or just guess at what seems like a good idea.

A most-frustrating app. Not user friendly as it should be. Even store employees have difficulty with it and can't help customers. e.g. had all my items in cart at register, but nothing was discounted because I was told, "oh you loaded your items for outside pickup!" There was no way to re-select to in-store purchase. So I left my cart full, walked out and went to WalMart. Sorry!

Since last update I can't open the app consistently, some times it opens but most of the time doesn't work. It starts correctly then opens to "Help us find store and services available in your area." My home is less than 2 streets from the local store but this insists "Unfortunately service is not available in this ZIP code." Stop fixing things are already work until they DON'T work.

While clipping digital coupons, keeps going to end - have to constantly scroll back up to top of list ... it happens every time I try to clip digital coupons. I keep trying every week to deal with this ongoing problem. Even now app is so difficult to clip coupons to go shopping today. Takes me on average - over 30 minutes to clip coupons cause it keeps going to Clipped coupons and have to keep scrolling up to top of list to clip rest of digital coupons...UGH....PLZ FIX THIS ISSUE!!!! TY!

Deals for some people but not for all. This app has rebates for my friend, but they don't even show up for me. Same zip code, same store. No explanation. Also says I have clipped deals, but then when I go to clipped deals, it's empty. Fix your app. Especially if you are going to use it to play around with prices. Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It still shows that there are 2 deals clipped, yet I clipped nothing. Under clipped deals, there is nothing...Now deals are not applying.

Glitches. Starts Over. Irritating Everytime you select a DEAL item, the app automatically takes you to the bottom of the cache of items and you have to scroll all the way to the top to start over. It's annoying but I have to sit and start over every time because Albertson's is my preferred store to shop at. If there was a select all feature, or a fix to this glitch, that would be great. The APP worked way better when it was the combined Safeway and Albertson's App.

Easy to find deals, not hard to earn $10 off grocery bill in a fairly short time. They let me know if my points are due to expire. Some decent free items occasionally. I go through the weekly ad online and check off all the deals I might use. Then it just gives me the discount as I shop. I haven't had any problems with the app like others have noted.

It's been doing nothing but forcing me onto the online shopping screen. Have to close and re-open around 5 times to get it to work. When I finally get the app running, it acts up somewhere else. Clipping coupons takes forever because it forces Ads at the top so I don't see any coupons unless i scroll past it, and once I clip something, i have to scroll all the way back up cause it forces me to the bottom of the page. Don't know why it's been doing this but the bugs need fixed.

The app supports coupons which is fine but it isn't 1975 anymore. Just activate the stupid coupons or give me a clip all. I don't dig through them looking for the best deals anymore everything is too expensive now. Give me a clip all, or just load them in preclipped. It isn't a newspaper. No one younger than 30 enjoys clipping coupons. I am over 30 and have never enjoyed clipping coupons. Stop being so old and retire already.

I liked this app better when I first started using it. They keep making changes to it, and now I find it so confusing. I wish I could just make 1 list of things I want and my clipped deals. Just 1 list, all in one. Maybe you can, and I just can't figure it out? Originally I could, but now I don't know. Also, I can't figure out how to remove things from the clipped deals or certain lists. Why are there so many sections with different lists? It used to be easy to use but not now.
