I'm hardly receiving push notifications. The text notifications I receive 3 minutes later and when I go to review the clip it recorded there is nothing there. And sometimes it records clips of people walking on the sidewalk which is not in my set recording zone. I've tried contacting the company to fix it but even they can't make it right. It doesn't seem like anyone is willing to fix the problems with the app. I'm about ready to switch companies.

Very unreliable application. Doorbell goes off but when I click to see live video and inform my guests to wait, I just get an error that keeps popping up even when I restart the app. Guests leave and I have to reschedule. Very annoying. Also does not "inform me" that I didn't arm the house after I left. I could be 2 states over and it never told me anything. Poor app. It's getting the rating it deserves.

Was a good app. Getting worse with each update. Takes longer and longer to respond. Since the last update, totally fsils to arm/disarm at times. Update 8/27/19: Has been working well lately. In these days of hands free requirements, it would be nice to have a simple widget that shows alarm status and allows arming and disarming without having to go into the app.

This app has come a long way. Setting up a light schedule is the biggest thing for us when we are gone, but please expand the "before/after sunset/sunrise" range beyond +/- 2 hours. I love this feature but also want to be able to have lights turn on/off after 8 or 9 pm. Daylight changes every month and having absolute hours from the time of nightfall makes more sense for an unsupervised schedule than having to figure out specific times beyond that range. Thanks.

Camera quality is fair at best. However, once your video storage allotment fills up, the only way to clear it is by deleting videos one by one. There is no bulk delete option. This is incredibly tedious and inconvenient as there can be over a thousand videos. Until the storage is cleared, the camera will not record any videos which puts your home and family at risk. Just awful.

Quite literally useless in terms of help. We changed network providers and the cameras just stopped working, so we went to the troubleshooting section. Hint: it was absolutely no help whatsoever. We're stuck doing EXACTLY what it suggests over and again like crazy people with the exact same result. A "service" call is $100 (a waste of money if we are supposed to be able to do it on our own) and at this point it'd be worth it to pay an early termination fee to get something that fu🎉ing works!

It's functional, simple, and takes a little extra time to do what you want, but nice to have away from home. If you forget to arm your system or want to have your home automation at your fingertips with a compatible control panel, this makes it easy. i do, however REALLY wish I i could rename my sensors instead of just "keychain" as displyed. It has gotten a little more stable and faster response since the past couple years of updates.

This app doesn't work well for me. The videos hard ever play. I get text alerts of a new person detected with a snapshot. I go to the app and the video is not there. It takes MINUTES before it shows up, and then it doesn't play. If it was someone doing something bad, it would be way too late before I would know or see. When someone rings the doorbell, by the time I get the alert and to the app, and to the live view to see who it is and talk to them, they are either walking away or already gone.

Whats going on with the app!? Most videos don't show unless I go to doorbell video first then back out and go to all videos. Missing videos will then pop up, including the one of someone trying to break into my car this morning! This app doesn't do what it's supposed to do! I have no idea how long this has been going on but I clear videos weekly. Doing that workaround has made hundreds of videos come up. I'm still clearing them out that are months old. Will update rating when app is fixed.

It's ok. The master bedroom siren was the 1st device to die without reason. It is not like it was even used more than 5 times in 2 years. Then the doorbell started losing wifi connection, and it's literally the closest device to the wifi hub with the exception of the upstairs thermostat. Finally got it going, after almost 3 months of not having it on and trying to T/S the device... FYI. we ran into a major security concern when we accidentally connected to a neighbor's security camera feed...

Life is not static. I remodeled my garage and need to remove two sensors. Online support states log in to app and select remove device. Not happening. Only thing I can do is silent notification. It still alarms. And when I removed the sensor from the magnet it gives a beep every time alarm is set away or stay. I guess I will have to submit to their desire to be in control and call them. So old school.

App used to be great. Now, when it sends me notifications, it doesn't send the photos anymore ONLY a LINK. That defeats the purpose of having notifications where you can QUICKLY look at your phone/watch to see what's going on. They have had me on the phone HOURS after work saying it is my phone company that doesn't allow these messages anymore. This is NOT the contract I signed up for. I like the old way better not this. I think I'll have to pay to break my contract for services I can enjoy.

Hey this app is pretty good most times but I've noticed as of lately its been having problems running videos and starting the app. I'm not sure what's causing it because it does this when connected to wifi and when not connected. I've cleared up pictures and things that could possibly cause it to run slow or not at all to no avail. Aside from that everything else is great except the inability to do everything in the app instead of having to log into the actual website.

Enjoying the app & recent IQ4 panel installation (most user friendly alarm system ever). I hope this app improves with features to allow polling of wireless device battery levels with a battery percentage indicator like the RING app. Right now I experience intermittent communication losses to devices that are ultimately found to have low batteries, not fun when I'm out of town. 3-9-24: pushed through 3 updates that didn't auto install. Still no low battery alerts.

The automation kind of sucks, I have it set to automatically turn on a light as soon as my garage door opens, but the system is too slow to even trigger. After my door opens, I have enough time to walk through my door and over to my alarm panel in the dark, only to then have the lights trigger after I've disarmed. Then the system doesn't already detect I have the light on so when I open the door again it shuts off the light. Not very smart.

This app seems good with the exception of the connectivity to the doorbell camera. Lost connection and can't hook back up. After having a rep walk thru hook up to solve the problem, they couldn't fix it and said it would be $59+ to have a rep come out to help fix the problem. So much for their guarantee on their products. So disappointed

This app is the biggest pile of junk I've ever used in my life. Text notifications come minutes (if they come at all) too late. It's a crapshoot whether the doorbell camera video opens at all. Apparently, it's just stopped storing videos even though I routinely clear video cache. This app is poorly ran, cheap garbage. Avoid at all costs. Functionality is zero.

I have been having ongoing problems with this app. Not sure if it's just easy to hack or what, but videos don't always show up as saved even though you can clearly see the screenshot where footage was captured. Also, the box where you select to be notified of events in the rules you set up keeps unchecking itself. Why is this so unstable? How does a security company leave itself open to making its clients feel uncertain that the security measures they are paying for are actually working?

Very inconvenient to pause video recording options. I do alot outside and don't need to record myself doing work/projects. Options to pause recording are minimal and you must go through multiple menu pages to access the pause options. 30min, 1hr, 4hr, 8hr pause times are not enough options. Seem to have lost the ability to save/download specific video clips of recorded activity to your device with a recent update. Notifications come in delayed more often. App needs constant restarts.....

I haven't had any real issues with this app but I would love to see an update that allows users to disabled the sound from the app versus the panel when tornados or flash flood warnings are received. It is very inconvenient and frightening at times to get up and rush to the panel. The sound is extremely loud and quite nerve-racking to day the least.
