When I changed the time of occurrence of one alarm to an hour later than usual, the post alarm kept ringing every 10 minutes, even though I pressed "Dismiss" on it each time. I had to restart my phone to fix this problem. Other than that, this app works well. I especially love the location based alarm. I have some reminders that I don't need when I'm away from home. It works perfectly with this app.

Overall, this is a good app. It gets me out of bed in the morning, and the barcode scanner is an awesome idea, because it forces me to actually get up and walk around. Unfortunately, it's not nearly sensitive enough. The barcode scanner fails to recognize almost every barcode or QR code I throw at it, regardless of light conditions. The scanner is pretty much the most useful part of this app to me, so only 3 stars until it actually works.

Update 10 Feb 23: after many years of using this app, I'm disappointed to have to change my review. But twice in the last month, the alarms have simply not activated, with no mention in the history. Original, 2017: I've used about 20 different alarm apps and so far this is the best of the bunch. It manages to include tons of configuration features without looking like a Linux shell. Only downside was the ads but I'll gladly pay 1.99 to support a developer that gets what the people want.

I really, really want to like this app. The customizations are great, and it is a decently successor (at least functionality wise) to Timely. The problem is that on what feels like random days, my alarm doesn't go off. This is extremely problematic as my alarms are set for medical reasons, and it is imperative they wake me up. Optimization is turned off, and this still happens. I am considering uninstalling purely because I can't trust the app to function properly.

Switched to this when my old app stopped working due to the changes with Android Q. This app works well in the new OS update, and i generally like it better than the old one (Timely). I am not sure how to change the alarm ringtone, which i like to do from time to time once I "get used" to the current one. Overall very happy with the app. Have yet to try the sleep tracking and puzzle unlock feature.

This is an excellent app for alarms and the options are excellent and work. My only qualm is that the interface is not straightforward in places. It can be hard to see where you can do certain things, like create/edit profiles without doing so from the main alarm page (such as creating alarms from calendar events) In reply to the comment by the developer: I did find it, eventually, but it took some time. It would also be nice to be able to create a new profile somewhere other than the 'add alarm' page, it's not exactly intuitive. It's a minor complaint overall. Updated review: Going to five stars because the developer is outstanding. This app just keeps getting better and more mature, with better options and continued improvement over the years. Bravo! Absolutely the best android alarm app, bar none. My previous quibbles have been addressed, and this app is nothing less than flawless.

App worked great, but now after updating, I can no longer get any of my alarms to vibrate despite going through all of my phone and the app settings to enable vibration. Super frustrating becuase I am a heavy sleeper and the vibration is what woke me up, and now I can't get that function to work at all. I will gladly update this review to 5 stars if this can be resolved.

Suddenly this app stopped sounding alarms. I usually wake before it goes off and skip the alarm. I didn't realize that I hadn't needed to skip an alarm occurrence in several weeks! Thank God I don't need this garbage app. Unless of course, this app has a way of knowing you are awake and it skips automatically. If that's the case, I'll take my negative review and reverse it.

It's fantastic with one caveat. The reboot protection isn't the best, and my half-awake brain has gotten very good at restarting my phone before the reboot protection closes the power menu, circumventing the alarm. Obviously this is more a me problem but I really need it to be more reliable so I can't cancel the alarm so easily.

Alarm goes off randomly even when no alarm is set. Then the post alarm for the alarm I didn't set comes on and asks if I'm awake but doesn't allow me to confirm before the alarm starts screaming again 2 seconds later. This has happened twice just while writing this review. I have followed the developers instructions but nothing changed at all. Literally nothing was fixed. EDIT: 2 years and several updates later and it's STILL happening. Brand new phone even. Do better!

Been using this app for years without any problems but recently it hasn't been waking me up, took me a while to figure out it wasn't me but the app. The post alarm notification was going off hours after the alarm went off and would wait another hour before it went off again, causing me to oversleep. Tried fixing my profile, but there was nothing wrong with it. Now the initial alarms won't go off. Leaving 5 stars because it really is a great app.

Gonna need to find a different one. Until recently it worked great, I love all the features but in the past month or so it has failed to go off 3 or 4 times. By that I mean, I will have multiple alarms set between 530 and 8 (I'm a very heavy sleeper so I always keep like 10 alarms active) and I'll wake up at 7 or so and see it still says my next alarm is at 530. if I then open the app it updates that to be whatever the next alarm would have been. One of these days I'm gonna be late cuz of this.

Good app but OMG yall need to add a driving safety feature!!! Sometimes i forget about an alarm ineeded to cancel, and while im driving the text ( or whatever test you choose for your Alarm) comes on and it won't shut up till i complete the test. Hitting snooze is the last thing that comes to mind when you're trying to shut it up. Maybe i won't crash from the distraction, but there's plenty of people who might. Maybe add an auto disable while driving like some apps have.

I like the customization options. I don't like the alarm confirmation after setting an alarm; it should be at the top of the screen instead of the bottom. I also don't like how easily it is to accidentally delete an alarm by swiping it away with no deletion confirmation. I've done this too many times while half asleep trying to shut off one of my alarms.

Generally good alarm app. I like that I can choose how long it snoozes, decrease that time with each snooze, limit the number of snoozes, & choose between several alarm dismissal options to ensure I'm awake. However, it has a problem with occasionally failing to go off, & sometimes the alarm dismisses without requiring me to complete the challenge. Very disappointing, since those challenges are the entire reason I got this app in the first place, & these issues have almost made me late to work.

This has been a great replacement for the stock android clock/alarm. I love that I'm able to point it to different music folders on my phone to play different songs or artists for the alarms. I bought the premium version. The only reason this gets 3 stars from me currently is because it's constantly showing an ad in the app asking me to purchase the premium version, which I already have. EDIT: I need to add that ads have started appearing on the premium version. Terrible.

My go to alarm for this app is the barcode scanner. I'll keep something jn the next room or downstairs soI have to get up to scan. Lately this app has decided the barcode is not the one I have setup. It works maybe 50% of the time. The only way I have found to fix it is give myself a couple minutes to snooze. While snoozed go back into setting and rescan the barcode to the profile you have setup. I would give this 5 stars if they fixed this glitch. Edit: barcodes now don't seem to work at all.

Does all it's supposed to, eventually. UI is so bad that I thought I must have misunderstood the purpose of the app, I couldn't make anything work. I figured it out after fiddling for quite a while, and now that it's working I never have to look at the UI again! Set it and forget it. (The unintuitive secret to having multiple alarms based on calendar events is having *many* different alarm profiles, in settings.)

5 STARS for doing what no other major company can: Synchronizing alarms between phone and watch. +1 star for allowing settings for EACH device and having the pre-alarm feature (which ALSO has its own settings). This was a "no brainer" premium purchase when I saw it wasn't a subscription (because, pass on those) and was a REASONABLE price. If you own a smartwatch, a smartphone and EVER use an alarm... Spend $3 to support this app! (OnePlus Watch 2 & Pixel 8 Pro) Big thank you to the dev(s)!

works great for shift workers. I have it linked to my calendar, which is linked to my shift planner... and I never miss an alarm. Also, they have a places feature that allows you to set locations for alarms... That way, your alarm isnt going off while you're driving down the road, and you won't have to do a puzzle to shut it off, lol. Make sure to exclude this app from battery optimization, so android doesn't kill the app and prevent the alarm from going off.
