Disappointed, it's been 3 weeks and my card hasn't arrived, but it's say my card has been delivered. I've been asking my neightbor for info, but sadly no result. How come in apps it say its been delivered? Please tell me, is there any solution for this? I'll correct my rating when my problem fixed, thank you.

It was Easy to use. It looks simple. Please add e wallet top up such as gopay, Dana, Shopeepay, OVO etc. Because the costumer wanted it. It isn't only interbank transfer.

Improve your flatform. It should be easy to use and usefull. I found a difficulty when I registered, there is no option for unemployment, so I choose student and then I found unemployment. But after that I should fill where is the commpany, where the address and commpany phone number even I'm an unemployment and I don't work in any places.

It's new so understandable if it the ability is still limited. The apps timely slow, can't do anything except saving & transfer, no extra security i.e finger security/facial recognition, no QR, etc. But what I found most annoying you can't send/transfer money to Aladin from non-bank service such as e-wallets or money transfer services.

Aladin's UI is clean and intuitive, and I can say it's very user-friendly. I've experienced a seamless process during registration until the e-KYC process. So far, no major complaint about the apps. The App has an interesting feature of hidden balance (Ala Dompet Saldo). The only minor feedback, maybe the password for App should not be restricted to alphanumeric or special characters. Instead, using numbers for faster entry points to the app
