Approvals rejected with no reasons are showing in this application. They think its not necessary for patients being informed for rejection detail.

Very bad application as when ever I tried to login with correct feedback, it is giving me an error and ID and Mobile Number is not correct etc.

Poor service and no one response this app also useless no any proper options to contact if we call on customer service no one answer just deducting the amount after renewing the insurance and there is no any insurance just west of money and time

Very Bad App...You cam ecen see your policies....Cannot make a Claim , takes long long time in opening the diffrenent pages....Pathatic app need to be updated and should be made better....If one cannot make a claim then what that app is about?

While checking the pre authorization status, it's giving error message service not available already sent email 2 days back , Issue has been resolved effectively , it's showing now,

Very bad service.App and website not user friendly.can't file claim. I tried both and showing errors.customer care also can't provide better service I called them they told me to go to the branch.please stop ur site and app...wasting time.i lost my whole day to submit a claim still not done.

Worst app, i can't submit claim .giving error while submitting new claim it's telling bank name required even after entering bank name.tried so long but no success. Worst experience.

It is not user friendly! The search and filtration is very limited, sometimes it takes long time to get the OTP. The rate is for the App not insurance service.

This app is garbage. First problem no ption to choose the car insurance type.. just showing third party option only.. secondly I am trying to get a call from support & keep getting a single message i.e. service is not available please try later. How much later bro till qeyamah? And the chat option is the worst service a company like alrajhi can have. Over all very pathetic experience.

Super bad experience. Slow, not functioning properly. The map is full of pharmacies with an extremely stupid filters and search bar. I tried to fill the contact us form and it failed to submit too!

Very bad application experience I can't send a medical claim due to Incorrect IBAN number , however I have done it several times and it's correct

Very pathetic helpline service. I have an emergency case in hospital and whenever i call and select english language, and select talk to customer service, always arabic agent attends the call. I ask him/her to transfer it to any English speaking agent, he says call back and select English. I tell him i selected English, they say call again. I am very fed up with this. Please correct the error. I complait to your agents many times but no result come.

A very good application after recent updates. It shows the approved centers/hospitals and the amount remaining for each member/dependent. One improvement they should do is to show details about the amount used and the place where it was used in the "Pre Authorization" screen.

While login after entering username and password, am receiving OTP but app was in same username and password screen not asking to enter OTP Yes dear still it was same, I cleared app dada , catch, uninstalled app, finally reinstalled app, still same. (Android 11) . Receiving OTP but still it was in login screen.

It's one of the worst insurance companies I have ever dealt with. I made insurance coverage request for my daughters visit visa extension purpose, they took my money & never provided me with the the policy copies nor refund my money, despite the several calls and emails sent to sort this matter out, but unfortunately all in vain. Extremely poor service and no integrity..
