I'm deeply disappointed with my experience on my international transfer. I sent the money Friday at 10am, but it's still pending.One rep blamed the receiver's bank, another said Friday is a half-day after 12pm, yet I transferred before that. Now I'm told the funds will arrive Monday. This delay is unacceptable as I urgently needed the money to support my family. The lack of clear info and poor service is frustrating and has truly shaken my trust, and I'm seriously considering switching bank now.

After the app is upgraded cannot login to the new app at all. The passcode is correct but keeps saying it's incorrect. I tried to reset it, but it is showing something went wrong. I am locked out of the account and am no longer able to access the bank account on the app. Please revert to old app.. Also you cannot update Emirates ID by app.

This is the worst bank in the world. It’s been over a month, and neither the documents are updating through the app nor through email. Every time I file a complaint, they ask for two days, but even after two weeks, there's zero response. Opening an account with this bank is a complete waste of time and nothing but a massive headache. They don’t even deserve a single star. sorry I don't want to waste more time by sending you emails again and again app deleted

regarding my ongoing complaint about the recent deposit restriction policy. I’ve been in continuous contact with your team on this matter, but unfortunately, they have not been able to provide any viable solution. As per the latest update, only 10 deposits are allowed within a one-month period. I would like to highlight that I have made more than 10 deposits in previous months without any issue — so I’m unclear why this new restriction is being applied all of a sudden, without prior notice

I have a problem with my son's debit card, they said there is restriction. I have been following up by calls, chat, sending emails and all that but for two months there was no response on their side. They would say that they sent a request ( many times already) but the concern team or department has not taken any immediate action regarding this matter. It is so frustrating asking for an updates, yet getting same answers and replies.

First time experiencing this level of careless Banking service, not efficient at all , i guaranteed even though they respond quickly via chat or call, except raising requests, nothing is happening, because their IT department is not that supportive to individual customers, been half a month trying to open a simple account still not resolved the case ,not their our mistake choosing them.

honestly speaking, one of the best bank apps I have seen so far. you can easily connect to live chat and take care of your issues and ask anything. its very fast, free and convenient. good job al hilal, keep up the good work!

Worst mobile banking. worst customer service. worst app. their app has always a problem you cant even log in your account to do mobile banking. tried to reach customer service and yet no answer from their side. they want you to send email. USELESS APP and USELESS BANK.

Al Hilal Bank is the bank with the worst service in the UAE.I was trying to open a bank account for a month now. It is still pending.And when I talked to customer care, not just a couple of days, but a month has passed and the problem is still not resolved.

not advisable to transfer to an international bank, it says instant transfer so it means realtime, but its getting delayed. i experienced it before it takes 2days, so i tried again today expecting that the service was improved but still the same. its so frustrating that you trust the bank but failed to deliver when you need it most.

I have been using the bank for almost a year. When I opened the account, I was informed that I must either maintain a minimum balance of AED 1,000 or have my salary transferred each month. However, for the past three months, the bank has been deducting minimum balance (fall-below) fees, even though my salary is being transferred to this account every month.

good. but there is a problem. while adding the beneficiaries, the typing account number, we can not see. it doesn't move automatically upwards. And we can not scroll upward also to see what we are typing. the keyboard hides the typing account number. 2nd issue, I am able to add al hilal bank beneficiaries. but not able to add beneficiaries of other banks. Especially FAB. First it shows error. then showing something went wrong. so please check it

after the last update I'm unable to login with my passcode and fingerprint. even try with forget passcode but it keep saying too many requests plz try again later.👎👎👎 issue has been resolved after the suggested method. thanks for that over all it's a great app to use . very convenient and useful.

the application is not working everyday system is down let me tell you the truth the customer support are amazing and helpful when it comes to the bank I think they have problem with the IT team everyday new issue like you might face problems while transfer money you can't Open your account at the moment and other things seriously it is disappointing
