notsure. just. purchased this so. far. everything is. okay however not. sure. if. it goes 360. it. goes. half. way and stop. dont. think. theres a zoom 💁 other then that it works. so. far. fine!! well. now. its june 7th. and. my. back camera. seems to not want to work i have contacted company. via email 🤷 even tho it says connected. i dont see anything. this. camera works sometimes other times not my. front camera is. a issue cant. get no help from. this AJ cloud 🤷

Is this a scam? Requires your credit card but declines every credit card you have. The email address on the app is declined by Gmail as inaccurate and the phone number leads to a recording that says that their staff is not available. I gather I will be returning the cameras and SD cards

the cameras I had previously were far better. They were easier to turn and rotate and even though I am paying for the cloud I still can not get videos to play.

initial setup was easy. lots of options. too bad they don't have an intro price for cloud and include 3 devices for basic AI plan.

easy to setup but after sometime 3 to 4 months, they wont let you access your alert footage, they want you subscribe! even though ive put my own sd card in it. if i had known they would take away looking at footage on my card, i would not of bought the camera. a con.

It's frustrating. I have no idea how it works. I spent so much time trying to get on the network, and finally, support told me to contact the seller for replacements. However, they won't assist me since I am now past the 30-day window on Amazon.

Worse and worse with every update. After a month of using this app, there are now pop-up ads trying to force a subscription out of you. The camera are only ok. Not bad, just ok. Bugs at night under UV light annoyingly set off the motion sensor and alerts. Hard to respect a company that doesn't respect their customers.

Cannot open the app at all. I just see a pop-up saying "The program has stopped running" I will even get that pop-up message when not attempting to open the app. Please fix this!

I am very impressed with all the features at such an affordable price! Schedules for the built-in light, 3 playback speeds, and a no-subscription option by using a 128gb micro sd card (about 16 days with continuos 2K recording), and it handles all 4 cameras with ease.

doesn't even open on Android. the screen just stays black, won't even go to the sign on screen, only works on iPhone. I do not like this option. quality of the camera, is definitely 2k on the iPhone. I predominantly use Android but can't use this app for my camera.

I have been using this app for a good few years. I have a super fast Internet connection with 3 cameras. when I view the cameras, the connection drops out. my sky tv starts buffering and I end up trying to view the cameras on 4g. it use to be that with the motion alert you could watch a 10 second video clip. However, they have now stopped you viewing the clip unless you enter in to a subscription. glitchy app! doesn't load properly, drop out etc. don't pay for something that doesn't work.

The cameras are pretty decent for the price, but putting advertisements in the app really is a scummy move - I'll be replacing with something from a company with a bit more integrity. To make it even worse, they've removed the alert video playback unless you pay for a monthly subscription. Removing the basic functionality it had when I bought it just to squeeze more money out of people is really low.

well it's kinda bad camera is rotating left and right is thys how it works not at all so find a easier way to link the apps together at once I'm on computer savvy. I dial someone to help me so it's really not an easy process for a person, not computer savvy

Will not permit viewing of video alerts unless you subscribe to their cloud service. Only permits viewing of a still image of the alert. This is true even with a properly formatted 32Gb or less SD card installed. Not having the ability to review motion video of alerts makes this camera/app useless because the still image is snapped at the very beginning of the motion sensed. This also makes the tracking feature useless unless you are viewing the camera live. Don't waste your money...

I have 2 cameras one does the 20-second video recording, and the other only takes an image and often misses the movement altogether. I wish I would have known you have to pay to get more. Other than that, the 20-second video is very clear, and it tracks movement well.

So the camera quality is good, the speakers work, auto track and motion work fine the only gripes I have is the alert playback if you arent subscribed doesnt cstch motion as it happens. For some odd reason it plays about 4secs of nothing but the position its in then maybe 1 sec of the guy breaking into ur house. You get no real time footage of the perp bcuz the camera doesnt start real recording until 4 secs in. Also, the app is a little buggy when it comes to the control panel for the camera

The "100% free registration!" is absolutely false advertising, they want your bank card info, and they want to be able to charge on it, if they can't hit it with a charge for $1 or whatever fee, then your card cannot be used with the app. So just say it costs $1 or whatever don't claim to be 100% free because that's 100% false...

lags a lot when switching from playback and live view. Also when doing this the app crashes and Im forced to close the app. when viewing live feed the screen goes black and back to the live feed. This happens when I'm on my phone data and if I'm connected to my home Wi-Fi. The developers are going to say maybe it's your signal or maybe you have too many apps open. This is not the case. I've tested this during the day and at night when everyone is asleep in my home. I work nights so I stay up.
