by far worst company ever been to ask for main number to make a complaint wouldn't give it to me had they phone over a year won't unlock do not use this company they are horrible plz go somewhere else every month I have problems and they don't try to fix stay away I pd for a month of service only worked one week and they still made me pay for the next month even though my phone didn't work stay away they or horrible go somewhere where they care about there customers cuz these guys don't.

Not so much about the app itself as their service overall. I am not surprised that when you call them the option to cancel is before the option to speak to someone. I paid for their unlimited plan, and less than a week in my service is non-existent, as is their customer service department. 4 calls today and have yet to speak to someone. Tried downloading the app..... should 26.85 mb take more than 15 minutes to install ? Companies like this are why there should be a negative star rating.

okay I love the service and I'd love to purchase monthly plans before it ends but when I go to put my username or my phone number or my email It says unknow email like am not a customer . SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE

The first time that I've applied. I was under the impression that it was affiliated with The Airtalk Wireless Corporation. In which it was never the case. And when I received a text message from my former and continued service provider that they'll disconnect 😔 my current service with them at the moment 🌈 I've called to my explanation that the affiliation seemed similar. They immediately kept me 📱📲 connected with them continuously. So I'm declining future offers from this company. Period.

So frustrating! No relevant guidance 😔. Now , I'm made aware my S9+ is basically useless. Thing is, I'm not even surprised! Right in sync ,unfortunately ! To bad too! This relationship had charm& potential. Til finding out the "update escape plan!"..Oh well..hope my rating is in the minority!

This service provider disconnected svc s a month ago and will not be renewing the contract for lifeline support in FL. I have left several voicemails, emails and live chat without any response. I have had the phone 6 months and their svc will not unlock my phone since you cannot reach customer SVC day or night. I went through their prompts and paid to connect with their svc so I could have my phone reconnected 48 hours ago with still no phone svc. I am hostage to their network and want a cancela

Android app does not work for free trial, does not accept any mailing address and the drop down list is not selectable. Website registration worked on a PC, but only by using a browser guest profile with no security. Calls and text worked after an hour from starting trial, but had to reset network on phone and reboot, but even then no LTE data was available. A day later, all services were disconnected and unable to log into website or app. Next step is calling them during 'business hours' - NMHT

I've constantly bought high speed internet. And this last time I attempted to pay for the 45 dollar 3 month plan unlimited data. And it was n ever activated to my phone. Phone is still on slow internet. And 5 other times I've bought 5 dollar data because that was the only option given at that time. Find to find out they randomly added an option to get 16gb data paid 25 for that. Mind you it was cut off and back to slow internet the next morning. Mind you my phone was off for most of theday

It won't recognize my phone #, or email address to find me at all it says number nor recognized when I have the service with them and it can't find me. It won't recognize a anything about me its not cool how am I on the phone then with there service then .??

Complete garbage, they have all my personal information, but they can't find my number or email that I signed up with them for but yet I'm receiving emails with the email yall can't seem to find. My status on Sim card carrier says Airvoice Wireless so make it make sense....

Still have a few things on website that could be made clearer as to there function but, much better than before. And reaching a live person for customer service is pretty much impossible. If you can figure things out on your own you're golden. service and connection are terrific!

Never no data since I've had it, cant sign into account says it doesn't exist or no account. Phone was messed up when I got it to have the screen is pink and looks like there are apps behind my screen etc. Wow what a joke I can keep going smh. Disappointed by the fact everything that was told when signing up with you guys was pretty much false and sent a broken phone

I've downloaded the app and have an account with them. Yet when attempting to log in it says "can't find user." Uh I'm right along side everyone else. Who says the app is in need of assistance in the IT department. The only way I can log on is with "a one time code" That's not an option if it's the only way that works. I've got support tickets in already to find out why my email wants a passcode and i didn't set up my email and the inability to remove cards that i can find. Come on. Do better.
