It was good at first but since the update and before sef I've not been able to log in I thought it was network sef or the update . Now I updated the app and now their telling me INVALID EMAIL, how?? Even when it was not opening I was paying money into my wallet so that when it opens, I'll buy data and they we're sending receipts to that particular Email so I don't understand what's going on

This Application is just a pure scam. I flip my airtime to cash since day before yesterday,up till now they haven't fund the wallet. Still showing pending transactions. What a scam Application. And I've been chatting with there foolish customer services,once i mentioned airtime flip...they would never reply my message again. Please no one should fall for this trap again. Thank you all🙏🙏

My experience with airtimeflip has been horrific. Airtimeflip customer care is nil and transactions are always pending for ever. Airtimeflip is so confusing with the good comments and scam-like operations. Airtimeflip customer care have 3 numbers in display to contact but non goes through. What an app ! I will reserve my conclusions for another week to see if airtimeflip is a scam or not but airtimeflip's operation is presently the worse in its category. Refund me and others it's taken forever..

It's a very big shame to have a bad experience with this app in my first time of using it, I make a transfer which only show error codes and checking my balance it has already been debited not receiving and not refunded back since yesterday, I hope you look into this then I promise to come back and give 5 star, I already think I've find the best app until I get screwed with it

Their service is too poor and airtime conversion rate is too high. The most annoying part is once you convert airtime it takes ages for it to be confirmed. You have to chat up their customer service before it's approved for it to reflect in your wallet which is too bad. And might as well reach a whole day. You guys need alot of improvement. Anyone reading this should rather opt for "Aimtoget" app. They offer the best services and it's perfect 🤌🏽

Why is airtime flip doing this to me I sent money to the usual account I use in funding my wallet and it didn't reflect till this time and I checked it I saw they changed my account in the site I used the new account to fund and not yest received yet it is the total of 1800 and I have received anything yet I need to buy data but it's not working is it that you are not functioning any more just let me know because I don't just understand this issues since last night.

Best app ever!!!!. So I funded my wallet last night and it didn't reflect, but I was debited from my bank. I've been using the app for a while now; but recently I started having issues. So I headed up here to give a 1star and write a terrible remark, but I saw that there was a particular number that was told people to message. I then messaged the number and my money was paid into my wallet. Even past issues of a month ago was resolved. You guys are the best!

It takes ages to confirm airtime sent for conversion,the reason I stopped using it 2 years ago,decided to try it again and it's been 3 days yet still pending,if I could give zero stars,there, take it...updated,it took over a week and i tried it again and same story,always asking u to contact customer care to confirm the transfer,i dont know why they are here,unserious people

Run away from this app they had scammand me. they won't credit you after first credit. They will first credit you on your first time use, after that first time, they will never credit you again. This platform is a big scam. They are thieves. My 10k is still with them and they had refuse to pay me. For the past 11 days now, the airtime I sold is still on pending. They left it on pending refusing to pay me for the 15k airtime I sold to this company. I say again this platform is a complete scam.

I have 2 observations; 1. If transaction is yet to be successful, it should be stated pending on the app/web than confusing us with the word successful. 2. After completing a transaction eg data purchase, the phone number should appear on the transaction history. Good app which is user friendly and easy to use.. I'll change my review once the observations are consider.

Decent app. It is good but it mustn't be up to 1000 naira to transfer nah. Just carry your charge and send the rest out.

Airtimeflip is a very effective in buying data easily. i like the feature of being able to transfer even a very little amount of money from your bank into the app. But another disadvantage is that sometimes it takes too long to reflect the money you transferred from you bank into the account, and once you transfer a particular amount, it does not reflect the exact amount, there is a little reduction in the amount you transferred and that is not nice.
