Super helpful flight app — and it’s free! Really impressed with this app. The flight tracking is excellent, and I found it really easy to search for and add my flights — even without entering the booking reference. One of the best parts: I got a notification informing my flight was delayed All the features are completely free to use. The company is only interested if your flight is delayed and you decide to submit a claim

I got my compensation in less than 2 months! This app worked for me. It deducts 35% of the compensation so i suggest to use the premium if your compensation is more than the subscription fee

I had a terrible experience with AirHelp Plus. My flight was delayed by 6 hours due to a strike, but AirHelp falsely claimed it was because of bad weather and refused my compensation request. This is simply not true. Buying this insurance was a complete waste of money they do not protect passengers as they promise. Very disappointing and misleading service.

They charge 35% from your compensation. As word of advice, it takes 5 minutes to fill out the same EU regulated form on carriers website than they do for you. You save hundreds of Euros by doing it yourself. If you're you're lazy and not interested to get your full refund, then this is a good app for you. I apologize for the bad review, but I learned a lesson here and want to educate others for easy alternatives. Two stars for quick response from support proving they deserve the money #fineprint

Nice enough replacement for FlightView, which has become totally unusable. I haven't tested the lube flight tracking yet, but everything looks promising. This app would be perfect if trips could be edited after creation, and if the time setting could be changed to AM/PM as used by most Americans. Aside from those minor issues, it's a solid app.

Today 02/09 Flight number: FR 512 (22:50) Bristol to Dublin Ryanair. It's currently boarding and app showing delayed (even tho its not) 03/09 EJU 7004 BRS to Malaga, it's boarding but again, the app only shows as ontime Now departed and i received an email stating the flight is delayed..... Lol! No problem. I just tried another one from Bristol (BRS) and I guess your app doesn't work correctly with this airport neither shows the bag belt. How can i add flights before 2020?

so far so good. manually entered flight details, then added the flight to the app. let's see how accurate it is from here 👍 but app seems very good so far, very easy to set up and use

The way to connect to customer support is badly designed. Despite being logged in you need to provide additional details. Communication channels are changing between the app and email. Support is not helpful. Can't change account email automatically, when changing with request to support historical claims are disappearing. When trying to reach support, not available 24/7. Interface not handling multi Citi trips very well. Airhelp refuses to take care of the claim without providing exact reasons.

if you know someone who could do it for you, tell them. We submitted a claim for two and it has already been a month with no update, also they take almost a half of the money you would get which is ridiculous. Before using this app, do your research, it is possible it is the best from all other apps, but it could be way better

not showing the baggage belt number. Flight no. 6E 2448. looks like the section is not there where baggage belt no. and gate no and basic details shows. just showing high level details..with weather information only. if those sections or fields exist where it can be seen then help to provide the navigation steps for the same. Also for some of the flight name is not showing details like for spice Jet

This is now going on for 6 months. For a claim with 2 people im repeatedly told i have to upload documents with certain details and i do so with it being accepted for one person and not the other though the same documents are uploaded. The claim says its been accepted by airline but they seem to be trying to make things so hard that i will give up and they can take the money maybe. Do yourself a favour and do the claim direct with the airline. This seems like a scam...

Absolutely useless service. So glad I didn't pay for the AirHelp+. They didn't even try to argue the response from the airline for a canceled flight. You can achieve the same results (or better) by communicating directly to the airline customer support. The only difference is that you will get full compensation not 65% of the compensation. Scam service with false advertising and claims.

just an OK app for flight tracking. First it limited the import to 99 flights (and not necessarily the latest ones). Second the sync with Gmail works but not all flights have shown up. For example it showed me only 1-way on my round trip ticket to Korea.
