It's been 45 days and I haven't been able to use my subscription. btw I've used this app exclusively since 2018. I contacted support 9 days later they say they are working on it. They have literally been working on it since December! When they told me to just uninstall the app and reinstall it. The condescending answer was make sure you're logged into the correct account. I only have one account! Get it together or give me a refund for the next 10 months of my subscription that are paid in full.

This app was perfect until February. It lost my subscription, that I paid for in January! I hit "restore purchases" and nothing changed. I logged out and logged back in (and yep, I'm logged into the correct account, so that's not the problem), i uninstalled and reinstalled. I was told by customer support on 2/11 that they were aware of the problem and trying to fix it, but it hasn't changed and they still keep trying to charge me for something I already paid for a year of and cannot access.

Update - 24.02.2024: I just got the bug saying that I don't have an active subscription. It looks like the bug only occurs on devices with the newest version of Android! Update - 21.01.2024: *Still* the best app for photo airbrushing & touch-up. I can't believe I'm getting perfect results consistently from a free app on my phone! Why fight w/ pricey desktop apps that produce mediocre results at best when you can download Airbrush for free & have professional results quickly & easily every time?!

*UPDATE 1/9/24* Loved this app. It was one of my favorites. After an update, now it won't recognize my subscription, and I can't use any of the features I've paid for. I followed all the prompts, then sent an email, and the issue was never resolved. Hopefully, the issue is resolved sooner than later, but it sucks that, as of now, if I want to use the features I have to pay... again. Beautiful for retouching photos! One of my go-to apps

Most of the tools are for the pro version; my review is for the free one. This app is fine for a quick edit. Things I wish it had: The ability to choose where it saves to. Ability to input text. When cropping, the edges that you pull should be a different color; they're sometimes hard to see and move. Mostly, I use this tool to crop photos and I use the acne tool to remove blemishes.

Updated review as of April 17, 2024: I am VERY disappointed with this app. EVERY MOVE YOU MAKE on this App stops and plays a LONG ad!!! I understand having ads to support apps, but it is an overkill! I used to love the free version and I would buy it, but this app is too expensive. I have no choice but to delete this app now. Most of the free tools are now "to purchase only" and there are limited tools to keep this app.... And those long ads you "must watch to use the free version"!!!

UPDATED REVIEW: Was 4 star, now ZERO! ADS now take over the whole screen! The ads lock the phone and remove the home button from the screen. The brushes for skin tone and smooting are wildy inaccurate as they totally miss the spot Im trying to correct. Tools that are basic are now paywalled. Menus were moved onto the image making edits in those areas impossible. GREED and outright VIRUS FILLED ADS have lost you a user of many years. This is a pure ADWARE VIRUS NOW! DELETE IT QUICKLY!

Horrible Ads now that try and force you to download sketchy apps. These pop ups are so intrusive, your phone gets stuck on the ad and you can get back to the app without xing it out. Also when you Try and save, sometimes it never saves because a ad will Try and pop up. The developers has ruined this app by removing all user friendliness for the sake of making you sign up. I would give this app a negative if I could. Use at your own risk of viruses!

Used to be awesome. Used this app since 2017. They took all of the free features and made them premium. You now have to watch an Ad to remove blemishes? Every feature is going to be paid at this point. Just yesterday the feature was free and now it's paid. I rather find a better app at this point. ***Update*** They made more features paid like changing skin tone which seems extremely basic...the app is becoming fully pay to use

This used to be my favorite photo editing app for years. I even paid for the monthly fee occasionally to use some premium features. But they keep putting more and more features behind the paywall that used to be free, and now the constant un-skippable ads are making the free version basically unusable. I'll be looking for a new app.

BEWARE. The update added intrusive, inappropriate, forced 60 second ads that trap you & they took away features that I used. The ads take up so much space on my phone. Ick, ick, ick. I've been using this app for almost 10 years. Greed always ruins a good thing. Uninstall. Ick. Oh & it adds a watermark to advertise itself... as if people didn't already love the app & want "Airbrush" on their photos. So disappointing.

Not only has this app over the years claimed I didn't buy features that were paid for numerous times, since it has become a subscription service full of unending ads and now a water mark that cannot be removed, it now has taken away all the singular features I paid for and is forcing me to pay a subscription regardless. This app has become trash compared to the hundreds of other photo editing apps that offer the same tools for free without ads. Do not download, it's not worth your money!

This is by far my favorite photo editor since it has so many tools that others don't, but honestly the app is EXTREMELY glitchy. It's rather frustrating & infuriating at times to be honest. You have to be constantly saving your progress so you don't lose all the work you've done so far & have to start over when the app starts to spazz out. Sometimes I forget this so there have been times when I've lost HOURS of editing work making me want to practically cry! 😭

Edit: they've pay-walled a ton of basic features over the years, unfortunately making the app kind of redundant. Good features if you pay money, terrible if you're looking for a free editor. Easily the best photo editing app I've used. Minimal ads, the free features are great, and the photo quality saves at better resolutions than nearly any other app of a similar nature will.

This used to be my favorite free app for editing pics. I even purchased some of the extra filters in the past to support it. But since then, the incessant ads have become absolutely unbearable. Ads after trying to save, extra ads after using certain features that used to be fully free, then suddenly it'll force a watermark onto your photo until you watch a whole other ad without skipping. I can handle some banners and skippable ads, but this is an insane amount. I'm switching to a different app.

I've used this app for over 5 years, I loved how simple it was and it never had too many ads. I've even paid for it off and on for the premium features. Lately it has become overrun with ads. Even then I stayed by this app. My final straw was requiring an additional ad just to remove the watermark from my pictures. The ads are long and will immediately download to your phone if you mistakenly tap anywhere on your screen during the 2 minutes you're stuck watching them. Un-installed :(

After years and years of using this app, enjoying it and recommending it to everyone, I can't stand behind it any longer. It was fantastic, easy to use, lots of helpful tools. But in the last year or so something changed. IDK if it's new leadership or what. Basic tools that were once available became locked behind a paywall 💎 I would understand if it was a new feature, but locking things that were once free is obnoxiously greedy. Hope you turn things around and do better. Off to find a new one

Love , but the new aI feature I pay for needs to be more realistic. Regardless how much detail I put into it. I know you're working on it so hopefully it's fixed soon where I don't have to continuously put hours in trying to figure it out and then end up not using it at all. Overall great app. Recommended it. Also the HD export for saving your picture in HD does not work at all I never received the link. I tried numerous times. Even after downloading the S airbrush studio.

This used to be my favorite photo editing app for filters and basic edits (I even had to delete my 5 star review from 2021 to write this) but now it's chock full of ads and popups and ai. The last straw was when I had to watch an ad to save the photo without a Watermark which is a very new feature. I will likely have to find a new standard photo editing app since airbrush is no longer concise and efficient as it once was 💔

O of the best photo editing app out there. It's almost perfect and has almost everything I could ever want or need in one single app. Never had a complaint before and it's well worth the money. It's my #1 go to. It could use a few added features to make it even better. Edit: As of May 27, 2024 now anytime you use the tool to remove/erase something, and the firm feature once you click save, it'll show on the pictures a shadow of what you tried to erase. Don't like this bug, fix it please.
