Whenever I try to register or login with google, it shows network error. Even when I hv network. In short this app doesn't work properly. Please fix this issue and after using it again I'll change my review if it works properly.

App is good. But sometimes I doubt the calibration of the weight scale. In the beginning the same person's weight was fluctuating by 1-3 kilos every few minutes. After the battery has drained half in 10 days of buying the scale, it has started giving stable reading.

Absolute garbage it won't accept password so there is no way to log in, you can create a new account and it will let you in but you can neve log in to the same account again , password will not reset either and when I created a new account and it was in the app I still couldn't pair my device. Useless trash

Horrible. No user feedback, especially concerning registration. I have been messing with this for hours, and setting up an account to monitor a Blu Tooth meter is rediculous, should not be needed, and is the sole reason I am sending it all back.

It's worked perfectly, and I only downgrade it one star because the documentation is not very good, and I can't figure out how to set the range on the graph so it's not measuring +1000 to -1000. Otherwise it's done exactly what I needed.

Initially it was working very nice. Now since last many does it shows only Weight and BMI and no other measurements can be seen. In spite if resetting and update, it shows error.

I installed this to take readings from a Bluetooth multimeter, but it ONLY works if I log in to the Chinese website first. Why? The meter is just a few yards away! What do I do if I'm working out in a remote location and don't have Internet access? There should be an option to use the app without having to log in to China!

Either the "electric signals" the body fat scanner uses are able to travel through the rubber soles in my shoes, or this product is a fake. We got some very strange measurements from it and eventually realised it just takes your height and weight and calculates average values for your body fat, muscle, etc. It doesn't do any scanning. This app is extremely misleading.

It works ...when it works. It disconnects often but does not resume logging after reconnecting. One needs to sit at the phone constantly and keep tapping "start" to get reliable logs. Also setting value alarm is a real pain - try selecting 12.4 volts on a scroller that goes into thousands. One careful finger movement and it's an interval of 36 volts. So not very useful for electronics work. The app feels like some amateur or student programming project.

Waste of money, app is good but the weighing machine is not good at all. It shows the first weight of the day to all the family members every day. Not working accurately. Every time shows different and irrelevant weight. NOT GOOD AND CHEATING

I'm using AILink HB-411 digital scale; it's handy and good to give instant results on BCA (Body Composition Analysis) and helps to monitor HEALTH. Good & useful product..

since latest update even primary member only weight &bmi is visible always: no other parameters ; prompt says incomplete data. it's a shame. Previously sometimes the other parameters appeared for primary member in the app, that too at random attempts and only weight shows for other family members in the app. Total waste. Misleading product and app

This app continously logs out the account. After re-entering my credentials it says account not found. Ive tried resetting and it does not work. I've had to make a completely new account everytime I need access to this app. There is a serious programming flaw. I've attempted contacting the developer and apparently they don't care one way or the other. I do not recommend this app!!!
