I agree with another user that mentioned the horror show of a privacy policy. I read the entire thing and this got immediately uninstalled. By agreeing to their "privacy" policy you agree, among other things, to allowing TOTAL access to things like your Facebook data and usage. Several of the privacy categories also are vague about what is actually accessed or shared. Like it says that some personal data is accessed or shared. Ok, but what personal data? This is mentioned several times where they use the vague term without elaborating. There are basically few to no restrictions to what you're opening yourself up to. There's no reason this app needs this much access to some of this personal information. I've seen less access on most security apps, which generally do require more extensive account access. No thanks. Seriously, think twice.

I found it a little annoying as it doesn't pick up the word properly. Also, within 1 minute if using this app, it popped up with ads.

Have to pay?? Go away!!!!. Thank you for your reply. Most apps give two options. One is Premium (or whatever name when one pays). The other is free with ads. I don't mind ads. But your App gives me no choice. i am sory if I sounded harsh. i will change my rating, because you were kind enough to respond and I thank you very much But as long as I have no choice, I will find a Translation App where i have a choice. Free app deserves only a one star at best. Just as my translation began, it stopped because a Tic Tok ad started playing for ten seconds. Lost me as a user

Too many ads There is an invasive ad with EVERY voice translation request. Voice recognition is good, but translations often poor. For example translating "How far is it to ..." is translated in French to "Dans quelle mesure est-il au ..." Nonsense. And the French female accent is mechanical and unattractive. Especially with all the ads, it's slow. Google Translate is better. It gave "Γ quelle distance se trouve ..." which is correct. And Google's female French voice is much better. Use Google.

Offered free trial and charged Full Year Subscription for $60 because did not know I had to cancel before free trial ended. Very upset. And yet I had bought a month on another phone which I planned to use, not realising that it would charge this phone.

Seems to work okay, but has trouble hearing speech from a speaker, as many of these apps seem to, though it seems to be middle of the pack in that regard. It only took a couple attempts to get it to hear it, but then it cut off halfway through. Also, as has been pointed out in other reviews, there are way too many ads, and the privacy policy is disturbing. I suggest trying other apps.

This app was pretty good a few years ago when it was free. Towards the end of 2022, it's a none stop buy the app. I don't have objections of purchasing apps, since I do get ones I like. Considering Google has a free to use, not to mention other companies and all it does is translate and you can hear what the words are in translation; other translators do that and more; time to move on.
