Total Scam! Paid for a one year subscription....you do not get a one year subscription for $60....you pay for the privilege of talking with 1500 "credits" and you lose 5 credits per minute....then you must purchase more credits to continue using the app in your "one year subscription" NO WHERE WAS THIS HIGHLIGHTED UNTIL AFTER YOU START USING THE APP! TOTAL SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING! MORE LIKE $60 FOR A ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION! YOU GUYS SUCK!

Much better than the translation apps I've used in the past. Once callers get used to waiting on the other person to respond and for the translation to occur, it works seamlessly

wow. it actually works amazingly well. I had a video chat with a friend in South America who does not speak English. We were able to express ourselves in real time, in our native language, with excellent translation and understanding. I'm so impressed!

the app works well when translating a whatsapp video call. The problem is this. They say the cost is 5 credits per minute. That is not true. A 7 minute and 30 sec call cost 40+ credits. A 30 minute call costed 500+ credits. Make the prices more clear or charge what you advertise.

complete waste of time and money. worst app I ever installed. it's taken over my phone. I can't send or receive text messages right now. I'm hoping I don't have to do a complete reset on my phone :-( do not buy this app, do not install this app, do not try to use this app

Paid for 500 credits, got nothing! Money withdrawn, no credits! I will add to my review. Fortunately, my problem was solved within a few days. I did not expect it. I would have given 5 stars, but because of this problem I lost time. So 4 stars.

So i make a test with someone. We talk french and portugese. In my side i have a text translated transcription of what he was saying but no voice traduction. On his side he got voice translation while I was speaking. It was on normal call. For now best use case of this. But using this whith watshapp was horrible. It is not fully integrated do u have to share a link so other people can join u. I was able to get the text transcription at this point but no audio at all. Need to progress but usefull

I suggest you not to buy it. When you pay for an unlimited year, all features should be unlimited for a year, but you can only use the points it gives you for a maximum of one month.This is a scam.

Unclear about pricing of credits. it appeared AFTER I made the subscription that additionally to subscription, need also to pay additional fees to use the service. That's a real FRAUD to tell about it AFTER a person buy the subscription... That's why a 1* in Google Play..

great app sometimes doesn't give you credits when paying for them and when invite someone to join video call they can't turn there camera to face themselves so you can't see them. best translation app I have found though. if the glitches could be fixed I'd definitely give it 5 stars. however after a few days of emails and me providing my transaction ID off my card I did receive the credits I paid for.

I really was excited . . . UNTIL it seemed I wasn't being given any choice other than to enter into a " subscription " & give up my credit card information . I would've stayed on , if an option of tolerating " adds " in order to gain free access to the app had been provided . I already pay a ridiculously absurd amount of money to my service provider , monthly . I can do without having to pay additionally 4 a phone app . I'l continue searching 4 a similar app - but free of charge .

How do I cancel my annual subscriptions for a full refund? The one-year subscription promised 1500 credits but deducts 5 credits per minute, resulting in just 300 minutes of use. This significant limitation was not clearly communicated during the 3-day trial period and does not align with my expectation of unlimited yearly usage. As I am still within the trial window and have not made any calls, I kindly request immediate cancellation of the subscription along with a full refund. Thanks.

I paid for unlimited access for a year. They gave me 1500 credits. they charge 5 credits per minute. You then have to buy more credits so they will translate voice to text. There is no voice to voice translation. Text bubbles cover the person on video so you cant see them. When you make a call the video will go black and then come back over and over. When you accept the invitation you will be taken to your web browser. Dont waste your time or money. extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I am in a new relationship with a Brazilian girl who speaks Portuguese. I was hesitant bit the bullet, paid for the yearly plan which was discounted for year 1. I set the app up and made my whatsapp call to her and we were able for the first time to talk to each other, in our native language, slight 1/2 second delay or less but it worked PERFECTLY. This is a gamechanger app. Love it. She loved it too. She's not good at English yet and it helped us both communicate better.
