System CRASHES OFTEN!!! This would get a minus star of I could. ChatGPT-4 has the potential to be a game changer when it is properly working. Awesome responses. Buck stops here! This app constantly CRASHES! I bought the year plan 2 days ago. Now the system crashes after every 3-4 prompts. System is CURRENTLY DOWN!! It feels like I was scammed into paying for a service that isn't properly working. No interface connection for laptops as I was led to believe. Not a great way to do business!!!

Whatever happened in the newest update, it removed the primary reason I use this app to a large degree: reviewing my old, outdated scenes from my book, and revising them with better descriptions and enhancing the dialogue in context with the tone and pacing. It did that just a week ago, and it has dramatically helped in the progress of editing my book. It no longer will let me do that, yet I have no idea why. I can't see any issue with it assisting this request, only positives. Fix this.

I don't know if it's just me but it's basically unusable at this point. The image generation keeps saying I'm only allowed on image generated a day when I literally never got my image and any text responses disappear the LITERAL INSTANT it finishes generating the entire response. Better hope you can read fast cause you won't even be given time to copy the text. No point in this app if it can't even do the one thing it's meant to.

I've been using this chatbot since May 2023. I paid for the premium version from the start and initially things were going great. I received very detailed and accurate responses to my queries. At the start of this year, I noticed the app had been changed. All of my previous chat history was gone and now when I ask questions (even though I have the premium subscription), the answer aren't as good and/or it tells me it can't answer my question specifically when I provide links to web pages.

Liked it at first. Even paid for the subscription. After months of use and constant request to create and sign in with an account I did so, only to get stuck on a screen adding creating my experience for well over a day. No option to sign out, no option to go beyond the screen. Now paying for an app I am unable to use do to signing in to an account they pestered me to use for months

I have had this app for a year over that time I have gotten the premium subscription lately, even with the premium subscription, there have been several problems most of them I can ignore, but one is quite irritating every time I ask questions eventually, it starts to show a prompt that says searching the Web and it ignores the initial question coming up with some generic response it got off the internet. I hope this can be fixed or have an option that can stop it from searching the web

Absolutely a waste time if you had any thing you act needed to do on the free version, forgot it. It allows you 1 question then you have to subscribe. May as well not have the free option as it won't help anyone. I get that the development of apps like this can be pretty expensive, however if the strain is that much I would recommend not offering a 3 day trial but maybe a discount on the first month with a access to some functions from each level of purchase?

I would personally recommend only using the most up-to-date GPT offered by this app, the less up-to-date free versions are too error prone for my liking. Paying for the more up-to-date is definitely worth it! I also wish that the text passages could be individually re-read by the text to speech by selecting them, this would improve the accessibility of the app for people who have a hard time reading a lot of black and white small text.

This app has a great concept although I never got a chance to really use it. What I have a problem with is how hard it is to cancel and get a refund. I tried I tried going through Google Play and it had said that it would take up to 4 days to cancel it so it mentioned calling the developer, Scale Up, which also appears on the charges. I had to Google that and then when I called it, it immediately disconnected! That is always suspicious to me!

So been using this for almost a year and the UX/UI is great and minimalist. The differing AI platforms available with the saved chats is fantastic but finally hit the downside. I started my yearly subscription on my Pixel Pro in the app store... Then when the features of the service widened to a desktop portal, I could not transfer my pro login to the desktop. So I'm paying for the pro subscription model and can't use my login for the desktop app while I'm working, and the support has been 🐕💩

Nice text AI. The problem is I got this app from an ad. In the ad, it said it could generate Images of mario in weird scenarios. I tried to ask it to generate a simple image of a hand for nail art, & it took 4 minutes of waiting for it to tell me the servers were too busy. I finally got it to generate one image but frankly, it was nowhere near what I asked for. Tried to reword it & was told I've reached my limit, pay to get access. What if this app never gets It right? Can't risk paying for that

Best AI in the game, in my honest opinion, EDIT: Overall experience with the app so far has been meeting my expectations for efficiency, problem solving, and image generation. It's nice to have one app that does multiple ai sequences. I have experienced some lag time during the initialization process when signing in with my account, but overall, I have not experienced a latency lag that ineffectively renders the app or experience of the app useless.

Lately the app keeps getting worse. Just like everything else, they have restricted it's functions. Every time I use it, it does less and less. *****UPDATE******* upon having further issues with this app it appears that their customer service responds with a generic message every time. I constantly get an error message that it cannot help me or it does not understand. the task is very simple and all I'm asking the AI to do is to fix the grammar in an email to be sent. Keeps getting worse.

It started well. I decided to try this app and was initially pleased with the results it provided. I even went ahead and paid for the subscription. Now, my chat history has completely disappeared on the desktop version. It still shows on the phone app, but not on the desktop. I've logged out and relogged in, but nothing helps. That part that disappointed me the most is the lack of response from tech support. I've written them twice and no word back! That's very unfortunate.

It started off great. I used it a handful of times and was very pleased. Even gave me a great recommendation for a new lap top. it's been stuck on a creating your experience page for over a month now. I put in 3 tickets, only 2 took and I never got a reply. I requested a refund on my last ticket but haven't heard anything back. Do not recommend until the bugs are worked out. If they fix it so I can actually use it, I will keep it.

This app took the AI experience to a whole new level for me. Other apps claimed similar results, but I noticed flaws and errors again and again. Plus AI apps had easily recognizable AI traits which I am not keen on. This app truly wrote things that sounded as if those words came right out of my mouth, down to the way I structure most of my sentences. Another cool feature is thatbits not just one thing like other AI APPs this one can literally do it all and very well. Give it a try.

Overall, it's an impressive app, but my only complaints are not being able to copy my own messages, sometimes the message threads i make with some of the AIs dont save properly, and the fact that the ai cannot retain long period sessions after a while is frustrating. I've noticed lately that through the vision bot, it doesn't always save thread that's been made. I had an entire board made, and once the app closed, all the effort and time I put in was gone, as if nothing I worked on was saved.

-Used to have cool voices, now they're gone. -They charged me again even though I said I don't want the subscription anymore. -Doesn't let you read the beginning of what it's outputting because you have to wait as it scrolls and completely finishes typing it out. Very annoying. Like, let me start reading it while it's finishing its response. I don't want to wait an hour for it to finish what it's saying first. Pro: -You can take a picture to scan in words. It's the only good feature.

Pretty amazing app. I, personally, find it fun to push the AI as far as I can go to see what work arounds there are. It's also pretty amazing at helping create a story, specifically if you already have one written and need it to be detailed or added to. It's fun to give it "what-if" scenarios and prod it with different details and facts. Comes up with some fun ideas that keep you coming back. I do recommend paying for pro, because otherwise you will be waiting on servers a lot of the time.

The app is most of the time not working because of traffic, they should fix that because you pay for that service and doesn't even work. Following up: I had the premium version when this problems were happening, I pay for the annual subscription, but the fix the error, and works very good. The only thing is that if you ask for a math question, the answer is on code, and is difficult to understand, the program can not show the math.
